The embodiments and specific features of the embodiments of the present invention are detailed descriptions of technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are not limited to technical solutions of the present invention, and the technical features of the embodiments and the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
Example one
An embodiment of the present invention provides a text credit granting method, as shown in fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps: a first user submits a text approval request containing a text to a third-party server; the third-party server identifies the text and forwards the text approval request to a second user; responding to the text approval request, and generating an approval response by the second user; the second user sends the approval agreement response carrying the key information of the second user to a third-party server, the third-party server identifies the key information of the second user, judges that the second user has the authorization authority according to the key information of the second user and the type of the text, generates an electronic seal using code according to the authorization authority, generates a two-dimensional code and two-dimensional code indication information from the electronic seal using code, and loads the two-dimensional code on the text according to the two-dimensional code indication information; and the third-party server stores the text loaded with the two-dimension code and sends the text loaded with the two-dimension code to the first user.
Optionally, in order to simplify the process, or when the second user has a higher right, the approval response sent by the second user may not include the key information of the second user, or the third-party server does not determine the trust authority of the second user according to the key information of the second user.
Further, the third-party server generates the two-dimensional code and the two-dimensional code indication information according to the electronic seal use code, specifically: and the third-party server generates an associated check code according to the text and the electronic seal using code, randomly divides the associated check code into N associated check subcodes, and correspondingly generates N two-dimensional codes and N two-dimensional code indication information aiming at the N associated check subcodes.
Further, the N two-dimensional code indication information correspondingly indicates the loading positions of the N two-dimensional codes on the text.
Preferably, N is a random number and is at least 3.
Further, the N two-dimensional code indication information indicates position points of the N two-dimensional codes on the text, and the position points are randomly specified according to pre-stored text position points.
Preferably, the pre-stored text position points comprise page numbers and two-dimensional code center point coordinates.
Preferably, the third-party server is a cloud server.
Preferably, the first user is a credit granting requester, and the second user is a credit granting party.
In one scenario, user 1 formulates a contract text and provides the contract text to user 2 through a cloud server. The user 1 is, for example, the second party of both the contracts, and the user 2 is, for example, the second party of both the contracts. If the user 2 agrees with the contract text, sending confirmation information to the cloud server, and generating a contract validation code by the cloud server, preferably, generating N two-dimensional codes loaded on the original contract text by the cloud server according to the contract validation code.
Preferably, the contract validation code is an electronic seal usage code, the electronic seal usage code is generated according to the contract text, and the specific generation method may adopt any encryption algorithm in the prior art, which is not limited by the present invention. The cloud server further uses an encryption algorithm to generate an associated check code from the electronic seal use code and the text, and then the cloud server randomly divides the associated check code into N associated check subcodes, wherein the number N can be any positive integer, and preferably, for increasing the security, N is not less than 3.
Preferably, the cloud server maintains a random number generator, the N generated by the random number generator;
preferably, N is a page number of a credit text, for example, the contract text has 4 pages in total, where N is 4, that is, 4 associated syndrome codes are generated, and further 4 two-dimensional codes are generated, where the N two-dimensional codes may be loaded one by one; it is also possible to load randomly on a certain page or pages, for example, the first page is loaded with 2, the second page is loaded with 2, and the third page and the fourth page are not loaded.
The cloud server further generates the N associated syndrome codes into N two-dimensional code patterns, and the N two-dimensional code patterns are loaded on a contract text. However, if the N two-dimensional code patterns are loaded at a certain position, there is a risk of being decoded, and therefore, the cloud server of the present invention further maintains a two-dimensional code coordinate table, which stores coordinates of a center point of the two-dimensional code correspondingly. The coordinates of the center point of the two-dimensional code indicate the specific position of the center point of a certain two-dimensional code pattern loaded in a page of a certain format. The coordinate origin can be any position of the text, and the coordinate value range is determined according to the position of the coordinate origin and the text format. For example, when the text format is a4 paper, and the distance between the top, bottom, left, and right sides is 2cm, if the origin of coordinates selects the bottom left corner point of a4, the range of the abscissa is [2cm, 19cm ], the range of the ordinate is [2cm, 27.7cm ], and the coordinate accuracy can be further set, for example, to 0.1 cm. The higher the accuracy of the text coordinate point, the higher the security.
However, the position where the two-dimensional code pattern is loaded cannot be determined by only the coordinate value, because the credit text does not necessarily have only one page, therefore, the server also needs to generate a two-dimensional code position table according to the page number of the credit text and the two-dimensional code coordinate table, wherein the two-dimensional code position table comprises a plurality of groups of two-dimensional code positions, and each group of two-dimensional code positions comprises the page number loaded by the two-dimensional code on the text and the two-dimensional code center point coordinate. For example, the cloud server instructs the second two-dimensional code pattern to be loaded to this coordinate (17cm, 4cm) of the first page of the contract text. The N two-dimension code indication information is determined by cloud service according to the two-dimension code position table. And the cloud server generates and stores the two-dimensional code position table.
Further, the cloud server loads the two-dimension code pattern on the contract text according to the N two-dimension code indication information. The cloud server also stores the contract text loaded with the two-dimensional code pattern and sends the contract text to the user 1 and/or the user 2.
In addition to the contract signing scenario described above, the method of the present invention may also be applied to a second scenario of corporate official seal approval. In the second scenario, the user 1 submits a contract text to the cloud server through the online system to the user 2 for approval, and the user 2 may be a user with approval authority, for example, the branch management leader of the user 1; and after approval is approved by the user 2, returning approval response information to the cloud server, and generating the electronic seal using code by the cloud server according to the approval response information. The electronic seal of the invention includes but is not limited to any credit granting forms such as official seal, private seal, name seal, etc. Preferably, the cloud server can also verify the approval authority of the user 2, for example, the cloud server stores information such as the approval authority of the user, for example, the user 2 has the authority to approve the domestic contract, after receiving the approval response message fed back by the user 2, the cloud server identifies the key information or ID information of the user 2 contained in the approval response message, and determines whether the user 2 has the authorization to approve according to the key information or ID information of the user 2 and the type of the text, if the type of the contract text submitted by the user 1 is an international contract, the cloud server determines that the user 2 does not have the approval authority, and returns an approval rejection message to the user 1, the message carries an approval rejection reason value, for example, the reason value is that the user 2 cannot approve the international contract, and simultaneously feeds back an approval failure message to the user 1, the message carries an approval failure reason value, for example, permission mismatch. And if the contract text type is a domestic contract, the cloud server judges that the contract text type has the examination and approval authority according to the key information or the ID information of the user 2 and judges that the user 2 agrees to the examination and approval, and then the electronic seal using code is generated. The generation and loading process of the electronic seal use code can adopt the method flow described in the previous scene.
Preferably, in a specific business environment, the user 1 may have certain authority to determine some content in the contract, such as a refund period or a contract price, even have authority to sign a certain type of contract, or the user 1 has a series of contracts under a unified business framework and needs to stamp the same electronic seal; if the examination and approval is carried out one by one, the process is complicated and the efficiency is low. Aiming at the scene, the invention also provides a credit granting method, specifically, the text submitted by the user 1 is a text template of a certain type, but not a specific and complete text; or for example: user 1 submits a framework contract, not a specific sales contract; or user 1 submits a type of credit request, such as a request for a stamp. A user 1 submits a credit granting request containing or not containing a text template to a user 2 through a cloud server, the cloud server stores the credit granting request, and the authority of the user 1 is called to be added to the credit granting request and is forwarded to the user 2; optionally, the credit granting request further includes credit granting additional information, where the credit granting additional information includes: at least one of the credit granting authority information, the credit granting range information and the credit granting object information. The user 2 judges whether to approve the credit granting request according to the text template and/or the authority and/or the credit granting additional information of the user 1; and when the user 2 passes the approval, feeding back an approval response to the cloud server. Preferably, the approval response message includes key information of the user 2; the third-party server identifies the key information of the user 2, judges whether the user 2 has corresponding trust authority and/or whether the user 1 has trust qualification or not according to the key information of the user 2 and the authority and/or the trust additional information of the text template and/or the user 1, if the user 2 has corresponding trust authority and the user 1 has trust qualification, the cloud server generates an electronic seal using code according to the trust authority, the cloud server further associates the electronic seal using code with the authority information and/or the trust additional information of the text template and/or the user 1 to generate an associated check code, then the cloud server randomly segments the associated check code into N associated check subcodes according to a number N generated by a random counter, wherein the number N can be any positive integer, preferably, for increased security, N is not less than 3. The cloud server further generates the N associated syndrome codes into N two-dimensional code patterns, and the N two-dimensional code patterns are loaded on contract texts corresponding to contract templates allowed to be used by the user 1, or texts defined by additional information of the credit granting request, or texts within the authority range of the user 1.
Similarly, if the N two-dimensional code patterns are loaded at a certain position, the N two-dimensional code patterns may be decrypted, and therefore, in this scenario, the cloud server also maintains a two-dimensional code coordinate table, where the two-dimensional code coordinate table stores coordinate points loaded by the two-dimensional code on the text correspondingly. The coordinate point indicates a specific coordinate loaded by a central point of a certain two-dimensional code pattern in a page of a certain format.
When the credit granting request of the user 1 does not contain a text template, the server cannot know the page number of the text used by the user 1, at this time, the server may specify a default page code value, and generate a two-dimensional code position table or two-dimensional code indication information according to the default page code value. And when the default page code value is larger than the page number of the used printed text, modifying the page with the page number exceeding the actual page number in the default page number into the last page of the actual page number by the user 1. For example, if the default page code value given by the server is 3 pages and it is indicated that the nth two-dimensional code pattern is loaded at the coordinate (x, y) of the 3 rd page, and the text of the user 1 is actually only 2 pages, the user 1 automatically modifies the nth two-dimensional code indication information in the two-dimensional code indication information into the last page of the actual page code, that is, the nth two-dimensional code pattern is loaded at the (x, y) coordinate of the 2 nd page.
Further, the cloud server sends the two-dimensional code pattern and the two-dimensional coordinate table or the two-dimensional code indication information to the user 1, and allows the user to load the two-dimensional code pattern on a corresponding credit text.
Similarly, in the verification process, the server verifies the position of the two-dimensional code according to the stored default page code value, when the server finds that the page number of the actual loading position of the Mth (M < ═ N) two-dimensional code is not matched with the default page number, page number correction is automatically carried out, and the credit text is verified according to the corrected page number and the coordinates.
Example two
The second embodiment of the invention provides a verification method for a credit granting text, as shown in fig. 2. The method comprises the following steps: a third user receives a text loaded with an electronic seal sent by a first user; the third user sends the text to a third-party server; the third-party server reads the text and extracts the position information of the N two-dimensional codes and the N two-dimensional codes on the text; the third-party server converts the N two-dimensional codes into N associated syndrome codes; the third-party server synthesizes the N associated check sub-codes into one associated check code according to the N pieces of two-dimensional code position information; the third-party server carries out validity check on the associated check code; and when the validity check is passed, indicating that the association between the text and the electronic seal is correct to the third party user.
Further, the third-party server carries out validity check according to the text and the association code, and whether the association between the text and the electronic seal is correct is checked according to the validity check.
Preferably, said N is at least 3.
Specifically, the first user is a credit granting text provider; the third user is a credit granting text receiver.
Specifically, for the first scenario or the second scenario in the first embodiment. When the user 1 uses the trusted text, specifically, in a first scene, the user 1 uses a contract text loaded with the two-dimensional code returned by the cloud server, and in a second scene, the user 1 receives N two-dimensional codes and N corresponding two-dimensional code indication information returned by the cloud server, loads the N two-dimensional code information on a certain contract text according to the N two-dimensional code indication information, and uses the contract text loaded with the two-dimensional code. The use may be sending the contract text loaded with the two-dimensional code to the user 3, for example, to claim a certain right. In order to protect the benefit of the user 3 from being damaged, the consistency of the contract text loaded with the two-dimensional code needs to be confirmed. Specifically, the consistency includes authenticity and accuracy, and authenticity means that the contract text and the two-dimensional code representing credit are authentic and not forged; the accuracy specification is that the corresponding relation between the contract text and the two-dimensional code is legal and effective, and the piece of baggage is not worn by the reader.
According to the second embodiment of the present invention, after the user 3 sees the sealed contract, it can be verified whether the contract is forged through the cloud server according to the two-dimensional code on the official seal. Specifically, the user 3 sends the text information loaded with the two-dimensional code to the cloud server, the cloud server extracts the N pieces of two-dimensional code information and the N pieces of two-dimensional code position information, generates N associated check subcodes according to the N pieces of two-dimensional code information, and generates N index bits according to N two-dimensional page numbers and coordinates, the N index bits represent the sequence of the N associated check subcodes, and according to the N index bits, the N associated check subcodes are sequentially combined into one associated check code. And then, checking the consistency of the contract text according to the correlation check code and the contract text information.
Preferably, the cloud server can provide a check on consistency between the text content of the contract and the use code of the official seal, and the verification method includes: automatic verification of websites, mailboxes, applets and apps. That is, the user 3 may access the cloud server through a website access, a mailbox access, an applet access, an APP automatic verification, and the like, so as to obtain the consistency check service provided by the cloud server.
Preferably, after the user 3 sees the overprinted contract, the authenticity of the contract and the accuracy of the original text of the contract can be verified to the server according to the contract validity code. The overprinting contract is the trusted text loaded with the two-dimensional code. Specifically, the cloud server generates a contract validation code uniquely corresponding to the contract text according to the contract text and the credit information by using a specific algorithm, and the user 3 can check the authenticity of the contract only by providing the contract validation code to the cloud server; for the situation that the user 1 stamps the electronic seal in the scene two, the user 1 can generate the synthetic effect code by adopting the same algorithm as the cloud server.
EXAMPLE III
