step two: drying the prepared germinated wheat in an oven at 45-55 ℃, mixing the germinated wheat with normal wheat in the same proportion to obtain mixed wheat, adding the mixed wheat into a bottom box (22) of a wheat mixing and crushing device, covering a cover plate (6), driving a stirring shaft (29) to rotate through an output end of a stirring motor (7), stirring the germinated wheat and the normal wheat through a stirring rod on the stirring shaft (29), and mixing the wheat flour in advance;
