步骤1:将纳米二氧化钛粉、硅铝凝胶、聚丙烯、流平剂、马林酸树脂、改性聚乙烯醇、饱和芥酸酰胺和抗氧剂熔融混合,并通过网机平铺成网,进行水刺,得单层无纺布A;
步骤2:将棉纤维置于蒸馏水中,充分搅拌均匀,通过铺网机平铺成网,进行水刺,得到单层无纺布B;
步骤3:将单层无纺布A与单层无纺布B热压成医用口罩生产用无纺布。
实施例5:
一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,按重量份数计,包括:纳米二氧化钛粉10份、硅铝凝胶8份、杀菌剂10份、聚丙烯45份、棉纤维18份、流平剂25份、马林酸树脂10份、改性聚乙烯醇15份、饱和芥酸酰胺8份和抗氧剂8份。
一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将纳米二氧化钛粉、硅铝凝胶、聚丙烯、流平剂、马林酸树脂、改性聚乙烯醇、饱和芥酸酰胺和抗氧剂熔融混合,并通过网机平铺成网,进行水刺,得单层无纺布A;
步骤2:将棉纤维置于蒸馏水中,充分搅拌均匀,通过铺网机平铺成网,进行水刺,得到单层无纺布B;
步骤3:将单层无纺布A与单层无纺布B热压成医用口罩生产用无纺布。
综上所述,在本实施例中,按照本实施例的用于医用口罩生产用无纺布及制备工艺,本实施例提供的用于医用口罩生产用无纺布及制备工艺,由实施例1~实施例5可知,实施例3和实施例4制备的医用口罩生产用无纺布的抗菌和杀菌能力最佳,添加纳米二氧化钛粉具有抗线、抗菌、自洁净、抗老化性能,同时添加硅铝凝胶能够催化纳米二氧化钛粉与饱和芥酸酰胺反应能够增强无纺布的杀菌效果,同时将无纺布在杀菌剂中浸泡增强无纺布的抗菌效果,能够有效延长无纺布制备成口罩后的抗菌时间。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:纳米二氧化钛粉8~12份、硅铝凝胶5~9份、杀菌剂6~12份、聚丙烯35~48份、棉纤维15~18份、流平剂20~25份、马林酸树脂8~10份、改性聚乙烯醇10~15份、饱和芥酸酰胺4~8份和抗氧剂5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:纳米二氧化钛粉8~10份、硅铝凝胶5~8份、杀菌剂6~10份、聚丙烯35~45份、棉纤维15~18份、流平剂20~25份、马林酸树脂8~10份、改性聚乙烯醇10~15份、饱和芥酸酰胺4~8份和抗氧剂5~8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:纳米二氧化钛粉8.5份、硅铝凝胶6份、杀菌剂7份、聚丙烯36份、棉纤维16份、流平剂21份、马林酸树脂8.5份、改性聚乙烯醇11份、饱和芥酸酰胺5份和抗氧剂6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:纳米二氧化钛粉9份、硅铝凝胶7份、杀菌剂9份、聚丙烯39份、棉纤维17份、流平剂22份、马林酸树脂9份、改性聚乙烯醇13份、饱和芥酸酰胺7份和抗氧剂6份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌或二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,其特征在于,所述饱和芥酸酰胺为玉米油精制而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂包括:烷基双胍类杀菌剂、聚维酮碘、二甲基硅油和去离子水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布,其特征在于,所述流平剂为醋酸丁酸纤维素酯。
9.一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将纳米二氧化钛粉、硅铝凝胶、聚丙烯、流平剂、马林酸树脂、改性聚乙烯醇、饱和芥酸酰胺和抗氧剂熔融混合,并通过网机平铺成网,进行水刺,得单层无纺布A;
步骤2:将棉纤维置于蒸馏水中,充分搅拌均匀,通过铺网机平铺成网,进行水刺,得到单层无纺布B;
步骤3:将单层无纺布A与单层无纺布B热压成医用口罩生产用无纺布。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种用于医用口罩生产用无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于,在步骤3中,热压温度为240~250℃。
