FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of a handwriting pad according to the present invention;
fig. 2 is a block diagram of the handwriting board according to the present invention.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention provides a tablet 100, which includes a display device 10 and a pressure button device 20. The display device 10 is used for displaying the image content of the tablet 100, and the pressure button device 20 at least includes at least one button 21, at least one pressure sensing element 22, a signal processor 23, a touch electrode 24, a vibration motor 25 connected to the signal processor 23, and a speaker 26.
Specifically, one of the pressure sensing members 22 is disposed corresponding to at least one of the keys 21, and when the user performs a pressing operation, the signal processor 23 detects position information corresponding to the pressing operation through the touch electrode 24, detects a pressing force value corresponding to the pressing operation through the pressure sensing member 22, and performs a corresponding control function according to the pressing force value and a preset pressure value threshold.
Specifically, the key 21 is a mechanical key, a raised structure/recessed structure, a surface material different from that of the peripheral region of the key is formed by adopting different processes, and one or more of silk-screen printed or etched icons, which is not further limited in the present invention.
The number of the pressure sensing pieces 22 is equal to the number of the keys 21, and the positions of the pressure sensing pieces 22 correspond to the positions of the keys 21 one by one. The pressure sensing member 22 may be implemented in various ways. As a first embodiment provided by the present invention, the pressure sensing element 22 includes a strain gauge, a bridge, an analog-to-digital converter and a microprocessor connected in sequence to measure the pressure. The first embodiment applies the strain gauge principle, and since the pressure will cause the strain gauge to deform slightly, resulting in the change of resistance, it can be used with the bridge to perform measurement, and can be converted into digital signal by ADC, and the measurement of pressure by a plurality of keys 21 can be performed simultaneously by using multiple ADCs.
The present invention also provides another embodiment of the pressure sensing member 22. The pressure sensing member 22 employs a capacitive oscillation circuit, and the measurement of pressure is performed by a change in capacitance value causing a change in oscillation frequency. The specific method is that two polar plates of the capacitor are placed on two layers of structural members, the middle of the structural members is filled with dielectric medium, when a designated area is pressed, the distance between the two polar plates changes, so that the capacitance value changes, and then the pressure measurement of the plurality of keys 21 is realized at the same time.
The signal processor 23 is further provided with thresholds, which are Fth1, Fth2 · Fthn, where n is a positive integer, and Fth0< Fth1< Fth2< · · Fth. < Fth (n-1) < Fthn, a pressure signal interval is formed between adjacent thresholds Fth (n-1) and Fthn, and each pressure signal interval matches a corresponding control function. The control function is one or more of screen prompt, volume adjustment, page zooming, page scrolling speed and brush size. The signal processor is further provided with a threshold value Fth0, a user presses the button through the button, the pressure sensing piece corresponding to the button generates a pressure signal when pressing the button, and the pressure signal is greater than the threshold value Fth0, so that the button is effective in pressing, otherwise, the button is invalid.
In the present invention, the signal processor 23 implements various control functions. In the first embodiment, when the pressure signal is greater than 10N, it is regarded as a valid pressing operation; when the pressure signal interval is 10-50N, the control function is that the page is slowly rolled; when the pressure signal interval is 50-200N, the control function is that the page is fast to roll. The invention also provides another embodiment, when the pressure signal is greater than 10N, the pressing operation is regarded as effective; when the pressure signal interval is 10-50N, the control function is that the page is slowly rolled; when the pressure signal interval is 50-150N, the control function is that the page is fast to roll; when the pressure signal interval is 150-200N, the page is rolled to the bottom in the control function. In addition, the invention can realize different control functions, such as the functions of brush size, volume size, page zooming and the like, by customizing the pressure interval.
The vibration motor 25 is connected to the signal processor 23 for feedback control functions. Further, the vibration motor 25 is adapted to a plurality of different control functions by different vibration times. For example, when the pressure signal is 10N, the vibration motor 25 is regarded as the effective pressing operation, and vibrates for 0.1 second; when the pressure signal is 50N, the control function is that the page is slowly rolled, and the vibration motor 25 vibrates for 0.3 second; when the pressure signal is 200N, the control function is that the page is scrolled to the bottom, and the vibration motor 25 vibrates for 0.5 seconds. It should be understood that the above is for better understanding of the embodiment of the vibration motor 25, and should not be considered as the only embodiment of the vibration motor 25, and is not a limitation of the vibration motor 25.
The speaker 26 is connected to the signal processor 23 for feedback control functions. The user can not receive obvious feedback when the case 21 is pressed, and in order to improve the user experience, the vibration motor 25 and/or the loudspeaker 26 are provided, so that the user can sense the pressing program when pressing to a certain stage.
Compared with the prior art, the pressure key device 20 is arranged, so that when a user performs a pressing operation, the signal processor 23 detects position information corresponding to the key 21 during the pressing operation through the touch electrode 24, detects a pressing force value corresponding to the pressing operation key 21 through the pressure sensing part 22, executes a corresponding control function according to the pressure value and a preset pressure value threshold, and realizes multiple functions of screen prompt, volume adjustment, page zooming, page scrolling speed and brush size through the key 21, and the pen-brush-type touch screen has the advantages of small occupied area, low cost and convenience in use.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
