a drain hole penetrates through the bottom wall of the water storage tank, the drain hole is far away from the through pipe, and a baffle plate for closing the drain hole is fixed at the lower end of a vertical rod far away from the through pipe; when the water outlet is communicated with the upper end of the through pipe, the baffle plate opens the drain hole.
