In particular, for different demands of various services for QoS, end-to-end quality of service guarantees are provided for the services, and under limited bandwidth resources, qoS policies allow different traffic to unevenly compete for network resources, such as voice, video and important application data, to be preferentially served in the network device. For example, not all live video is "important", but live video of some major public events is important to most people, some live video is important to some people or some people, and the corresponding events of such live video are generally emergencies, so individuals will not subscribe to higher quality of service levels in advance for such emergencies, and if the live video data is temporarily configured manually at this time, the timeliness of acquiring live video data will be affected. As another example, in the case of data interaction at the user side and the application side, some data needs to be completely transmitted to the user side in real time from the application side, and the user side may not be aware of the importance of the data, and the quality of service level may not meet the quality of service level required by the data. The network opening functional entity receives the first service quality adjustment request, and obtains session information of the data stream according to quintuple information of the data stream in the first service quality adjustment request, wherein the session information of the data stream comprises an identifier of the data stream, a session identifier corresponding to the data stream and an identifier of a session management functional entity corresponding to the session identifier. The network opening functional entity generates a second service quality adjustment request based on the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow, the identification of the data flow and the session identification corresponding to the data flow, and sends the second service quality adjustment request to the session management functional entity corresponding to the session identification (namely, the current session management functional entity). The current session management function receives a second request for adjusting the service quality sent by the network opening function entity.
Step S202, judging whether the service quality strategy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow, and obtaining a judging result.
After receiving the second request for adjusting the service quality, the session management functional entity knows that the service quality of the data stream has an adjustment requirement. Before adjusting the quality of service of the data stream, the session management functional entity needs to determine whether the quality of service policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream meets the quality of service parameter requirement of the data stream.
In one embodiment, a session management functional entity obtains an identifier of a terminal corresponding to a data stream according to a session identifier corresponding to the data stream, and sends a request for obtaining a terminal service quality policy to a policy control functional entity; wherein the terminal quality of service policy request includes an identification of the terminal. And the policy control functional entity inquires the service quality policy of the terminal according to the pre-stored user service quality policy information and the identification of the terminal, and sends the inquired result to the session management functional entity. The session management functional entity receives the service quality strategy of the terminal returned by the strategy control functional entity and judges whether the service quality strategy of the terminal meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow. Specifically, when the qos policy of the terminal meets the qos parameter requirement of the data flow (for example, when the terminal subscribes to the qos adjustment service for the user or the terminal subscribes to the qos adjustment service for the user in real time, that is, the qos policy of the terminal is determined to meet the qos parameter requirement of the data flow), a requirement judgment result that the qos policy meets the qos parameter is generated; when the qos policy of the terminal does not meet the qos parameter requirement of the data flow (for example, when the terminal corresponds to the user and does not subscribe to the qos adjustment service, and the user corresponds to the user and does not allow to subscribe to the qos adjustment service in real time, that is, it is determined that the qos policy of the terminal cannot meet the qos parameter requirement of the data flow), a determination result is generated that the qos policy meets the qos parameter requirement.
Step S203, corresponding service quality adjustment feedback information is generated according to the judging result.
And if the judging result is different, the content of the generated service quality adjustment feedback message is also different, so that the application node can execute corresponding operation according to the content of the service quality adjustment feedback message.
In one embodiment, when the judging result is that the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream does not meet the service quality parameter requirement of the data stream, the session management functional entity cannot adjust the service quality corresponding to the data stream and generates a first service quality adjustment feedback message, wherein the content of the first service quality adjustment feedback message is that the service quality adjustment fails; when the judging result is that the service quality strategy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow, the session management functional entity can adjust the service quality corresponding to the data flow, and the session management functional entity generates a second service quality adjustment feedback message, wherein the content of the second service quality adjustment feedback message is that the service quality adjustment is successful.
It should be noted that, after the session management functional entity determines that the quality of service policy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the quality of service parameter requirement of the data flow, before generating the second quality of service adjustment feedback message, the session management functional entity also needs to forward the second quality of service adjustment request to the user plane functional entity and the radio access network respectively, so that the user plane functional entity and the radio access network adjust the quality of service parameter corresponding to the data flow according to the second quality of service adjustment request.
Step S204, the service quality adjustment feedback information is sent to the network open function entity, so that the network open function entity forwards the service quality adjustment feedback information to the application node, and the application node executes the pushing operation of the data stream according to the service quality adjustment feedback information.
In one embodiment, after the session management function entity generates the quality of service adjustment feedback message, the quality of service adjustment feedback message is sent to the network opening function entity. After receiving the service quality adjustment feedback message sent by the session management function entity, the network opening function entity forwards the service quality adjustment feedback message to the application node. And the application node receives the service quality adjustment feedback message and executes the pushing operation of the data stream according to the content of the service quality adjustment feedback message. Specifically, if the qos adjustment feedback message is a first qos adjustment feedback message (the content of the first qos adjustment feedback message is a qos adjustment failure), the application node learns that the qos adjustment of the data stream fails, and the application node performs a pushing operation of the data stream according to the current qos; if the service quality adjustment feedback message is a second service quality adjustment feedback message (the content of the second service quality adjustment feedback message is that the service quality adjustment is successful), the application node knows that the service quality adjustment of the data is successful, and the application node executes the pushing operation of the data stream according to the adjusted service quality.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a qos configuration method according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a session management functional entity, and is a specific description of a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the quality of service configuration method may include the steps of:
step S301, a second request for adjusting quality of service sent by the network open function entity is received.
Step S301 in the present embodiment is the same as step S201 in the second embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described here again.
Step S302, judging whether the service quality strategy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow.
Step S302 in the present embodiment is the same as step S202 in the second embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described here again.
Step S303, when the judging result is that the QoS strategy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream does not meet the QoS parameter requirement of the data stream, a first QoS adjustment feedback message is generated.
The service quality policy of the terminal will affect whether the service quality parameter corresponding to the data stream can be adjusted, so before adjusting the service quality of the data stream, the session management functional entity first determines whether the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream meets the requirement of the service quality parameter, and generates corresponding service quality adjustment feedback information for different determination results.
In one embodiment, when the judging result is that the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream does not meet the service quality parameter requirement of the data stream, the session management functional entity knows that the service quality of the data stream cannot be adjusted, so that a first service quality adjustment feedback message with the content of failure in service quality adjustment is generated, the first service quality adjustment feedback message is forwarded to the application node through the network opening functional entity, then the subsequent operation is terminated, and the application node executes the pushing operation of the data stream according to the current service quality.
It will be appreciated that if the quality of service adjustment of the application node fails, the application node will continue to perform the push operation of the data stream according to the current quality of service. At this time, the current service quality may not reach the service quality required by the data stream, thereby causing the data stream to be pushed to fail.
Step S304, when the judging result is that the service quality strategy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow, forwarding the second service quality adjustment request to the user plane functional entity and the wireless access network, and generating a second service quality adjustment feedback message.
In one embodiment, when the judging result is that the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow, the session management functional entity knows that the service quality of the data flow can be adjusted, so that the session management functional entity forwards the second service quality adjustment request to the user plane functional entity and the radio access network respectively. After receiving the second request for adjusting the quality of service, the user plane functional entity obtains the requirement of the quality of service parameter corresponding to the data stream according to the second request for adjusting the quality of service, and adjusts the corresponding value of the current quality of service parameter of the data stream to the value meeting the requirement of the quality of service parameter according to the requirement of the quality of service parameter of the data stream; similarly, the radio access network correspondingly adjusts the value of the quality of service parameter corresponding to the data stream to meet the requirement of the quality of service parameter. In addition, the session management function entity also generates a second qos adjustment feedback message with content that is successful in qos adjustment.
In step S305, the first qos adjustment feedback message or the second qos adjustment feedback message is sent to the network open function entity, so that the network open function entity forwards the first qos adjustment feedback message or the second qos adjustment feedback message to the application node, so that the application node performs the pushing operation of the data flow according to the first qos adjustment feedback message or the second qos adjustment feedback message.
The first service quality adjustment feedback message or the second service quality adjustment feedback message are service quality adjustment feedback messages, and the application node can acquire whether the service quality of the data stream is adjusted according to the first service quality adjustment feedback message or the second service quality adjustment feedback message, so that the data stream is pushed according to the corresponding service quality.
The implementation method of step S302 in the present embodiment is the same as that of step S204 in the second embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein.
The above steps of the methods are divided, for clarity of description, and may be combined into one step or split into multiple steps when implemented, so long as they include the same logic relationship, and they are all within the protection scope of this patent; it is within the scope of this patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithm or flow or introduce insignificant designs, but not to alter the core design of its algorithm and flow.
Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a qos configuration device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, where the qos configuration device is applicable to a network open function entity. As shown in fig. 4, the quality of service configuration apparatus includes: the network opening function first receiving module 401, the network opening function acquiring module 402, the network opening function generating module 403, the network opening function first transmitting module 404, the network opening function second receiving module 405, and the network opening function second transmitting module 406.
The network opening function first receiving module 401 is configured to receive a first quality of service adjustment request sent by an application node.
In one embodiment, when the application node sends a service data stream to the user node, if the application node receives a sending failure notification returned by the user node, or receives a retransmission request fed back by the user node, or detects that the time delay of a link between the current application node and the user node exceeds a threshold, or detects that the packet loss rate of the link between the current application node and the user node exceeds the threshold, and simultaneously, when the application node judges that the current data stream needs to be immediately sent to the user node according to the content of the service data stream, the application node sends a first service quality adjustment request to a network opening functional entity of an operator. The network open function entity receives the first request for adjusting the quality of service sent by the application node through the network open function first receiving module 401. The first quality of service adjustment request includes quintuple information of the data stream and a quality of service parameter requirement of the data stream, the quintuple information of the data stream includes a source address, a destination address, a source port number, a destination port number and a transport layer protocol type, and the quality of service parameter requirement is a value requirement of a quality of service parameter required by the current data stream, and specifically includes a value requirement of a quality of service parameter such as time delay, packet loss rate, bandwidth and the like.
The network open function obtaining module 402 is configured to obtain session information of the data stream according to quintuple information of the data stream.
In one embodiment, the network open function entity generates a session information query request according to five-tuple information of the data flow, and sends the session information query request to the unified data storage function entity through the network open function acquisition module 402. After receiving the session information inquiry request, the unified data storage functional entity determines a user plane functional entity bearing the data stream according to the five-tuple information of the data stream in the session information inquiry request, and forwards the session information inquiry request to the user plane functional entity. After receiving the request for inquiring the session information, the user plane functional entity determines the identification of the data stream, the session identification corresponding to the session carrying the data stream and the identification of the session management functional entity pointed by the session (i.e. the session management functional entity managing the session), and returns the information as the session information of the data stream to the unified data storage functional entity. After receiving the session information of the data stream returned by the user plane functional entity, the unified data storage functional entity forwards the session information of the data stream to the network opening functional entity.
The network open function generating module 403 is configured to generate a second quality of service adjustment request based on the quality of service parameter requirement of the data flow, the identifier of the data flow, and the session identifier corresponding to the data flow.
The service quality parameter requirement of the data flow is information carried in a first service quality adjustment request sent by an application side, and the identification of the data flow and the session identification corresponding to the data flow are information obtained according to quintuple information of the data flow.
In one embodiment, the network openness function entity generates, through the network openness function generation module 403, a second quality of service adjustment request based on the quality of service parameter requirement of the data flow, the identity of the data flow, and the session identity corresponding to the data flow.
The network opening function first sending module 404 is configured to send the second request for adjusting the quality of service to the session management function entity corresponding to the session identifier.
In one embodiment, after the network opening function entity generates the second quality of service adjustment request, the network opening function first sending module 404 sends the second quality of service adjustment request to the session management function entity corresponding to the session identifier. After receiving the second request for adjusting the service quality, the corresponding session management functional entity responds to the second request for adjusting the service quality and executes corresponding operation.
The network opening function second receiving module 405 is configured to receive a service quality adjustment feedback message returned by the session management function entity.
In one embodiment, after receiving the second request for adjusting the quality of service, the session management functional entity determines whether the quality of service policy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the requirement of the quality of service parameter of the data flow, generates a determination result, generates a corresponding feedback message for adjusting the quality of service according to the determination result, and then sends the feedback message for adjusting the quality of service to the network open functional entity. The network opening function entity receives the service quality adjustment feedback message sent by the session management function entity through the network opening function second receiving module 405. Specifically, when the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream does not meet the service quality parameter requirement of the data stream, the session management functional entity generates a first service quality adjustment feedback message (the content of the first service quality adjustment feedback message is a service quality adjustment failure), and returns the first service quality adjustment feedback message to the network opening functional entity; when the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data stream, the session management functional entity forwards the second service quality adjustment request to the wireless access network and the user plane functional entity, generates a second service quality adjustment feedback message (the content of the second service quality adjustment feedback message is successful in service quality adjustment), and returns the second service quality adjustment feedback message to the network opening functional entity.
The network opening function second sending module 406 is configured to forward the qos adjustment feedback message to the application node, so as to provide the application node with performing a pushing operation of the data flow according to the qos adjustment feedback message.
In one embodiment, after the network opening function entity receives the qos adjustment feedback message sent by the session management function entity, the qos adjustment feedback message is forwarded to the application node through the network opening function second sending module 406. And the application node receives the service quality adjustment feedback message and executes the pushing operation of the data stream according to the content of the service quality adjustment feedback message. Specifically, if the qos adjustment feedback message is a first qos adjustment feedback message (the content of the first qos adjustment feedback message is a qos adjustment failure), the application node learns that the qos adjustment of the data stream fails, and the application node continues to perform the pushing operation of the data stream according to the current qos; if the qos adjustment feedback message is a second qos adjustment feedback message (the content of the second qos adjustment feedback message is that the qos adjustment is successful), the application node knows that the qos adjustment of the data stream is successful, and the application node performs the pushing operation of the data stream according to the adjusted qos.
Fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of a qos configuration device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the qos configuration device is applicable to a session management function entity. As shown in fig. 5, the quality of service configuration apparatus includes: a session management function receiving module 501, a session management function judging module 502, a session management function generating module 503, and a session management function transmitting module 504.
The session management function receiving module 501 is configured to receive a second quality of service adjustment request sent by the network opening function entity.
The second quality of service adjustment request is an instruction generated based on a quality of service parameter requirement of a data stream, an identifier of the data stream and a session identifier corresponding to the data stream, the identifier of the data stream and the session identifier corresponding to the data stream are information obtained according to quintuple information of the data stream, and the quintuple information of the data stream and the quality of service parameter requirement of the data stream are information carried in a first quality of service adjustment request sent to a network open function entity by an application node.
In one embodiment, when an application node sends a service data stream to a user node, if the application node receives a sending failure notification returned by the user node, or receives a retransmission request fed back by the user node, or detects that the time delay of a link between the current application node and the user node exceeds a threshold, or detects that the packet loss rate of the link between the current application node and the user node exceeds the threshold, and simultaneously, when the application node judges that the current data stream needs to be immediately sent to the user node according to the content of the service data stream, the application node sends a first service quality adjustment request to a network opening functional entity of an operator, wherein the first service quality adjustment request comprises quintuple information of the data stream and service quality parameter requirements of the data stream. The network opening functional entity receives the first service quality adjustment request, and obtains session information of the data stream according to quintuple information of the data stream in the first service quality adjustment request, wherein the session information of the data stream comprises an identifier of the data stream, a session identifier corresponding to the data stream and an identifier of a session management functional entity corresponding to the session identifier. The network opening functional entity generates a second service quality adjustment request based on the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow, the identification of the data flow and the session identification corresponding to the data flow, and sends the second service quality adjustment request to the session management functional entity corresponding to the session identification (namely, the current session management functional entity). The current session management function receives, through the session management function receiving module 501, a second request for adjusting quality of service sent by the network open function entity.
The session management function judging module 502 is configured to judge whether a quality of service policy of a terminal corresponding to a data stream meets a quality of service parameter requirement of the data stream, and obtain a judging result.
In one embodiment, a session management functional entity obtains an identifier of a terminal corresponding to a data stream according to a session identifier corresponding to the data stream, and sends a request for obtaining a terminal service quality policy to a policy control functional entity; wherein the terminal quality of service policy request includes an identification of the terminal. And the policy control functional entity inquires the service quality policy of the terminal according to the pre-stored user service quality policy information and the identification of the terminal, and sends the inquired result to the session management functional entity. The session management functional entity receives the service quality policy of the terminal returned by the policy control functional entity, and determines, by using the session management functional determining module 502, whether the service quality policy of the terminal meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow. Specifically, when the qos policy of the terminal meets the qos parameter requirement of the data flow (for example, when the terminal subscribes to the qos adjustment service for the user or the terminal subscribes to the qos adjustment service for the user in real time, that is, the qos policy of the terminal is determined to meet the qos parameter requirement of the data flow), a requirement judgment result that the qos policy meets the qos parameter is generated; when the qos policy of the terminal does not meet the qos parameter requirement of the data flow (for example, when the terminal corresponds to the user and does not subscribe to the qos adjustment service, and the user corresponds to the user and does not allow to subscribe to the qos adjustment service in real time, that is, it is determined that the qos policy of the terminal cannot meet the qos parameter requirement of the data flow), a determination result is generated that the qos policy meets the qos parameter requirement.
The session management function generating module 503 is configured to generate a corresponding quality of service adjustment feedback message according to the determination result.
In one embodiment, when the judgment result indicates that the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream does not meet the service quality parameter requirement of the data stream, the session management function entity cannot adjust the service quality corresponding to the data stream, and generates a first service quality adjustment feedback message through the session management function generating module 503, where the content of the first service quality adjustment feedback message is that the service quality adjustment fails; when the judging result is that the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data stream, the session management functional entity can adjust the service quality corresponding to the data stream, and the session management functional entity generates a second service quality adjustment feedback message through the session management functional generating module 503, wherein the content of the second service quality adjustment feedback message is that the service quality adjustment is successful.
The session management function sending module 504 is configured to send a service quality adjustment feedback message to the network open function entity, so that the network open function entity forwards the service quality adjustment feedback message to the application node, so that the application node adjusts a pushing operation of the feedback message data stream according to the service quality.
In one embodiment, after the session management function entity generates the qos adjustment feedback message, the qos adjustment feedback message is sent to the network open function entity through the session management function sending module 504. After receiving the service quality adjustment feedback message sent by the session management function entity, the network opening function entity forwards the service quality adjustment feedback message to the application node. And the application node receives the service quality adjustment feedback message and executes the pushing operation of the data stream according to the content of the service quality adjustment feedback message. Specifically, if the qos adjustment feedback message is a first qos adjustment feedback message (the content of the first qos adjustment feedback message is a qos adjustment failure), the application node learns that the qos adjustment of the data stream fails, and the application node continues to perform the pushing operation of the data stream according to the current qos; if the service quality adjustment feedback message is a second service quality adjustment feedback message (the content of the second service quality adjustment feedback message is that the service quality adjustment is successful), the application node knows that the service quality adjustment of the data is successful, and the application node executes the pushing operation of the data stream according to the adjusted service quality.
It should be noted that each module in this embodiment is a logic module, and in practical application, one logic unit may be one physical unit, or may be a part of one physical unit, or may be implemented by a combination of multiple physical units. In addition, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, units that are not so close to solving the technical problem presented by the present invention are not introduced in the present embodiment, but this does not indicate that other units are not present in the present embodiment.

Claims (11)

1. A method for quality of service configuration, comprising:
receiving a first service quality adjustment request sent by an application node; the first request for adjusting the service quality includes quintuple information of a data stream and a service quality parameter requirement of the data stream, and the first request for adjusting the service quality is a request sent to a current network open function entity when the application node judges that the current service quality cannot meet the service quality required by the data stream according to a sending state of the data stream, a performance parameter of a communication link for sending the data stream and content of the data stream;
Acquiring session information of the data stream according to quintuple information of the data stream; the session information of the data stream comprises an identifier of the data stream, a session identifier corresponding to the data stream and an identifier of a session management functional entity corresponding to the session identifier;
generating a second quality of service adjustment request based on the quality of service parameter requirement of the data stream, the identification of the data stream and the session identification corresponding to the data stream;
sending the second request for adjusting the service quality to the session management functional entity corresponding to the session identifier;
receiving a service quality adjustment feedback message returned by the session management functional entity; the service quality adjustment feedback message is generated by the session management functional entity according to a judging result of whether the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data stream or not;
and forwarding the service quality adjustment feedback message to the application node so that the application node can execute the pushing operation of the data stream according to the service quality adjustment feedback message.
2. The qos configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining session information of the data flow according to quintuple information of the data flow comprises:
Generating a session information inquiry request according to the quintuple information of the data stream;
transmitting the session information inquiry request to a unified data storage functional entity;
receiving session information of the data stream returned by the unified data storage functional entity; the session information of the data stream is information obtained by the unified data storage functional entity through five-tuple information of the data stream.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the session information of the data flow is information obtained by determining, by the unified data storage function entity, a user plane function entity carrying the data flow based on quintuple information of the data flow and through the user plane function entity carrying the data flow.
4. The quality of service configuration method according to claim 1, wherein the quality of service adjustment feedback message comprises a first quality of service adjustment feedback message or a second quality of service adjustment feedback message; the first qos feedback message is a message generated when the qos policy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow does not meet the qos parameter requirement of the data flow, and the second qos adjustment feedback message is a message generated when the qos policy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the qos parameter requirement of the data flow, and the second qos adjustment request is forwarded to a user plane functional entity and a radio access network.
5. A method for quality of service configuration, comprising:
receiving a second service quality adjustment request sent by a network opening functional entity; the second quality of service adjustment request is an instruction generated based on a quality of service parameter requirement of a data stream, an identifier of the data stream and a session identifier corresponding to the data stream, the identifier of the data stream and the session identifier corresponding to the data stream are information obtained according to quintuple information of the data stream, the quintuple information of the data stream and the quality of service parameter requirement of the data stream are information carried in a first quality of service adjustment request sent to the network opening function entity by an application node, and the first quality of service adjustment request is a request sent to the network opening function entity when the application node judges that the current quality of service cannot meet the required quality of service of the data stream according to a sending state of the data stream, a performance parameter of a communication link for sending the data stream and content of the data stream;
judging whether the service quality strategy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow or not, and obtaining a judging result;
Generating a corresponding service quality adjustment feedback message according to the judging result;
and sending the service quality adjustment feedback message to the network opening functional entity so that the network opening functional entity can forward the service quality adjustment feedback message to the application node, so that the application node can execute the pushing operation of the data flow according to the service quality adjustment feedback message.
6. The qos configuration method according to claim 5, wherein the determining whether the qos policy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the qos parameter requirement of the data flow, obtaining the determination result, includes:
acquiring the identification of the terminal corresponding to the data stream;
acquiring a service quality strategy of the terminal according to the identifier of the terminal;
and judging whether the service quality strategy of the terminal meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow or not, and obtaining the judging result.
7. The qos configuration method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining the identifier of the terminal corresponding to the data flow includes:
and acquiring the identification of the terminal according to the session identification corresponding to the data flow.
8. The qos configuration method according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining the qos policy of the terminal according to the identifier of the terminal includes:
sending a policy request for acquiring the service quality of the terminal to a policy control functional entity; wherein the terminal quality of service policy request includes an identification of the terminal;
and receiving the service quality strategy of the terminal returned by the strategy control functional entity.
9. The qos configuration method according to claim 5, wherein the generating a corresponding qos adjustment feedback message according to the determination result includes:
when the judging result is that the service quality strategy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow does not meet the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow, generating a first service quality adjustment feedback message;

the network opening function acquisition module is used for acquiring session information of the data stream according to the five-tuple information of the data stream; the session information of the data stream comprises an identifier of the data stream, a session identifier corresponding to the data stream and an identifier of a session management functional entity corresponding to the session identifier;
the network opening function generating module is used for generating a second service quality adjustment request based on the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow, the identification of the data flow and the session identification corresponding to the data flow;
a first sending module of network opening function, configured to send the second request for adjusting quality of service to the session management function entity corresponding to the session identifier;
The second receiving module of the network opening function is used for receiving the service quality adjustment feedback message returned by the session management function entity; the service quality adjustment feedback message is generated by the session management functional entity according to a judging result of whether the service quality policy of the terminal corresponding to the data stream meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data stream or not;
and the network opening function second sending module is used for forwarding the service quality adjustment feedback message to the application node so that the application node can execute the pushing operation of the data flow according to the service quality adjustment feedback message.

the session management function receiving module is used for receiving a second service quality adjustment request sent by the network opening function entity; the second quality of service adjustment request is an instruction generated based on a quality of service parameter requirement of a data stream, an identifier of the data stream and a session identifier corresponding to the data stream, the identifier of the data stream and the session identifier corresponding to the data stream are information obtained according to quintuple information of the data stream, the quintuple information of the data stream and the quality of service parameter requirement of the data stream are information carried in a first quality of service adjustment request sent to the network opening function entity by an application node, and the first quality of service adjustment request is a request sent to the network opening function entity when the application node judges that the current quality of service cannot meet the required quality of service of the data stream according to a sending state of the data stream, a performance parameter of a communication link for sending the data stream and content of the data stream;
The session management function judging module is used for judging whether the service quality strategy of the terminal corresponding to the data flow meets the service quality parameter requirement of the data flow or not, and obtaining a judging result;
the session management function generating module is used for generating a corresponding service quality adjustment feedback message according to the judging result;
and the session management function sending module is used for sending the service quality adjustment feedback message to the network opening function entity so that the network opening function entity can forward the service quality adjustment feedback message to the application node, and the application node can execute the pushing operation of the data flow according to the service quality adjustment feedback message.
