The front side of the chassis 4 is provided with a top plate 6, the universal wheels 49 are provided with locking buckles 50, the lower side of the vertical rod 8 is provided with a handle 11, and the top end of the vertical rod 8 is provided with a top block 12.
The bottom rod 5 inside be provided with spacing groove 7, montant 8 lower extreme be provided with stopper 9.
Screw holes 15 are formed in the sliding cylinder 13, a screw 16 is arranged in the middle of the clamping handle 14, and a clamping block 17 is arranged at the end of the screw 16.
The fixing groove 29 is internally provided with a clamp 34, the left side of the claw finger 30 is provided with a fixing hole 36, the middle part of the claw finger 30 is provided with a groove 35, and the groove 35 is internally provided with a spring 37.
The fixing seat 28 is internally provided with internal threads 38, and the outer surface of the connecting rod 27 is provided with external threads 39.
The right side of the pull ring 41 is provided with an inductor 42.
When the invention is used, the movable frame 1 is placed on the ground through the chassis 4, the lower side of the chassis 4 is provided with the universal wheel 49, the movable frame can move through the universal wheel 49, the inside of the bottom rod 5 is provided with the limit groove 7, the lower end of the vertical rod 8 is provided with the limit block 9, the limit block 9 can freely slide in the limit groove 7, the outside of the vertical rod 8 is provided with the sliding cylinder 13, the inside of the sliding cylinder 13 is provided with the screw hole 15, the inside of the screw hole 15 is provided with the clamping handle 14, the sliding cylinder 13 can slide up and down along the vertical rod 8, the clamping plate 18 with the clamping groove 19 is arranged on the inside of the sliding cylinder 13, the sliding block 20 is clamped in the clamping groove 19, the middle through holes 21 of the clamping plate 18 and the sliding block 20 are provided with the positioning rod 2, the middle part of the positioning rod 2 is provided with the insulating cylinder 22, the right end of the insulating cylinder 22 is provided with the fixing seat 28, the right side of the fixing seat 28 is provided with the claw disc 3, the insulating cylinder 22 is internally provided with an insulating rod 23 and a connecting rod 27, the left side of the insulating rod 23 is provided with a rotating handle 25, the outer surface of the connecting rod 27 is provided with an external thread 39, the external thread 39 is meshed with an internal thread 38 on the inner side of a fixed seat 28, the connecting rod 27 can be driven to move leftwards or rightwards by rotating the rotating handle 25 in different directions, the right end of the connecting rod 27 is provided with a connecting block 40, the outer side of the connecting block 40 is provided with a pull ring 41, the connecting block 40 can rotate in the pull ring 41, the outer side of the pull ring 41 is provided with a ring clamp 43, the ring clamp 43 is hinged with a clamp A31 through a pull rod 44, when the grounding operation is needed, the movable frame 1 is placed on the front side of a switch cabinet, the top plate 6 is contacted with the switch cabinet, the universal wheel 49 is locked by using a locking buckle 50, the positioning rod 2 is adjusted to be the same as the fixed contact 47, the rotating clamping handle 14 is fastened with the sliding cylinder 13, then the sliding block 20 is moved leftwards, the positioning rod 2 is the same as the fixed contact 47, then pushing the handle 11, pushing the vertical rod 8 to the direction of the switch cabinet through the sliding block 20 until the claw disc 3 is contacted with the fixed contact 47, rotating the rotating handle 25 after the claw disc 3 touches the fixed contact 47, driving the connecting rod 27 to rotate by the insulating rod 23, driving the pull ring 41 to move left by the connecting rod 27, tightening the claw disc 3, tightly attaching the patch 33 inside the claw disc 3 to the fixed contact 47, grounding the fixed contact 47 through the grounding wire 45 outside the clamping B32, and the invention has the advantages of convenient use, safety, high efficiency, wide application range and good grounding effect.

As shown in fig. 1-10, the special grounding device for the busbar in the 10kV high-voltage switch cabinet comprises a movable frame 1, a positioning rod 2 and a claw disc 3, wherein a chassis 4 is arranged at the lower side of the movable frame 1, a bottom rod 5 is arranged at the left side and the right side of the chassis 4, a universal wheel 49 is arranged at the lower side of the chassis 4, a vertical rod 8 is arranged at the upper side of the chassis 4, a sliding cylinder 13 is arranged at the outer side of the vertical rod 8, a clamping handle 14 is arranged at the outer side of the sliding cylinder 13, a clamping plate 18 is arranged at the inner side of the sliding cylinder 13, a clamping groove 19 is arranged in the clamping plate 18, a sliding block 20 is arranged in the clamping groove 19, through holes 21 are arranged in the middle of the clamping plate 18 and the sliding block 20, a positioning rod 2 is arranged in the through holes 21, an insulating cylinder 22 is arranged in the middle of the positioning rod 2, a fixed seat 28 is arranged at the right end of the insulating cylinder 22, the middle part of the fixed seat 28 is provided with a fixed groove 29, the right side of the fixed seat 28 is provided with a claw disk 3, the outer side of the claw disk 3 is provided with a claw finger 30, the middle part of the claw finger 30 is provided with a clamping A31, the right side of the claw finger 30 is provided with a clamping B32, the inside of the insulating cylinder 22 is provided with an insulating rod 23, the left side of the insulating rod 23 is provided with a rotating handle 25, the right side of the insulating rod 23 is provided with a connecting rod 27, the right end of the connecting rod 27 is provided with a connecting block 40, the outer side of the connecting block 40 is provided with a pull ring 41, the outer side of the pull ring 41 is provided with a ring clamp 43, a pull rod 44 is arranged between the clamping A31 and the ring clamp 43, the right side of the claw disk 3 is provided with a fixed contact 47, the lower side of the clamping B32 is provided with a patch 33, the outer side of the clamping B32 is provided with a grounding wire 45, the inside of the insulating rod 23 and the connecting rod 27 is provided with a middle hole 46, the rear side of the movable frame 1 is provided with a bundling pipe 48.
For better effect, the front side of the chassis 4 is provided with a top plate 6, the universal wheels 49 are provided with locking buckles 50, the lower side of the vertical rod 8 is provided with a handle 11, the top end of the vertical rod 8 is provided with a top block 12, and the top block 12 can prevent the sliding cylinder 13 from falling out of the vertical rod 8.
For better effect, the bottom rod 5 inside be provided with spacing groove 7, montant 8 lower extreme be provided with stopper 9, spacing groove 7 and stopper 9 mutually support.
In order to achieve a better effect, a screw hole 15 is formed in the sliding cylinder 13, a screw rod 16 is arranged in the middle of the clamping handle 14, the screw hole 15 is meshed with the screw rod 16, a clamping block 17 is arranged at the end of the screw rod 16, and the clamping block 17 can tightly prop against the vertical rod 8.
For better effect, the fixing groove 29 is internally provided with a clamp 34, the left side of the claw finger 30 is provided with a fixing hole 36, the clamp 34 penetrates through the fixing hole 36 to fix the claw finger 30, the middle part of the claw finger 30 is provided with a groove 35, and the groove 35 is internally provided with a spring 37.
For better effect, the fixing base 28 is internally provided with an internal thread 38, the outer surface of the connecting rod 27 is provided with an external thread 39, and the internal thread 38 and the external thread 39 are mutually matched.
For better effect, the right side of the pull ring 41 is provided with an inductor 42.
For better effect, be provided with stiffener 10 between montant 8 and stopper 9, stiffener 10 can strengthen the device fastness.
For better effect, a collar 24 is arranged between the insulating cylinder 22 and the insulating rod 23 to prevent the insulating cylinder 22 and the insulating rod 23 from being damaged due to excessive friction.
For better effect, the vertical rod 8 is a cylinder, the positioning rod 2 is a cylinder, and the limiting groove 7 and the limiting block 9 are in a T shape.
For better effect, the claw disc 3 and the patch 33 are made of aluminum alloy, the aluminum alloy has good conductivity, the top plate 6 and the clamping block 17 are made of insulating elastic rubber, the insulating cylinder 22 and the insulating rod 23 are made of PVC plastic, and the PVC plastic has excellent insulating property.
For better effect, the number of the positioning rods 2 is 3, corresponding to 3 fixed contacts 47, and the number of the claw fingers 30 is 3-5.
When the invention is used, the movable frame 1 is placed on the ground through the chassis 4, the universal wheels 49 are arranged on the lower side of the chassis 4, the movement is convenient, the top plate 6 is arranged on the front side of the chassis 4, the limit groove 7 is arranged in the bottom rod 5, the limit block 9 is arranged at the lower end of the vertical rod 8, the limit block 9 can freely slide in the limit groove 7, the sliding cylinder 13 is arranged on the outer side of the vertical rod 8, the screw hole 15 is arranged in the sliding cylinder 13, the clamping handle 14 is arranged in the screw hole 15, the sliding cylinder 13 can slide up and down along the vertical rod 8, the clamping plate 18 with the clamping groove 19 is arranged on the inner side of the sliding cylinder 13, the sliding block 20 is clamped in the clamping groove 19, the positioning rod 2 is arranged in the middle through hole 21 of the clamping plate 18 and the sliding block 20, the insulating cylinder 22 is arranged in the middle of the positioning rod 2, the fixed seat 28 is arranged at the right end of the insulating cylinder 22, the clamp 34 is arranged in the fixed groove 29, the claw finger 30 is fixed on the fixed seat 28 through the clamp 34, the patch 33 is arranged at the lower side of the clamp B32, the patch 33 can increase the contact area between the claw finger 30 and the static contact 47, the conductivity of the claw disc 3 is enhanced, the insulating rod 23 and the connecting rod 27 are arranged in the insulating cylinder 22, the middle parts of the insulating rod 23 and the connecting rod 27 are provided with a middle hole 46, the ground wire 45 is convenient to pass through, the left side of the insulating rod 23 is provided with the rotating handle 25, the outer surface of the connecting rod 27 is provided with the external thread 39, the external thread 39 is meshed with the internal thread 38 at the inner side of the fixed seat 28, the connecting rod 27 can be driven to move leftwards or rightwards by rotating the rotating handle 25 in different directions, the right end of the connecting rod 27 is provided with the connecting block 40, the outer side of the connecting block 40 is provided with the pull ring 41, the connecting block 40 can rotate in the pull ring 41, the ring clamp 43 is hinged with the clamp A31 through the pull rod 44, when the grounding operation is needed, the moving frame 1 is placed at the front side of the switch cabinet, the top plate 6 is contacted with the switch cabinet, the universal wheel 49 is locked by using the locking buckle 50 to prevent the moving frame 1 from moving, at the moment, the claw disk 3 is in an expanded state, the sliding cylinder 13 is unscrewed by the clamping handle 14, the positioning rod 2 is adjusted to be the same as the fixed contact 47 in height, the clamping handle 14 is rotated to fasten the sliding cylinder 13, the sliding block 20 is moved to enable the spacing between the positioning rod 2 and the fixed contact 47 to be the same, then the handle 11 is pushed, the vertical rod 8 is pushed towards the direction of the switch cabinet by the sliding block 20 until the claw disk 3 is contacted with the fixed contact 47, the inductor 42 is arranged at the inner side of the pull ring 41, if the fixed contact 47 is in a charged state, the inductor 42 gives an alarm to remind a worker, after the claw disk 3 touches the fixed contact 47, the left cross seat 26 of the rotating handle 25 is rotated, the insulating rod 23 drives the connecting rod 27 to rotate, the connecting rod 27 drives the pull ring 41 to move left, the claw disc 3 is tightened, the patch 33 in the claw disc 3 is tightly attached to the fixed contact 47, the fixed contact 47 carries out grounding treatment through the grounding wire 45 at the outer side of the clamp B32, the spring 37 at the outer side of the claw finger 30 can provide certain tightening force, the claw disc 3 is in closer contact with the fixed contact 47, the rotating handle 25 is reversely rotated after the claw disc is used, the connecting rod 27 drives the pull ring 41 to move rightwards, the claw disc 3 is expanded, the locking buckle 50 is opened, the movable frame 1 is translated backwards, the vertical rod 8 is moved to a safe position, and the positioning rod 2 is reset.
