Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural Internet of things intelligent equipment, and particularly relates to a vehicle-mounted agricultural machine intelligent terminal which comprises an intelligent terminal function module and a terminal box, wherein the intelligent terminal function module is integrated in the terminal box which can be fixed on an agricultural machine, and a vehicle-mounted power supply provides required electric power. The intelligent terminal uses the internet of things as a core, and is applied to agricultural machinery and plant protection equipment, so that the plant protection and pesticide supervision are accurate, the production process of agricultural products is tracked, the safety of the agricultural products is guaranteed, scientific planting and intelligent planting are realized.

This intelligent terminal uses internet of things as the core, through using on agricultural machine and plant protection equipment, accurate plant protection and pesticide supervision to trail agricultural product production process, guarantee agricultural product safety, and realize scientific planting, intelligent planting.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a vehicle-mounted agricultural machinery intelligent terminal is composed of an intelligent terminal function module and a terminal box, wherein the intelligent terminal function module is integrated in the terminal box which can be fixed on an agricultural machinery and is provided with required electric power by a vehicle-mounted power supply;
the intelligent terminal function module comprises a main control module, a storage module, a communication module, a positioning module, a power supply module, an information acquisition module and a feedback module, and the function module exchanges data with the cloud server;
the main control module adopts a FLASH type single chip microcomputer, is respectively connected with the storage module, the communication module, the positioning module, the power supply module and the information acquisition module, is used for controlling and coordinating the work, data exchange, operation and information processing of each module of the intelligent terminal, and is used for remotely debugging and updating through a cloud server;
the storage module is divided into a fixed storage and an external storage, the fixed storage is used for storing a system bootstrap program, an embedded system, GIS map data, an application program and user information, and the external storage is used for storing operation data generated by other modules of the terminal and uploading the operation data to the cloud server through the communication module; the external memory is a pluggable memory card;
the communication module is a receiving and sending component for communication between the intelligent terminal and the cloud server, and adopts a communication mode of a wireless network module, and the wireless network module supports one or more communication modes of a GPRS mode, a 4G mode and a 5G mode;
the positioning module comprises a BDS/GPS dual-mode compatible positioning system module and a GIS module, wherein the BDS/GPS dual-mode compatible positioning system module is used for receiving satellite signals, converting the satellite signals into positioning information, transmitting the positioning information to the main control module, and calculating a terminal positioning track after the information processing is carried out in cooperation with the GIS module, wherein the positioning track comprises three-dimensional coordinates, speed, direction and time information; the GIS module map data is stored in a fixed memory and can be updated on line through a communication module;
the power supply module provides electric power support for the intelligent terminal and is connected with a vehicle-mounted power supply through a vehicle-mounted power supply interface (9), the vehicle-mounted power supply interface (9) is installed behind the upper cover, and the input voltage of the power supply interface is 12V;
the information acquisition module comprises an equipment state acquisition module, a function sensor module and an image acquisition module, and is used for acquiring equipment and terminal operation data and storing the data in an external memory;
the feedback module is divided into a voice module and a display module and is used for playing and displaying work warnings, weather forecasts, operation methods, equipment states, control information and navigation information.
Preferably, the terminal box comprises a fixed base (1), an upper cover (2), a functional module integrated circuit board (3), heat dissipation holes (401), an air inlet hole (402), an external signal antenna (5), a control button (6), a display screen (7), a stereo speaker (8) and a vehicle-mounted power interface (9).
Preferably, the fixed base (1) is fixedly connected with the upper cover (2), and a rubber pad is padded at the joint.
Preferably, the upper cover is provided with heat dissipation holes (401) on the outer part at the upper side, a dust cover covers the heat dissipation holes, a heat dissipation plate (10) is fixed inside the heat dissipation holes, and the functional module integrated circuit board (3) is fixed on the heat dissipation plate (10).

Preferably, the control button (6) is electrically connected with the main control module and is arranged on the front side of the upper cover (2).
Preferably, the display screen (7) is installed on the front side of the upper cover, the stereo speaker (8) is installed on the right side of the upper cover, and the display screen and the stereo speaker are electrically connected with the feedback module.
The intelligent terminal has the advantages of small volume, complete functions, low power consumption, simple and reliable structure, good shock resistance and suitability for the field operation environment of agricultural machinery, and the agricultural machinery provides power supply for the agricultural machinery. 1-a fixed base, 2-an upper cover, 3-a functional module integrated circuit board, 401-radiating holes, 402-air inlet holes, 5-an external signal antenna, 6-a control button, 7-a display screen, 8-a stereo loudspeaker, 9-a vehicle-mounted power interface and 10-a radiating plate.
Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, a vehicle-mounted agricultural machinery intelligent terminal is composed of an intelligent terminal function module and a terminal box, wherein the intelligent terminal function module is integrated in the terminal box which can be fixed on an agricultural machinery and is provided with required electric power by a vehicle-mounted power supply;
the intelligent terminal function module comprises a main control module, a storage module, a communication module, a positioning module, a power supply module, an information acquisition module and a feedback module, and the function module exchanges data with the cloud server.
The main control module adopts a FLASH type single chip microcomputer, is respectively connected with the storage module, the communication module, the positioning module, the power supply module and the information acquisition module, is used for controlling and coordinating the work, data exchange, operation and information processing of each module of the intelligent terminal, and is used for remotely debugging and updating through a cloud server;
the storage module is divided into a fixed storage and an external storage, the fixed storage is used for storing a system bootstrap program, an embedded system, GIS map data, an application program and user information, and the external storage is used for storing operation data generated by other modules of the terminal and uploading the operation data to the cloud server through the communication module; the external memory is a pluggable memory card;
the communication module is a receiving and sending component for communication between the intelligent terminal and the cloud server, and adopts a communication mode of a wireless network module, and the wireless network module supports one or more communication modes of a GPRS mode, a 4G mode and a 5G mode;

the power supply module provides electric power support for the intelligent terminal and is connected with a vehicle-mounted power supply through a vehicle-mounted power supply interface (9), the vehicle-mounted power supply interface (9) is installed behind the upper cover, and the input voltage of the power supply interface is 12V;
the information acquisition module comprises an equipment state acquisition module, a function sensor module and an image acquisition module, and is used for acquiring equipment and terminal operation data and storing the data in an external memory;
the feedback module is divided into a voice module and a display module and is used for playing and displaying work warnings, weather forecasts, operation methods, equipment states, control information and navigation information.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the terminal box includes a fixing base (1), an upper cover (2), a functional module integrated circuit board (3), heat dissipation holes (401), an air inlet hole (402), an external signal antenna (5), a control button (6), a display screen (7), a stereo speaker (8), and a vehicle-mounted power interface (9).
The fixed base (1) is fixedly connected with the upper cover (2), and a rubber pad is padded at the joint.
The upper cover is provided with heat dissipation holes (401) outside the upper side, a dust cover covers the heat dissipation holes, a heat dissipation plate (10) is fixed inside the heat dissipation holes, and the functional module integrated circuit board (3) is fixed on the heat dissipation plate (10).
An air inlet hole (402) is formed in the left side face of the upper cover, and a dust cover covers the air inlet hole.
And the external signal antenna (5) is arranged on the right side of the upper cover and is electrically connected with the communication module in the functional module integrated circuit board (3).
The control button (6) is electrically connected with the main control module and is arranged on the front side of the upper cover (2).
Display screen (7) are installed in the upper cover front side, and stereo loudspeaker (8) are installed on the upper cover right side, both and feedback module electric connection.
