the first glue injection mechanism 5 coats glue on the upper surface of the conveyed coil stock; the second glue injection mechanism 6 coats glue on the upper surface of the passing elastic band;

the pressing and sealing mechanism 8 does not work in the feeding process, and a small distance is kept between the upper pressure rod and the lower pressure rod, so that the flanging 122 of the coil stock does not recover deformation, and the pressing and sealing after the machine is stopped are facilitated;
