Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view illustrating a battery 100 according to an exemplary embodiment, and fig. 2 is a schematic sectional view illustrating a battery 100 according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the battery 100 may include a battery cell 1 and a casing 2, and the casing 2 may include at least a portion of the battery cell 1 to form protection for the battery cell 1. This electric core 1 can include any kind in aluminium shell electricity core, soft-packaged electric core and the cylinder electricity core, and this disclosure is not the restriction. The casing 2 may include a body 21 and a thermochromic layer 22 located on the body 21 on a side away from the battery cell 1, the body 21 may include an aluminum film layer, and the thermochromic layer 22 may change color with a change in temperature of the battery 100.
Based on this, when battery 100 leads to generating heat because of work or leads to generating heat because of charging and make body 21 surface temperature rise, the temperature sensing discoloration layer 22 that covers on body 21 surface can switch to any kind of colour according to the temperature variation that senses, for example blue, orange or yellow etc. or because the temperature that each position of temperature sensing discoloration layer 22 sensed is different, this temperature sensing discoloration layer 22 can show for the gradient, so, can not only promote scientific and technological sense, can also play the effect of the warning of generating heat. The battery 100 may include a lithium battery, among others.
In one embodiment, the thermochromic layer 22 may be made of a mixture of an ink material and a thermochromic material. For example, the thermochromic material may be mixed into the ink material at a predetermined ratio, and then the mixture may be formed on the body 21 through a printing process or a coating process after being uniformly mixed. The preset ratio may be 1: 1 or 2: 1, etc., the disclosure is not limited.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the housing 2 may further include an ink layer 23, and the ink layer 23 is located between the thermochromic layer 22 and the body 21.
