The heat transfer medium 253 is disposed under the chip 27 on the PCB board 26, contacts the chip 27 and transfers heat of the chip to the heat dissipation duct 8 via the heat transfer metal pipe 21.
It should be noted that the structure of the PCB 26 and the type of the chip 27 are not the concern of the present invention, and are not described herein, and the PCB and the chip applicable to the glasses-type head-mounted device in the art can be cited and included herein.
In some examples, the heat conductive metal tube 252 may be disposed with heat sinks 254 on both sides across the heat dissipation duct 8, the heat sinks 254 being multi-finned to accelerate heat dissipation.
A fan 9 is arranged below the air inlet hole 6 in the heat dissipation air duct 8. The fan 9 extracts outside cold air from the air inlet 6 to the heat dissipation air duct 8, and the heat conduction module 25 conducts heat generated by the screen 24 and the chip 27 to the heat dissipation air duct 8, so that the cold air is discharged from the air outlet 7 after absorbing the heat.
