In addition, when the plugging piece 7 is detached and leak detection is carried out by using the leak detection hole 3, if the main sealing ring 4 fails in sealing, gas moves outwards along the compression sealing surface on the mounting flange 20, and the auxiliary sealing ring 5 has the functions of plugging gas and gathering gas at the compression matching surface, so that the gas cannot escape and can intensively escape through the leak detection hole 3, and the detection of the leaked gas is facilitated.

The combined sealing ring is positioned on one side, far away from the annular step 18, of the guide sleeve 14 in the axial direction of the axial hole, the combined sealing ring sequentially comprises a support ring 8, a sealing ring 9 and a pressing ring 10 in the axial direction, the sealing ring 9 is a V-shaped sealing ring, and two sealing rings are arranged side by side in the axial direction of the axial hole. The support ring 8 and the pressure ring 10 axially sandwich the sealing ring 9 between them in the axial bore, the support ring 9 being arranged axially next to the guide sleeve 14 in the axial bore and its axial position being fixed relative to the seat 19. The pressing ring 10 can bear the pressure action to provide extrusion force for the sealing ring 9, so that the sealing ring 9 deforms and the operating rod 2 keeps direct-acting sealing, the combined sealing ring is an important sealing element for keeping the sealing device and the operating rod 2 in direct-acting sealing, in the embodiment, the supporting ring 9 and the pressing ring 10 are made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials, and the sealing ring 9 is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer.
The inner part of the axial hole at one end outside the sealed shell is provided with an internal thread, correspondingly, the outer peripheral surface of the pressing sleeve 12 is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread, the pressing sleeve 12 can be axially arranged on the seat body 19 along the axial hole by screwing the threads, and the relative position of the pressing sleeve 12 and the seat body 19 in the axial direction of the axial hole can be adjusted by screwing the threads in and out. The pressing sleeve 12 is provided with a pressing sleeve hole for the operating rod 2 to pass through. The pressure sleeve 12 can provide pressure to the pressure ring 10 to deform the sealing ring 9 under the compressive force. Because the clamping ring 10 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials and is easily deformed by pressure of the pressing sleeve 12, a pressing plate 11 is further arranged between the combined sealing ring and the pressing sleeve 12 in the axial direction of the axial hole, the pressing plate 11 is made of metal, and a pressing plate hole for the operating rod 2 to penetrate through is formed in the pressing plate 11. The cross-sectional area of the pressing plate 11 is larger than the area of the contact part of the pressing sleeve 12 and the pressing plate 11, and the pressing plate 11 is arranged to increase the stress area of the pressing ring 10, so that the pressing ring 10 is stressed uniformly and is not easy to deform. In addition, in order to prevent the pressing sleeve 12 from loosening from the axial hole, the pressing sleeve 12 is provided with an anti-loosening cap 13 through screwing of threads, and the anti-loosening cap 13 is arranged on the pressing sleeve 12 and located on one side, facing the outside, of the mounting flange 20.
Because a gap exists between the hole wall of the pressing sleeve hole and the operating rod 2, a gap exists between the hole wall of the axial hole at the annular step 18 and the operating rod 2, and a dustproof cap 17 is arranged in the pressing sleeve hole of the pressing sleeve 12, so that external dust is prevented from entering the inside of the combined sealing ring from the pressing sleeve 12, and the sealing performance of the combined sealing ring is prevented from losing efficacy; the axial hole is also provided with a dust cap 17, and the dust cap 17 is positioned on one side of the annular step axially far away from the guide sleeve 14, so that dust in the sealing shell can be prevented from entering the sealing device from the annular step 18.

If gas leakage is not detected, the sealing performance between the sealing shell and the sealing device is good, and the plugging piece is installed in the leak detection hole to enable the leak detection hole to keep sealed.
In the sealing device, the flange sealing ring is positioned on the mounting flange and is matched with the compression fitting surface of the sealing shell, and the flange sealing ring is under the action of the compression force and has a better sealing effect. Still set up the leak hunting hole that carries out qualitative detection to the leakproofness between seal housing and the sealing device among the sealing device, the leak hunting hole can be collected the gas of revealing along compressing tightly the fitting surface, it is less influenced by external environment to measure in the leak hunting hole, and the testing result is comparatively accurate, and operating personnel can know the sealed condition between seal housing and the sealing device so that make corresponding reaction according to the testing result.

different from the embodiment 1, the leakage detection device is provided with five sealing rings, wherein the five sealing rings comprise two seat body sealing rings and three flange sealing rings, the inner side orifices of the leakage detection holes are positioned on the radial outer sides of the two flange sealing rings, and the two flange sealing rings are main sealing rings for playing a main sealing role; the inner side orifice of the leak detection hole is positioned at the radial inner side of the other flange sealing ring, and the flange sealing ring is a secondary sealing ring for auxiliary sealing. The cross-sectional area of the main sealing ring is larger than that of the auxiliary sealing ring, when gas leaks from the leak detection hole, the two main sealing rings are completely out of work, and at the moment, the plugging piece and the auxiliary sealing ring can play a role in sealing to prevent the gas from leaking.
In other embodiments, there may be four, five, six, etc. multiple flange seal rings, three, four, five, etc. multiple primary seal rings, and two, three, four, etc. multiple secondary seal rings.

Claims (9)

1. A sealing device, comprising:
the sealing seat comprises a mounting flange, and the mounting flange is provided with a pressing matching surface for pressing, sealing and matching with the sealing shell;
the flange sealing rings are at least one and are arranged at the pressing matching surface of the mounting flange so as to keep the mounting flange and the sealing shell sealed;
the leakage detecting hole is arranged on the mounting flange, the hole opening at one end is an inner side hole opening arranged on the pressing matching surface, and the hole opening at the other end is an outer side hole opening used for being communicated with the outside;
the inboard port is downstream of the at least one flange seal along a path extending progressively outwardly from the press fit surface of the mounting flange.
2. A sealing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein there are at least two flange seals, and the inner port of the leak-checking hole is located between two of the flange seals, the sealing device comprising a blocking member which is detachably mounted in the leak-checking hole for blocking the leak-checking hole to keep it sealed.
3. A sealing arrangement as claimed in claim 2, wherein at least one of the flange seals is a primary seal and at least one is a secondary seal, the primary seal having a cross-sectional area greater than the cross-sectional area of the secondary seal along a path extending progressively outwardly of the press-fit engagement surface of the mounting flange, and the inner orifice of the leak-checking bore is located downstream of the primary seal and upstream of the secondary seal.
4. A sealing arrangement as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the blocking member comprises a screw, a blocking member sealing ring and a radial restraining ring, the blocking member sealing ring and the radial restraining ring are mounted on the screw, the blocking member sealing ring is pressed against the mounting flange under compression of the head of the screw, the radial restraining ring is provided with a restraining aperture, and the blocking member sealing ring is located in the restraining aperture such that the blocking member sealing ring is restrained by the restraining aperture.
5. A sealing device according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the leak detection orifice is a straight orifice.
6. A sealing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sealing seat comprises a seat body located inside the mounting flange, the seat body being provided with an axial hole for the operating rod to pass through in the sealing housing, the axial hole being provided with a direct acting sealing structure for direct acting sealing engagement with the operating rod, the direct acting sealing structure comprising a guide sleeve for the operating rod to pass through and for axially guiding sliding engagement with the operating rod along the axial hole for guiding the operating rod in the axial direction of the axial hole.
7. The sealing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the guide sleeve is provided on an inner wall surface thereof with a lever seal ring for maintaining a seal with the lever, and the guide sleeve is provided on an outer wall surface thereof with a seal seat seal ring for maintaining a seal with the seal seat.
8. A sealing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the sealing seat comprises a seat body located inside the mounting flange, the seat body is provided with an axial hole for the operating rod to penetrate into the sealing housing, a direct-acting sealing structure for direct-acting sealing engagement with the operating rod is provided in the axial hole, the direct-acting sealing structure comprises a combined sealing ring and a pressing sleeve, the combined sealing ring comprises a sealing ring, a support ring and a pressing ring, the support ring and the pressing ring are located on two sides of the sealing ring at an axial position, the axial position of the support ring is fixed relative to the seat body, the seat body is provided with the pressing sleeve for applying pressure to the pressing ring, the pressing sleeve is axially movably mounted on the seat body along the axial hole, and the.
9. A sealing arrangement as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sealing mount comprises a mounting body located inwardly of the mounting flange, the mounting body having an extension portion for extending into the sealing housing through the mounting aperture in the sealing housing, the extension portion being located on the side of the mounting flange which is intended to face the sealing housing, the extension portion being provided at its periphery with a mounting ring for sealing engagement with the wall of the mounting aperture in the sealing housing.
