Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for assisting a self-service clearing machine in preventing escape tickets, which comprises the following steps: acquiring the weight of each commodity; the actual total weight of all the commodities to be settled which do not enter the settlement process is obtained by integral weighing; respectively acquiring the weight of each commodity to be settled in the settlement process so as to calculate and acquire the actual total settlement weight; and comparing the actual total weight with the actual settlement total weight to judge whether the error is within a preset range, if so, judging that the order escaping phenomenon does not exist, entering a payment step, and if not, judging that the order escaping phenomenon exists, and reminding. The embodiment of the invention also provides a device for assisting the self-service clearing machine in preventing the escape ticket. The invention can assist the self-service clearing machine to effectively avoid the phenomenon of order escape and has low implementation cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of commodity transaction, in particular to a method and a device for assisting a self-service clearing machine in preventing a ticket from escaping.
Background
At present, more and more commodity transaction places such as supermarkets and shopping malls are equipped with self-service settlement machines, which can reduce manual settlement cost, effectively save queuing waiting time of customers and improve shopping experience. the calculator is used for respectively acquiring the weight of each commodity to be settled in the settlement process so as to calculate and acquire the actual settlement total weight and sending the actual settlement total weight to the controller;
the controller is further used for comparing the actual total weight with the actual settlement total weight to judge whether the error is within a preset range, if so, judging that no order escaping phenomenon exists, controlling to enter a payment step, and if not, judging that the order escaping phenomenon exists, controlling to remind.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention obtains the actual total weight of all the commodities to be settled by integrally weighing all the commodities to be settled which do not enter the settlement process, and obtains the actual settlement total weight of all the commodities to be settled in the settlement process by calculation, thereby judging whether the order escaping phenomenon exists or not by weight comparison, further assisting the self-service settlement machine to effectively avoid the order escaping phenomenon, having low implementation cost, not only needing to carry out any adjustment (such as sticking a sound magnetic label or an RFID electronic label and the like) on the existing commodities, but also needing no damage prevention personnel to monitor the settlement process of the customers on site, having obvious damage prevention effect and basically avoiding the order escaping problem when the self-service settlement machine is applied.
The invention has convenient operation and low cost, and can be widely applied to the technical field of commodity transaction.

respectively acquiring the weight of each commodity to be settled in the settlement process so as to calculate and acquire the actual total settlement weight;
and comparing the actual total weight with the actual settlement total weight to judge whether the error is within a preset range, if so, judging that the order escaping phenomenon does not exist, entering a payment step, and if not, judging that the order escaping phenomenon exists, and reminding.

In some embodiments, obtaining the weight of each commodity specifically includes:
the weight of the standardized packaged goods and/or the non-standardized packaged goods is obtained.
Among these, standardized packaged goods, for example: a bag of rice, a bag of potato chips or a bottle of water and the like which can be sold without weighing on site; non-standardized packaged goods such as: vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood and other commodities which need to be weighed on site or sold for sale.
In one embodiment, obtaining the weight of the standardized packaged goods and/or the non-standardized packaged goods specifically comprises:
acquiring the identification information of each standardized packaged commodity and the corresponding standard weight,

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the embodiments of the invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, embodiments of the invention are not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

and comparing the actual total weight with the actual settlement total weight to judge whether the error is within a preset range, if so, judging that the order escaping phenomenon does not exist, entering a payment step, and if not, judging that the order escaping phenomenon exists, and reminding.
