For example, the client displays the risk assessment questionnaire information on the user interface, the user can browse and examine the predicted reply content to the assessment question, when the inaccurate predicted reply content is found, the user can perform modification operation (input or select the correct reply content) on the user interface, and click a "confirm", "complete" or "submit" button after browsing and examining, so as to confirm other predicted reply contents included in the risk assessment questionnaire.
And the risk assessment questionnaire information containing the predicted response content is sent to the client side for revision processing by the user, so that the risk assessment questionnaire time of the user is saved, and the answer willingness of the user is improved. And the predicted response content generated by the business behavior data of the user avoids wrong answer caused by wrong memory or improper operation of the user, and improves the accuracy of risk evaluation.
And step 112, the client sends the response content of the user after revising the predicted response content to the risk assessment management platform.
Step 114, the risk assessment management platform receives the revised reply content sent by the client and performs risk assessment calculation on the user based on the revised reply content to obtain the latest risk assessment result corresponding to the user.
The calculation process of the risk evaluation result usually carries out multi-dimensional characteristic value calculation on the basis of the collected response content of the risk evaluation question of the user according to a risk evaluation model; and further taking the multi-dimensional characteristic value of the user as the input of a risk evaluation model, wherein the output of the risk evaluation model is the risk evaluation result of the user.
In an illustrated embodiment, a predetermined weight is set for the risk model characteristic value of each dimension in the risk assessment model, and a set score is set for different value intervals of each risk model characteristic value; when the risk model characteristic value of a certain user is input, the score of the risk model characteristic value is obtained according to the value interval where the certain risk model characteristic value of the user is located, and the weighted sum of the scores of the risk model characteristic values is used as the risk evaluation result of the user.
The risk evaluation result can be a single evaluation result, or can comprise evaluation results of two or more different aspects of the user, and the evaluation result of each aspect can be obtained based on different risk models by taking part or all of the characteristic values of the risk models as input.
In some application scenarios, the risk model characteristic values can be divided into a plurality of characteristic categories according to factors such as characteristics and purposes of the risk model characteristic values, and the risk model characteristic values of different categories can be used for generating evaluation results in different aspects. For example, the risk model feature values include at least one of the following feature categories: identity information, property status, personal preferences; wherein the identity information category comprises at least one of the following risk model characteristic values: age, gender, education, family structure; the property condition categories include at least one of the following risk model characteristic values: financial assets, non-financial assets, credit card amounts, consumption levels, income levels, travel conditions, liability levels, occupation and insurance conditions, repayment conditions; when the user has investment behavior, the personal preference category comprises at least one of the following risk model characteristic values: the duration of holding financial assets, the information browsing extent before purchasing the financial assets, the information browsing depth before purchasing the financial assets, the speaking condition of an investment community, the use times of investment services, the number of credit cards, the payment times of public utilities and the donation times; when the user has no investment behavior, the personal preferences include at least one of the following risk model characteristic values: interest in investments in financial assets, activity level of financial transactions, interest in investments in non-financial assets, number of credit cards, number of utility payments, number of donations.
The risk assessment results in the above embodiments include two aspects: the system comprises a risk tolerance evaluation result and a preference evaluation result, wherein the risk tolerance evaluation result is generated according to at least one risk model characteristic value belonging to the identity information category and at least one risk model characteristic value belonging to the property condition category; the preference evaluation result is generated according to at least one risk model characteristic value belonging to the identity information category and at least one risk model characteristic value belonging to the personal preference category.
Therefore, in the embodiment, two systems of objective facts and subjective cognition are abstracted from a risk assessment scene, and a set of dynamic user investment risk assessment model combining subjectivity and objectivity is abstracted, so that a more flexible and scientific user financial risk assessment method is provided.
In one or more embodiments, the service content that can be provided by the risk assessment management platform in the information interaction process between the risk assessment management platform and the user client described in steps 108 to 114 may be packaged as an SDK to be embedded into various business applications (including but not limited to mobile App, applet, computer App, and web service) that need to perform user risk assessment, such as various applications for fund or stock trading, so as to flexibly provide the risk assessment service for the user for the various business applications.
In another illustrated embodiment, when the risk assessment management platform determines that the current risk assessment result meets the preset test trigger condition in step 106, before performing step 108, the risk assessment management platform may initiate a risk assessment prompt to the user client, so that the user responds to the risk assessment prompt and performs an operation of agreeing to perform risk assessment on a user interface of the client.
The risk assessment management platform can execute the risk assessment reminding in multiple channels, including short message reminding, customer service telephone reminding and reminding in an application program with a risk assessment function, for example, reminding on a user interface of the application program embedded with the risk assessment service SDK. The user performing, at the user interface of the client, an operation of agreeing to risk assessment in response to the risk assessment prompt may include: clicking the risk assessment prompting message, clicking a button for agreeing to carry out risk assessment, clicking a link contained in the risk assessment prompting message, and the like; when the risk assessment management platform receives a message sent by the client that the user agrees to perform risk assessment, the risk assessment management platform may be triggered to execute step 108, and risk assessment questionnaire information including the assessment question and the prediction reply content is sent to the client corresponding to the user.
In another illustrated embodiment, the reminding information of the risk assessment questionnaire includes reward information pushed on a user interface of the client for risk assessment of the user, so that the user clicks the reward information for interest in the reward information, the risk assessment management platform is triggered to execute step 108, the risk assessment questionnaire information including the assessment topic and the predicted response content is sent to the client corresponding to the user, and the user is rewarded after the user completes revision processing of the predicted response content included in the risk assessment questionnaire information.
In another illustrated embodiment, the client (for example, the SDK module) may send a log that a user revises the response content based on the evaluation question to the risk evaluation management platform, and the risk management platform may record and synthesize a risk evaluation operation video of the user based on the log, so as to store the operation video as a risk evaluation archive of the user, so as to support a requirement of the user on future retrospective rating, and a requirement of a regulatory agency inquiring whether a risk evaluation answer sheet process of the user is compliant.
By the risk assessment method provided by one or more embodiments, the risk assessment management platform can acquire the business behavior data of the user in real time or periodically or based on a preset trigger condition, and predict the response content of the user to the risk assessment questions, so that the timeliness and the accuracy of the predicted response content are ensured; when the risk evaluation result stored by the risk evaluation management platform meets the preset test triggering condition, the risk evaluation management platform can actively prompt the user to carry out risk evaluation, and enables the user to revise based on more accurate prediction response content, so that the efficiency of the user for carrying out risk evaluation question response is improved.
Corresponding to the implementation of the above flow, the embodiments of the present specification further provide risk assessment devices 20 and 30. The means 20 and 30 may be implemented by software, by hardware or by a combination of software and hardware. Taking a software implementation as an example, the logical device is formed by reading a corresponding computer program instruction into a memory for running through a Central Processing Unit (CPU) of the device. In terms of hardware, the device in which the apparatus is located generally includes other hardware such as a chip for transmitting and receiving wireless signals and/or other hardware such as a board for implementing a network communication function, in addition to the CPU, the memory, and the storage shown in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 2, the present specification further provides a risk assessment device 20 applied to a risk assessment management platform, including:
the prediction unit 202 is used for performing prediction calculation on business behavior data of a user to obtain the prediction response content of the user to a risk assessment question;
the judging unit 204 is used for judging whether the risk evaluation result of the user stored by the risk evaluation management platform meets a preset test triggering condition or not;
a sending unit 206, configured to send risk assessment questionnaire information including the assessment question and the predicted response content to a client corresponding to the user, so that the user revises the response content based on the assessment question;
a receiving unit 208, which receives the revised reply content sent by the client;
and the calculating unit 210 is used for performing risk evaluation calculation on the user based on the revised reply content to obtain a risk evaluation result of the user.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the preset test trigger conditions include one or more of the following:
the risk evaluation management platform does not store the risk evaluation result of the user;
the risk evaluation management platform stores the expired risk evaluation result of the user;
the predicted risk evaluation result of the user calculated based on the predicted reply content is inconsistent with the risk evaluation result of the user stored by the risk evaluation management platform.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the sending unit 206 is further configured to:
and sending a risk assessment prompt to the user client before sending the risk assessment questionnaire information containing the assessment questions and the predicted reply content to the client corresponding to the user, so that the user responds to the risk assessment prompt and executes the operation of agreeing to carry out risk assessment on a user interface of the client.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the business behavior data of the user includes answer information of the user to the historical risk assessment questions.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the prediction unit 202 is further configured to:
taking the business behavior data of the user as a prediction sample, and inputting the trained machine learning model for predicting the response of the user to the risk assessment question to perform prediction calculation;
and obtaining a prediction calculation result output by the machine learning model to obtain the prediction response content of the user to the risk evaluation question.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the computing unit 210 is further configured to:
calculating a plurality of feature values corresponding to the user based on the revised reply content;
and inputting the characteristic values into a risk evaluation calculation model to obtain a risk evaluation result of the user.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the receiving unit 208 is further configured to:
receiving a log file sent by the client and used for revising the reply content by the user, generating a risk assessment operation video of the user based on the log file, and storing the risk assessment operation video as a risk assessment archive aiming at the user.
The implementation processes of the functions and actions of each unit in the device 20 are specifically described in the implementation processes of the corresponding steps in the risk assessment method executed by the risk assessment management platform, and relevant points may be referred to part of the description of the method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, the present specification further provides a risk assessment apparatus 30 applied to a client corresponding to a user, including:
a receiving unit 302, configured to receive risk assessment questionnaire information sent by a risk assessment management platform, where the risk assessment questionnaire information includes an assessment question and a prediction reply content to the assessment question, and the prediction reply content is obtained by performing prediction calculation on business behavior data of the user by the risk assessment management platform;
a pushing unit 304, configured to push the risk assessment questionnaire information to a user interface of the client, so that the user revises the response content based on the assessment question;
the sending unit 306 is configured to send the reply content revised by the user on the reply content to the risk assessment management platform, so that the risk assessment management platform performs risk assessment calculation on the user based on the revised reply content to obtain a risk assessment result of the user.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the business behavior data of the user includes answer information of the user to the historical risk assessment questions.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the receiving unit 302 is further configured to:
before receiving the risk assessment questionnaire information sent by the risk assessment management platform, receiving the risk assessment prompt sent by the risk assessment management platform, so that the user responds to the risk assessment prompt and executes the operation of agreeing to the risk assessment on a user interface of the client.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the risk assessment reminder includes reward information displayed at a user interface of the client for risk assessment of the user.
In yet another illustrated embodiment, the sending unit 306 is further configured to send a log file of revision processing performed by the user on the predicted reply content to the risk assessment management platform, so that the risk assessment management platform generates a risk assessment operation video of the user based on the log file, and stores the risk assessment operation video as a risk assessment archive for the user.
The implementation processes of the functions and actions of each unit in the device 30 are specifically described in the implementation processes of the corresponding steps in the risk assessment method executed by the user client, and related points may be referred to the partial description of the method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical modules, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network modules. Some or all of the units or modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution in the specification. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
The apparatuses, units and modules illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. A typical implementation device is a computer, which may take the form of a personal computer, laptop computer, cellular telephone, camera phone, smart phone, personal digital assistant, media player, navigation device, email messaging device, game console, tablet computer, wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
Corresponding to the above method embodiments, embodiments of the present specification further provide a computer device, as shown in fig. 4, including a memory and a processor. Wherein the memory has stored thereon a computer program executable by the processor; the processor, when running the stored computer program, performs the steps of the risk assessment method performed by the risk assessment management platform in the embodiments of the present description. For a detailed description of each step of the risk assessment method executed by the risk assessment management platform, please refer to the previous contents, which are not repeated.
Corresponding to the above method embodiments, embodiments of the present specification further provide a computer device, as shown in fig. 4, including a memory and a processor. Wherein the memory has stored thereon a computer program executable by the processor; the processor, when executing the stored computer program, performs the steps of the risk assessment method performed by the user client in the embodiments of the present specification. For a detailed description of each step of the risk assessment method executed by the user client, please refer to the previous contents, which are not repeated.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, and should not be taken as limiting the present disclosure, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should be included in the scope of the present disclosure.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (26)

1. A risk assessment method is applied to a risk assessment management platform and comprises the following steps:
performing prediction calculation aiming at business behavior data of a user to obtain the prediction response content of the user to a risk evaluation question;
judging whether the risk evaluation result of the user stored by the risk evaluation management platform meets a preset test triggering condition or not;
if so, sending risk assessment questionnaire information containing the assessment questions and the predicted reply content to a client corresponding to the user, so that the user revises the reply content based on the assessment questions;
receiving the revised reply content of the user sent by the client, and performing risk evaluation calculation on the user based on the revised reply content to obtain a risk evaluation result of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, the preset test trigger conditions comprising one or more of:
the risk evaluation management platform does not store the risk evaluation result of the user;
the risk evaluation management platform stores the expired risk evaluation result of the user;
the predicted risk evaluation result of the user calculated based on the predicted reply content is inconsistent with the risk evaluation result of the user stored by the risk evaluation management platform.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, before sending risk assessment questionnaire information including the assessment questions and the predicted response content to the client corresponding to the user, further comprising:
and sending a risk assessment prompt to the user client so that the user responds to the risk assessment prompt and executes an operation of agreeing to carry out risk assessment on a user interface of the client.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the user's business behavior data comprises the user's answer information to historical risk assessment topics.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the performing prediction calculation on the business behavior data of the user to obtain the predicted response content of the user to the risk assessment topic comprises:
taking the business behavior data of the user as a prediction sample, and inputting the trained machine learning model for predicting the response of the user to the risk assessment question to perform prediction calculation;
and obtaining a prediction calculation result output by the machine learning model to obtain the prediction response content of the user to the risk evaluation question.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 5, wherein said risk assessment of said user based on said revised reply content, resulting in a risk assessment result of said user, comprises:
calculating a plurality of feature values corresponding to the user based on the revised reply content;
and inputting the characteristic values into a risk evaluation calculation model to obtain a risk evaluation result of the user.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a log file sent by the client and used for revision processing of the reply content by the user;
and generating a risk assessment operation video of the user based on the log file, and storing the risk assessment operation video as a risk assessment archive for the user.
8. A risk assessment method is applied to a client corresponding to a user and comprises the following steps:
receiving risk evaluation questionnaire information sent by a risk evaluation management platform, wherein the risk evaluation questionnaire information comprises an evaluation question and a prediction reply content to the evaluation question, and the prediction reply content is obtained by performing prediction calculation on the business behavior data of the user by the risk evaluation management platform;
pushing the risk assessment questionnaire information to a user interface of the client so that the user revises the response content based on the assessment questions;
and sending the reply content revised by the user on the reply content to the risk assessment management platform, so that the risk assessment management platform performs risk assessment calculation on the user on the basis of the revised reply content to obtain a risk assessment result of the user.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the user's business behavior data comprises the user's answer information to historical risk assessment questions.
10. The method according to claim 8 or 9, further comprising, before receiving the risk assessment questionnaire information sent by the risk assessment management platform:
and receiving a risk assessment prompt sent by the risk assessment management platform so that the user responds to the risk assessment prompt and executes the operation of agreeing to carry out the risk assessment on a user interface of the client.
11. The method of claim 10, the risk assessment reminder comprising reward information displayed at a user interface of the client for risk assessment of a user.
12. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
and sending a log file which is revised by the user according to the predicted reply content to the risk assessment management platform, so that the risk management platform generates a risk assessment operation video of the user based on the log file, and stores the risk assessment operation video as a risk assessment archive aiming at the user.
13. A risk assessment device is applied to risk assessment management platform, includes:
the prediction unit is used for carrying out prediction calculation on the business behavior data of the user to obtain the prediction response content of the user to the risk assessment question;
the judgment unit is used for judging whether the risk evaluation result of the user stored by the risk evaluation management platform meets a preset test trigger condition or not;
a sending unit, configured to send risk assessment questionnaire information including the assessment question and the predicted reply content to a client corresponding to the user, so that the user revises the reply content based on the assessment question;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the revised reply content of the user sent by the client;
and the calculating unit is used for carrying out risk evaluation calculation on the user based on the revised reply content to obtain a risk evaluation result of the user.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, the preset test trigger conditions comprising one or more of:
the risk evaluation management platform does not store the risk evaluation result of the user;
the risk evaluation management platform stores the expired risk evaluation result of the user;
the predicted risk evaluation result of the user calculated based on the predicted reply content is inconsistent with the risk evaluation result of the user stored by the risk evaluation management platform.
15. The apparatus of claim 13 or 14, the sending unit further configured to:
and sending a risk assessment prompt to the user client before sending the risk assessment questionnaire information containing the assessment questions and the predicted reply content to the client corresponding to the user, so that the user responds to the risk assessment prompt and executes the operation of agreeing to carry out risk assessment on a user interface of the client.
16. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the user's business behavior data comprises the user's answer information to historical risk assessment topics.
17. The apparatus of claim 13, the prediction unit to further:
taking the business behavior data of the user as a prediction sample, and inputting the trained machine learning model for predicting the response of the user to the risk assessment question to perform prediction calculation;
and obtaining a prediction calculation result output by the machine learning model to obtain the prediction response content of the user to the risk evaluation question.
18. The apparatus of claim 13 or 17, the computing unit to further:
calculating a plurality of feature values corresponding to the user based on the revised reply content;
and inputting the characteristic values into a risk evaluation calculation model to obtain a risk evaluation result of the user.
19. The apparatus of claim 13, the receiving unit further configured to:
receiving a log file sent by the client and used for revising the reply content by the user, generating a risk assessment operation video of the user based on the log file, and storing the risk assessment operation video as a risk assessment archive aiming at the user.
20. A risk assessment device is applied to a client corresponding to a user, and comprises:
the risk assessment management platform comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving risk assessment questionnaire information sent by a risk assessment management platform, the risk assessment questionnaire information comprises an assessment question and prediction reply content of the assessment question, and the prediction reply content is obtained by performing prediction calculation on the business behavior data of the user by the risk assessment management platform;

before receiving the risk assessment questionnaire information sent by the risk assessment management platform, receiving the risk assessment prompt sent by the risk assessment management platform, so that the user responds to the risk assessment prompt and executes the operation of agreeing to the risk assessment on a user interface of the client.
23. The apparatus of claim 22, the risk assessment reminder comprising reward information displayed at a user interface of the client for risk assessment of a user.

The apparatus according to claim 20, wherein the sending unit is further configured to send a log file of revision processing of the user for the predicted reply content to the risk assessment management platform, so that the risk assessment management platform generates a risk assessment operation video of the user based on the log file, and stores the risk assessment operation video as a risk assessment archive for the user.
25. A computer device, comprising: a memory and a processor; the memory having stored thereon a computer program executable by the processor; the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
26. A computer device, comprising: a memory and a processor; the memory having stored thereon a computer program executable by the processor; the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the method of any of claims 8 to 12.
