the spraying eye-washing mechanism comprises a spraying head, an eye washer, a pedal and an inverted L-shaped spraying pipe, the inverted L-shaped spraying pipe comprises a transverse pipe and a vertical pipe communicated with the transverse pipe, the spraying head is positioned at one end of the transverse pipe, and the other end of the transverse pipe is connected with the vertical pipe;
the middle lower part of the vertical pipe is used for draining water, the middle part of the vertical pipe is connected with a tee joint, the lateral upper part of the tee joint is provided with a tee joint parallel pipe, and the decontamination agent injection mechanism is arranged in the middle part of the vertical pipe;
the jet flow injection dosing mechanism is positioned above the decontamination agent injection mechanism and is used for dosing the decontamination agent;
the eye washer comprises a basin and an eye washer spray head positioned in the basin, and the decontamination agent injection mechanism injects decontamination liquid into the eye washer spray head and the spray head;
the decontamination agent injection mechanism comprises a double-channel peristaltic pump, a first liquid storage bottle, a second liquid storage bottle, a liquid injection hose and a box body, wherein the double-channel peristaltic pump, the first liquid storage bottle, the second liquid storage bottle and the liquid injection hose are all positioned in the box body;
the jet flow injection dosing mechanism comprises a contraction pipe, a jet flow liquid mixer, an expansion pipe and a dosing liquid separation port, wherein water flow forms jet flow after passing through the contraction pipe, in the jet flow liquid mixer, the jet flow liquid mixer is tangent to a decontamination agent stock solution at the dosing liquid separation port, and then the jet flow liquid mixer and the decontamination agent stock solution are fully mixed in the expansion pipe to finish the preparation of the decontamination agent;
the dosing liquid separation port is respectively connected with the second liquid storage bottle and the first liquid storage bottle;
a basin base is arranged below the basin, the basin is fixed on the basin base, and the water outlet end of the basin is connected to the middle lower part of the vertical pipe;
the pedal comprises a pedal body, a pedal switch and a return spring, the upper part of the pedal switch is provided with the pedal body, and the return spring is arranged between the pedal body and the pedal switch;
the control mechanism is used for triggering the pedal switch after the pedal body is extruded by external force, the pedal switch outputs a signal to the control system, and the control mechanism controls the decontamination agent injection mechanism to be started;
the pedal is close to the position right below the washbasin;
two groups of eye washer nozzles are arranged;
the contraction tube and the expansion tube are opposite in position, the jet flow mixer and the dosing liquid separation port are positioned on a vertical line, and the jet flow mixer is positioned above the dosing liquid separation port.
