The second driving device 10 is started to drive the first transmission rod 7 to rotate, so that the feeding device slides along the guide rail 102, and the feeding troughs 11 arranged at the front side and the rear side move back and forth at the feeding port of the pigeon house 13. The second transmission bar 8 plays a role of supporting and following the rotation during the sliding of the feeding device.
