The sealed power supply control box adopts an electromagnetic cavity-separating design, low-voltage electronic components are arranged on the component mounting plate 11 and are independently formed into cavities, namely, the second accommodating cavity, and the design can achieve the purposes of replacing vulnerable electronic components on the premise of not damaging the tightness of the components in the first accommodating cavity of the product, isolating an external power supply from a control power supply through a metal box body, preventing mutual interference during working and effectively improving the electromagnetic shielding effect.
When in use, an external power signal is input from the front end of the first electric connector 2, the external power signal is divided into two parts, one part of the external power signal is directly output from the rear end of the first electric connector 2, and the other part of the external power signal is transmitted to the circuit breaker 7 through the circuit breaker assembly 71 and then is transmitted to the second electric connector for output by the circuit breaker 7; the maintenance signal is input by the second electric connector 2, transmitted to the relay 8 through the third electric connector 4, transmitted to the indicator lamp 10 and the switch 6 through the relay 8, transmitted back to the third electric connector 4, and simultaneously transmitted back to the second electric connector 2 together with the auxiliary point signal on the first electric connector 2 and then output.
The first electric connector 2 comprises an insulating mounting plate 21, a sealing gasket 22 and a contact pin assembly, wherein the contact pin assembly is fixedly connected with the insulating mounting plate 21 through embedding plastic pressure, the insulating mounting plate 21 is fixedly connected with a front wall plate of a first accommodating cavity of the box body 1, the sealing gasket 22 is clamped by the insulating mounting plate 21 and the front wall plate of the first accommodating cavity of the box body 1, the tail part of the contact pin assembly is provided with a thread section, the thread section is fixedly connected with the rear cover 12 through a screw cap, and an axial sealing ring and a radial sealing ring are further arranged at the joint of the contact pin assembly and the rear cover 12 and realize an airtight function through two layers of sealing rings and a connector sealing piece matched with the two layers of sealing rings.
The first electrical connector also has an insulating pad 23 and an insulating boot 24, the insulating pad 23 being sandwiched by the insulating boot 24 and the rear cover 12.
An indicator lamp 10 is also connected to the component mounting plate 11.
The insulating mounting plate 21 is provided with a plurality of insulating rib stand 211 with spaced through holes.
An iron strap 9 is also fixed behind the box body 1. The bonding wires 9 connect all parts of the aircraft to form an equipotential body, the overall electric potential is equal, and the tip discharge is prevented from being influenced by static electricity and lightning.
