The invention discloses a cutting tool convenient for replacing a cutting blade, which comprises a tool body, a fixing cover, a fixing bolt and a plurality of cutting assemblies, wherein the plurality of cutting assemblies are uniformly distributed around the tool body, the fixing cover is arranged at the lower part of the tool body, the edge of the fixing cover embraces the lower parts of the plurality of cutting assemblies, a first fixing through hole penetrating through the fixing cover from bottom to top is arranged on the fixing cover, a second fixing through hole penetrating through the fixing cover from top to bottom is arranged on the tool body, and the fixing bolt sequentially penetrates through the first fixing through hole and the second fixing through hole from bottom to top. Compared with the prior art, the cutter blade assembly replacing device comprises a plurality of cutting assemblies which are fixed by the fixing covers, when the cutter blade is replaced, the cutter blade assembly can be replaced only by disassembling and assembling the fixing bolts and further disassembling and assembling the fixing covers, and compared with a mode that the cutter blade assembly is disassembled and assembled respectively in the prior art, the cutter blade assembly replacing device only needs to disassemble and assemble the bolts once, so that the disassembling and assembling convenience is obviously improved.

Background
Milling cutters, which are rotary tools used for milling and having one or more teeth, are used for machining planes, steps, grooves, formed surfaces, cutting off workpieces and the like on milling machines, and the teeth cut off the allowance of the workpiece intermittently in sequence during operation. At present, when a milling cutter is used for product processing, the milling cutter needs to be replaced at regular time in order to ensure the quality of a processed surface, and the replacement of the milling cutter in the prior art needs to sequentially detach and replace each cutter head, so that time and labor are wasted. The inventors of the present application have conducted extensive studies to obtain a cutting tool that facilitates replacement of cutting inserts.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a cutting prop convenient for replacing a cutting blade, which can realize efficient replacement of a milling cutter edge.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the cutting tool convenient for replacing the cutting blade comprises a tool body, a fixing cover, a fixing bolt and a plurality of cutting assemblies, wherein the plurality of cutting assemblies are wound around the tool body and are uniformly distributed, the fixing cover is arranged on the lower portion of the tool body, the lower portions of the plurality of cutting assemblies are embraced by the edge of the fixing cover, a first fixing through hole which penetrates through the fixing cover from bottom to top is formed in the fixing cover, a second fixing through hole which penetrates through the fixing cover from top to bottom is formed in the tool body, and the fixing bolt penetrates through the first fixing through hole and the second fixing through hole from bottom to top in sequence.
In a preferred embodiment, the cutting assembly includes a fixing frame, a fixing member and a blade, the blade is fixed to the fixing member, an accommodating cavity is arranged inside the fixing frame, the accommodating cavity has an inlet and an outlet, the inlet is used for the fixing member to enter, the outlet is used for the blade to extend out, the fixing member is limited in the accommodating cavity, the edge of the fixing cover embraces the lower portion of the fixing frame, the fixing frame is provided with a magnet, and the cutter body is made of a magnetic material.

In a preferred embodiment, a second groove is formed at the bottom of the first groove, and the fixing piece is arranged in the second groove and positioned by the second groove.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer side surface of the lower part of the fixing frame inclines outwards, and the inner side wall of the fixing cover is attached to the outer side surface of the lower part of the fixing frame.
In a preferred embodiment, the fixture includes a first split and a second split that clamp the blade.

The structure comprises a plurality of cutting assemblies which are fixed by the fixing cover 2, when the blade 6 is replaced, the cutting assemblies can be replaced only by disassembling and assembling the fixing bolts 3 and further disassembling and assembling the fixing cover 2, and particularly the blade 6 can be replaced.
Specifically, the cutting assembly comprises a fixing frame 4, a fixing member 5 and a blade 6, wherein the blade 6 is fixed on the fixing member 5, an accommodating cavity 41 is formed in the fixing frame 4, the accommodating cavity 41 is provided with an inlet 42 and an outlet 43, the inlet 42 supplies the fixing member 5 to enter, the outlet 43 supplies the blade 6 to extend out, the fixing member 5 is limited in the accommodating cavity 41, the lower part of the fixing frame 4 is embraced by the edge of the fixing cover 2, a magnet is arranged on the fixing frame 4, and the cutter body 1 is made of a magnetic material. In the process of disassembly and assembly, the fixing bolt 3 is firstly removed, then the fixing cover 2 is removed, at this time, due to the attraction effect of the magnet, each cutting assembly is still adhered to the cutter body 1, which cutting assembly is required to be replaced by the blade 6 of which cutting assembly, which cutting assembly can be removed, after the cutting assembly is removed, the fixing piece 5 is taken out from the outlet 43 of the accommodating cavity 41, then the old cutter is taken out from the fixing piece 5, a new cutter is replaced, the fixing piece 5 is placed in the accommodating cavity 41 again, the fixing frame 4 is returned, and finally the fixing cover 2 and the fixing bolt 3 are installed again, so that the disassembly and assembly process is completed. In order to realize accurate positioning of the fixing frame 4, first grooves 12 are formed in the side portion of the cutter body 1, the first grooves 12 correspond to the cutting assemblies one by one, and the fixing frame 4 is arranged in the first grooves 12 and is positioned by the first grooves 12.
In order to realize accurate positioning of the fixing member 5, a second groove 13 is formed at the bottom of the first groove 12, and the fixing member 5 is arranged in the second groove 13 and positioned by the second groove 13.
In the above-mentioned structure, due to the positioning function of the first groove 12 and the second groove 13, the fixing frame 4 and the fixing member 5 are positioned relatively stably, and are prevented from being displaced during the operation.
In order to improve the fixing effect of the fixing cover 2 on the fixing frame 4, the outer side surface of the lower part of the fixing frame 4 inclines outwards, the inner side wall of the fixing cover 2 is attached to the outer side surface of the lower part of the fixing frame 4, and under the structural arrangement, the force of the inner side wall of the fixing cover 2 on the fixing frame 4 can be decomposed into the force pointing to the cutter body 1 and the upward force, so that the fixing frame 4 stably supports against the upper side wall and the bottom surface of the first groove 12, and the stable arrangement of the fixing frame 4 is realized.
Specifically, the fixing member 5 includes a first division 51 and a second division 52, the first division 51 and the second division 52 clamp the blade 6, and when the blade 6 is replaced, the blade 6 is replaced by separating and combining the first division 51 and the second division 52.
Further, the first and second divided bodies 51 and 52 are provided in a block shape.
Furthermore, a first mounting groove 511 is formed in the first sub-body 51, a second mounting groove 521 is formed in the second sub-body 52, the first mounting groove 511 and the second mounting groove 521 together form a mounting groove, and the blade 6 is disposed in the mounting groove.
In order to prevent the blade 6 from sliding out of the placing groove, a fixing rod 512 is arranged in the first mounting groove 511, a fixing hole 61 is arranged on the blade 6, the fixing rod 512 passes through the fixing hole 61 and then is inserted into the second section 52, and the blade 6 is limited in the placing groove due to the limitation of the fixing rod 512, so that the stable arrangement of the blade is realized.
In order to avoid the inconvenience of completely separating the first and second sub-bodies 51 and 52 during the replacement of the blade 6, the first and second sub-bodies 51 and 52 are preferably configured to be rotatably connected, but the rotatable connection structure thereof cannot damage the structural stability of the whole body, so that the rotatable connection method using a hinge is not suitable, the rotatable connection method is configured such that the first sub-body 51 and the second sub-body 52 are provided with the insertion hole 513 on one side edge away from the blade 6, the insertion hole 513 is provided on a side portion of the insertion hole 513, the insertion rod 522 is provided on one side edge of the second sub-body 52 away from the blade 6, the insertion rod 522 is inserted into the insertion hole 513, the combination of the insertion rod 522 and the insertion hole 513 realizes the rotatable connection between the first and second sub-bodies 51 and 52, and the first and second sub-bodies 51 and 52 do not have an excessive protrusion after the combination, the insertion hole 513 should not penetrate through the first division body 51 so that the second division body 52 does not fall off when the first division body 51 is held.

The cutting tool convenient for replacing the cutting blade is characterized by comprising a tool body, a fixing cover, a fixing bolt and a plurality of cutting assemblies, wherein the plurality of cutting assemblies are uniformly distributed around the tool body, the fixing cover is arranged at the lower part of the tool body, the lower parts of the plurality of cutting assemblies are embraced by the edge of the fixing cover, a first fixing through hole which penetrates through the fixing cover from bottom to top is formed in the fixing cover, a second fixing through hole which penetrates through the fixing cover from top to bottom is formed in the tool body, and the fixing bolt penetrates through the first fixing through hole and the second fixing through hole from bottom to top in sequence.

The cutting tool convenient for replacing the cutting blade as set forth in claim 1, wherein the cutting assembly comprises a holder, a fixing member and a blade, the blade is fixed on the fixing member, a receiving chamber is formed inside the holder, the receiving chamber has an inlet and an outlet, the inlet is used for the fixing member to enter, the outlet is used for the blade to extend out, the fixing member is limited in the receiving chamber, the edge of the fixing cover embraces the lower portion of the holder, the holder is provided with a magnet, and the cutter body is made of magnetic material.

The cutting tool for facilitating replacement of the cutting insert as set forth in claim 2, wherein the side portion of the body is provided with first grooves disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the cutting assemblies, and the holder is disposed in the first grooves and positioned by the first grooves.
4. A cutting tool for facilitating replacement of cutting inserts as set forth in claim 3, wherein the bottom of the first recess is provided with a second recess, and the holder is provided in the second recess, being positioned by the second recess.
5. The cutting tool for facilitating replacement of a cutting insert as set forth in claim 2, wherein a lower outer side surface of the holder is outwardly inclined, and an inner side wall of the fixing cap is engaged with the lower outer side surface of the holder.
6. The cutting tool facilitating replacement of the cutting insert of claim 2 wherein the holder includes a first split body and a second split body, the first and second split bodies clamping the insert.
7. The cutting tool facilitating cutting insert replacement of claim 6, wherein the first and second segments are provided in the form of blocks.
8. The cutting tool facilitating cutting insert replacement of claim 7, wherein the first sub-body is provided with a first mounting groove and the second sub-body is provided with a second mounting groove, the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove together forming a seating groove in which the cutting insert is seated.
9. The cutting tool facilitating replacement of the cutting insert as set forth in claim 8, wherein a fixing rod is provided in the first mounting groove, a fixing hole is provided in the insert, and the fixing rod is inserted into the second body after passing through the fixing hole.

The cutting tool facilitating replacement of the cutting insert according to claim 9, wherein a receptacle is provided on an edge of the first division body away from the cutting insert, a notch is provided on a side of the receptacle, and a pin is provided on an edge of the second division body away from the cutting insert, the pin being inserted into the receptacle.
