The specific working process is as follows: when spraying is started, the high-wear-resistance thermoplastic polyurethane powder is introduced into the pressure application roller 62 under the action of air pressure, and the driving assembly 8 drives the moving plate 75 to move upwards under the action of the air pressure; at this time, the through blocking needle 76 is separated from the filtering hole 73; the polyurethane powder is then sprayed onto the dimensional fabric through the filter holes 73.

b. priming the rough surface of the high-strength three-dimensional fabric with an aqueous polyurethane primer to form a primer layer;
c. coating high-wear-resistance thermoplastic polyurethane powder on the base coat, and performing heat setting at 200 ℃;
d. pressing the patterns by a pattern roller and forming.
EXAMPLE III
A method of making a wear resistant and durable conveyor belt comprising the steps of:
a. shaping the high-strength three-dimensional fabric;
b. priming the rough surface of the high-strength three-dimensional fabric with an aqueous polyurethane primer to form a primer layer;
c. coating high-wear-resistance thermoplastic polyurethane powder on the bottom coating, and performing heat setting at 190 ℃;
d. pressing the patterns by a pattern roller and forming.
EXAMPLE III
A method of making a wear resistant and durable conveyor belt comprising the steps of:
a. shaping the high-strength three-dimensional fabric;
b. priming the rough surface of the high-strength three-dimensional fabric with an aqueous polyurethane primer to form a primer layer;
c. coating high-wear-resistance thermoplastic polyurethane powder on the bottom coating, and performing heat setting at 190 ℃;
d. pressing the patterns by a pattern roller and forming.

Claims (8)

1. A manufacturing method of a wear-resistant durable conveying belt is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
a. shaping the high-strength three-dimensional fabric;
b. priming the high-strength three-dimensional fabric with an aqueous polyurethane primer to form a primer layer;
c. putting the three-dimensional fabric into a coating machine, coating wear-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane powder, and shaping;
d. pressing patterns through a pattern roller and forming;
the smearing machine in the step c comprises a main body (1), a driving roller (2) arranged on the main body (1), a movable roller (3) arranged on the side wall of the main body (1), a limiting device (4) arranged on the movable roller (3), a movable frame (5) arranged on the bottom wall of the main body (1), and a spraying device (6) arranged on the upper wall of the main body (1); the spraying device (6) comprises a containing box (61) arranged on the upper wall of the main body (1), a pressure applying rod (62) arranged on the containing box (61), a spray head (63) arranged on the pressure applying rod (62), and an anti-blocking mechanism (7) arranged on the spray head (63); before the equipment is started, one end of the coated three-dimensional fabric is sleeved on the movable roller (3), and then the movable roller (3) is pulled until the other end of the three-dimensional fabric is sleeved on the driving roller (2); then the movable frame (5) is started, and the two ends of the driving roller (2) and the movable roller (3) are closed; starting a driving roller (2) to enable the three-dimensional fabric to start rotating; the spraying device (6) is activated to start spraying the wear-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane powder onto the surface of the three-dimensional fabric.
2. A method of making a wear resistant and durable conveyor belt as in claim 1 wherein: and c, priming the rough surface of the high-strength three-dimensional fabric with the aqueous polyurethane primer in the step b to form a primer layer.
3. A method of making a wear resistant and durable conveyor belt as in claim 1 wherein: and c, coating high-wear-resistance thermoplastic polyurethane powder on the bottom coating in the step c, and performing heat setting at 180-200 ℃.
4. A method of making a wear resistant and durable conveyor belt as in claim 1 wherein: the anti-blocking mechanism (7) comprises a nozzle (71) arranged on the spray head (63), a filter plate (72) arranged at the nozzle (71), a filter hole (73) arranged on the filter plate (72), a first fixed cylinder (74) arranged in the spray head (63), a moving plate (75) arranged on the first fixed cylinder (74), a blocking needle (76) arranged on the moving plate (75), a driving assembly (8) arranged in the first fixed cylinder (74), and a conical block (77) arranged on the back of the moving plate; the plugging needle (76) is embedded in the filter hole (73) under the action of the driving component (8) before spraying; when spraying is started, the high-wear-resistance thermoplastic polyurethane powder is led into the pressure application roller (62) under the action of air pressure, and the driving assembly (8) drives the moving plate (75) to move upwards under the action of the air pressure; at the moment, the blocking needle (76) is separated from the filtering hole (73); then the polyurethane powder is sprayed on the three-dimensional fabric through the filtering holes (73).

The method of claim 4, wherein the step of forming a wear resistant and durable conveyor belt comprises: the driving assembly (8) comprises a second fixed barrel (81) arranged in the first fixed barrel (74), a first spring (82) arranged on the moving plate (75), an air outlet (83) arranged at the bottom of the second fixed barrel (81), a driving plate (84) arranged in the spray head (63), a driving ring (85) arranged between the first fixed barrel (74) and the second fixed barrel (81), and a second spring (86) arranged on the driving ring (85); when spraying is started, the driving plate (84) is driven to move downwards due to the action of air pressure; at the moment, air pressure is generated in the second fixed cylinder (81), and the driving ring (85) is driven to move upwards along with the air pressure; at the moment, the moving plate (75) moves upwards, and the blocking needle (76) is separated from the filtering hole (73); then, the plastic polyurethane powder is sprayed on the three-dimensional fabric through the filtering holes (73) from the time gap between the moving plate (75) and the driving plate (84).

A method of making a wear resistant and durable conveyor belt as in claim 1 wherein: the limiting device (4) comprises a moving track (41) arranged on the side wall of the main body (1), limiting teeth (42) arranged in the moving track (41), a moving block (43) arranged in the moving track (41), a return spring (44) arranged on the moving block (43), clamping teeth (45) arranged on the moving block (43), third springs (46) arranged on the clamping teeth (45), an air pressure channel (47) arranged in the moving roller (3), a piston rod (48) arranged in the air pressure channel (47), piston springs (49) arranged on the piston rod (48), and an unlocking mechanism (9) arranged in the air pressure channel (47); the piston rod (48) is pressed, and air pressure starts to be generated in the air pressure channel (47); then under the action of air pressure, an unlocking mechanism (9) is driven to start; the latch (45) is far away from the limit tooth (42) through the unlocking mechanism (9), and then the movable roller (3) is moved, so that the three-dimensional fabric can be sleeved on the driving roller (2); at the moment, under the action of a return spring (44), the moving block (43) starts to return; so that the three-dimensional fabric is just tensioned.
