the front surface of the first side plate 2 is provided with adjusting mechanisms 17, a cross bar 15 is arranged between the two adjusting mechanisms 17, a plurality of slitting mechanisms 14 are arranged on the cross bar 15, each slitting mechanism 14 comprises a cutter 141 attached to the lower surface of the cross bar 15, the upper surface of each cutter 141 is fixedly connected with a first stop block 142, the rear side of each first stop block 142 is provided with a second stop block 143, the lower surface of each second stop block 143 is fixedly connected with a first slide block, the first slide blocks are slidably connected in first sliding grooves 146 formed in the upper surfaces of the cutters 141, the first stop blocks 142 and the second stop blocks 143 are detachably connected through screws 144, the opposite surfaces of the first stop blocks 142 and the second stop blocks 143 are respectively provided with clamping grooves 145, the upper surface of the cross bar 15 is provided with scales, the first stop blocks 142 and the second stop blocks 143 can be separated by screwing bolts on the cutters 141 by arranging the cross bar 15 and the cutters 141, the first stop blocks 142 and the second stop blocks 143 do not clamp the cross bar 15 any more, so that the cutter 141 can be controlled to move left and right to adjust the position of the cutter, and further the melt-blown fabric 6 can be cut at different intervals, and by arranging scales on the cross rod 15, the position of the cutter 141 is adjusted according to the scale, so that the cutting of the melt-blown fabric 6 is more accurate, by arranging the adjusting mechanism 17, the second electric push rod 173 can drive the accommodating block to move up and down when being extended or contracted, so that the cross bar 15 can drive the cutter 141 to move up and down, so that the cutter 141 can selectively cut the meltblown fabric 6, by arranging the bolts, when the bolts are loosened, the bolts can be separated from the first stopper 142 and the second stopper 143, thereby make first dog 142 and second dog 143 can no longer clip horizontal pole 15, horizontal pole 15 can not receive the hindrance of screw rod 144 yet simultaneously, conveniently dismantle first dog 142 and second dog 143 and break away from horizontal pole 15 to can realize changing the assurance cutting sharpness to cutter 141.
A melt-blown fabric production device with antibacterial and haze-preventing functions and a preparation method thereof mainly comprise the following steps:
s1: placing the bearing block 12 on the ground, carrying the winding drum 4 to be placed on the supporting plate 25, operating the clamping mechanism 10 to fix the winding drum 4, controlling the driving mechanism 7 to work, and pulling the winding drum 4 to move upwards to a high position by the fixing rope 74 in the driving mechanism 7;
s2: controlling the moving mechanism 13 to work to move the second side plate 8 to the right for a certain distance, moving the winding drum 4 to the position above the positioning mechanism 5, controlling the winding drum 4 to move downwards and operating the positioning mechanism 5 to fix the winding drum 4 on the positioning mechanism 5, and then controlling the clamping mechanism 10 to be separated from the winding drum 4;
s3: one end of the meltblown fabric 6 on the winding drum 4 is taken down to penetrate through the shell 19 and extend to the position below the slitting mechanism 14, the hot rolling mechanism 18 is operated to process the meltblown fabric 6, then the adjusting mechanism 17 is controlled to control the cutter 141 to move downwards, the slitting mechanism 14 is operated to adjust the position of the cutter 141, and finally one end of the meltblown fabric 6 is pulled to perform good slitting on the meltblown fabric 6.
In the invention, when a user uses the device, the bearing block 12 is placed on the ground, then the winding drum 4 is carried and placed on the supporting plate 25, the clamping mechanism 10 is operated to fix the winding drum 4, then the driving mechanism 7 is controlled to work, the fixing rope 74 in the driving mechanism 7 pulls the winding drum 4 to move upwards to a high position, the moving mechanism 13 is controlled to work, the second side plate 8 moves rightwards for a certain distance, the winding drum 4 moves to the upper part of the positioning mechanism 5, the winding drum 4 moves downwards and the positioning mechanism 5 is operated, so that the winding drum 4 is fixed on the positioning mechanism 5, then the clamping mechanism 10 is controlled to be separated from the winding drum 4, one end of the melt-blown fabric 6 on the winding drum 4 is taken down to penetrate through the shell 19 and extend to the lower part of the cutting mechanism 14, the hot rolling mechanism 18 is operated to process the melt-blown fabric 6, then the adjusting mechanism 17 is controlled to control the cutter 141 to move downwards, and the slitting mechanism 14 is operated to adjust the position of the cutter 141, and finally one end of the meltblown fabric 6 is pulled to perform good slitting on the meltblown fabric 6.
