The specific working process is as follows:
when the die cutting and creasing machine is in use, when the wood product to be processed needs to pass through the die cutting and creasing machine, firstly, the wood product to be processed is placed in the die cutting and creasing machine, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is pushed out downwards and can drive the second fixing plate 21 to move downwards, the cutting die 22 and the lower die on the lower surface of the second fixing plate 21 are matched with each other to cut the wood product, meanwhile, the creasing die and the lower die on the lower surface of the second fixing plate 21 are matched with each other to crease the wood product, the movable plate 32 in the creasing die 3 can be driven to move left and right through the extension and retraction of the first telescopic rod 31, the elastic sheets 34 below the two movable plates 32 can be adjusted through the relative movement and the back-to-back movement between the two movable plates 32, and the elastic sheets 34 are respectively rolled on the surfaces of the corresponding adjusting rods 33, so that the elastic sheets 34 can be adjusted along, when the wood product is indented, the changed elastic sheet 34 can be indented to have different indentation widths, so that different angles of the wood product can be indented; by arranging the supporting block 35, the supporting block 35 can be driven to move up and down through the extension and retraction of the second telescopic rod 36, the supporting block 35 further performs an effective supporting and jacking effect on the elastic piece 34, and meanwhile, indentation adjustment can be performed through powerful downward extrusion of the supporting block 35 so as to meet different indentation depth requirements; by introducing oil pressure into the oil pressure groove, when the elastic sheet 34 downwardly extrudes a wooden product, the extrusion deformation phenomenon of the elastic sheet 34 can be further reduced by the supporting action of the oil pressure, and meanwhile, the elastic sheet 34 has a round arc angle through the oil pressure, so that the indentation quality is improved; by arranging the oil baffle plate 38, hydraulic oil can be prevented from entering the inside of the adjusting groove through the guide groove under the action of the oil baffle plate 38, so that the normal work of the hydraulic oil is influenced on one hand, and the long-term stable use of the elastic sheet 34 is also influenced on the other hand, therefore, the oil baffle plate 38 can play an effective sealing role, meanwhile, the sealing roller 39 is arranged in the guide groove, the elastic sheet 34 is in rolling connection with the side wall of the guide groove through the rotation of the sealing roller 39, and the friction effect between the elastic sheet 34 and the guide groove is greatly reduced; through setting up briquetting 311 and second spring 313, when briquetting 311 contacts wooden product, briquetting 311 can be because pressure effect upward movement, and then briquetting 311 can compress the second spring 313 of its top, after briquetting 311 drives the pressure sensors of its upper surface and the pressure sensors contact of its top, the pneumatic cylinder can stop pushing down, after the indentation of accomplishing wooden product, through the effect of second spring 313, briquetting 311 is ejecting downwards again, briquetting 311 and then can push up wooden product downwards, make and promote drawing of patterns between wooden product and the flexure strip 34, avoid the emergence of sticking to the mould problem.

A die cutting and creasing machine for wood products comprises a shell (1), a cylinder (2) and a creasing die (3); the method is characterized in that: the shell (1) is designed to be of a cuboid structure; the lower surface of the shell (1) is fixedly connected with supporting legs at four vertex angles of the lower surface of the shell (1); the surface of the shell (1) is provided with guide holes which are communicated left and right; the lower surface of the interior of the shell (1) is provided with a mounting groove; a first fixing plate (11) is fixedly connected inside the mounting groove; the upper surface of the first fixing plate (11) is fixedly connected with a lower template (12); the upper surface of the shell (1) is provided with a mounting hole; the inside of the mounting hole is fixedly connected with a cylinder (2); the lower end face of a piston rod of the air cylinder (2) is fixedly connected with a second fixing plate (21); the upper surface of the inside of the shell (1) is fixedly connected with first guide posts (13) which are uniformly arranged; the upper surface of the second fixing plate (21) is fixedly connected with a second guide post (14) at the position right below the guide post; guide holes are formed in the upper surface of the second guide post (14), and the first guide posts (13) are connected inside the corresponding guide holes in a sliding mode; a first spring (15) is fixedly connected between each first guide post (13) and the corresponding second guide post (14); a first fixing groove is formed in the position, close to the side face of the second fixing plate (21), of the lower surface of the second fixing plate (21); the inner parts of the first fixing grooves are fixedly connected with cutting dies (22); a second fixing groove is formed in the lower surface of the second fixing plate (21) and is close to the middle of the second fixing plate (21); an indentation die is fixedly connected inside the second fixing groove; the lower surface of the indentation die is provided with a sliding chute; a support plate (23) is fixedly connected to the symmetrical axis position of the sliding chute in the sliding chute; the left side surface and the right side surface of the supporting plate (23) are fixedly connected with first telescopic rods (31); piston rods of the two first telescopic rods (31) are fixedly connected with a moving plate (32); the lower surfaces of the two moving plates (32) are both provided with adjusting grooves; the inner parts of the adjusting grooves are rotatably connected with adjusting rods (33); the outer arc surface of the adjusting rod (33) is connected with elastic pieces (34) in a rolling mode, and the two elastic pieces (34) are connected with each other.

A die-cutting indenter for wood products according to claim 1, characterized in that: the lower surface of the supporting plate (23) is provided with a supporting groove; the supporting block (35) is connected to the inside of the supporting groove in a vertical sliding mode, and the supporting block (35) supports the elastic piece (34) below the supporting block in a jacking mode; the bottom of the supporting groove is fixedly connected with a second telescopic rod (36), and a piston rod of the second telescopic rod (36) is fixedly connected with the supporting block (35).

A die-cutting indenter for wood products according to claim 1, characterized in that: induction grooves are formed in the positions, close to the left side surface and the right side surface of the supporting plate (23), of the lower surface of the supporting plate (23); the inside of the induction groove is fixedly connected with a pressure induction block (312).

A die-cutting and creasing machine for wood products according to claim 5, characterised in that: the bottom of each induction groove is fixedly connected with a fixed block (310); pressing blocks (311) are connected inside the two induction grooves in a vertical sliding mode; the upper surfaces of the two pressing blocks (311) and the lower surfaces of the corresponding fixing blocks (310) are fixedly connected with a pair of pressure induction blocks (312); and a second spring (313) is fixedly connected between each two pressing blocks (311) and the corresponding fixing block (310).
