Abstract
The invention discloses an active electronic oil level sensor suitable for sensing the oil level of an automobile oil tank, which comprises a liquid level sensing module and a power signal wiring harness module, wherein the liquid level sensing module comprises a mounting plate, a pipe body, a circuit board assembly and a floater, and the power signal wiring harness module comprises a battery, a power line and a cable. The sensing element of the active electronic oil level sensor adopts an electronic switch (TMR magnetic resistance chip), and is characterized by no contact, no noise, high reliability, good consistency, small volume, convenient installation, improved production efficiency, increased quantity and density of the electronic switch (TMR magnetic resistance chip) and improved liquid level measurement precision; the defects that the reed pipe has weak shock resistance and impact resistance, and the bent leg is easy to form and break easily are overcome; the volume is large, and the precision is low; the contact arm is in mechanical fatigue and short in service life.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil level sensors, in particular to an active electronic oil level sensor suitable for sensing the oil level of an automobile oil tank.
Background
The measurement of liquid level is an important component of automatic control systems of automobiles, oil and gas, oil fields, water treatment stations and petrochemical devices. At present, in low accuracy level measurement, reed switch level sensor is mostly adopted, but reed switch level sensor has many shortcomings: (1) the shock resistance and the impact resistance are weak; (2) the volume is large, and the precision is low; (3) the contact arm is in mechanical fatigue and short in service life.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an active electronic oil level sensor suitable for sensing the oil level of an automobile oil tank, which adopts an electronic switch (TMR magnetic resistance chip) to replace a traditional reed switch and adopts active detection to overcome the defects.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
an active electronic oil level sensor suitable for sensing the oil level of an automobile oil tank comprises a liquid level sensing module and a power signal wiring harness module,
the liquid level sensing module comprises a mounting plate, a pipe body, a circuit board assembly and a floater, wherein the pipe body is fixed in an automobile oil tank through the mounting plate, the circuit board assembly is embedded in the pipe body and arranged along the length direction of the pipe body, the circuit board assembly consists of a PCB (printed circuit board), a TMR (triple magneto resistance) chip and a mounting resistor, the TMR chip is arranged on the PCB, the floater is movably arranged outside the pipe body, and a magnet is arranged inside the floater;
the power signal wire harness module comprises a battery, a power line and a cable, the battery is connected into the power line, one ends of the power line and the cable are connected with the automobile instrument through connectors, and the other ends of the power line and the cable are connected with the circuit board assembly in the liquid level sensing module through connectors.
The improved structure of the oil-passing pipe is characterized in that the floater is in a cylindrical ring shape, a plurality of contact strips are formed on the inner ring surface of the floater along the height direction of the cylinder, the floater is in sliding contact with the pipe body through the contact strips, all the contact strips are uniformly distributed, and oil-passing gaps are formed between adjacent contact strips.
The further improvement lies in that the cross section of the contact strip is semicircular, and the contact strip is in line contact with the pipe body through the arc surface of the contact strip.
The further improvement is that the radius of the semicircular cross section of the contact strip is 1-2mm, and the distance between round mandrels of adjacent contact strips is 3.5-4.5 mm.

(2) According to the invention, the contact strips are arranged on the inner ring surface of the floater, and the oil passing gap is formed between the contact strips, so that the floater and the pipe body can be better matched, the lateral shaking is reduced, the phenomenon that the inner ring surface of the floater and the pipe body are stuck can be avoided through the oil passing gap, the floater can stably and smoothly slide all the time, and the liquid level measurement precision is improved.

the liquid level sensing module comprises a mounting plate 1, a pipe body 2, a circuit board assembly and a floater 3, wherein the pipe body 2 is fixed in an automobile oil tank through the mounting plate 1 and is vertically mounted, the circuit board assembly is embedded in the pipe body 2 and arranged along the length direction of the pipe body 2, the circuit board assembly consists of a PCB (printed circuit board) 4, a TMR (triple Mixed magneto resistance) chip 5 and a mounting resistor 6 which are arranged on the PCB 4, the TMR magneto resistance chip 5 and the mounting resistor 6 which are linearly distributed along the PCB 4 form a magneto resistance sequence, the floater 3 is movably arranged outside the pipe body 2, and a magnet 7 is arranged inside the floater 3; the floater 3 slides up and down along with the liquid level on the outer surface of the tube body 2, the magnet 7 can enable the TMR magnetic resistance chip 5 at the corresponding position to be conducted, the output end of the drain electrode electronic switch and the resistor form a series resistance network, the resistance value output changed due to the liquid level change is met, the requirement of the automobile fuel instrument on the input resistance value change due to the oil level change is met, and the fuel change is monitored;
the power supply signal wiring harness module comprises a battery 8, a power line 9 and a cable 10, the output voltage range of the battery 8 is 1.5-6V, the battery capacity is larger than or equal to 3Ah, the battery 8 is connected to the power line 9, one end of the power line 9 and one end of the cable 10 are connected with an automobile instrument through connectors 11, and the other end of the power line 9 and the other end of the cable are connected with a circuit board assembly in the liquid level sensing module through the connectors 11 and used for signal and current transmission.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present invention, the float 3 is in a cylindrical ring shape, a plurality of contact strips 301 are formed on an inner annular surface of the float 3 along a height direction of the cylinder, the float 3 is in sliding contact with the pipe body 2 through the contact strips 301, all the contact strips 301 are uniformly distributed, and an oil gap 302 is formed between adjacent contact strips 301. Specifically, the cross section of the contact strip 301 is semicircular, and the contact strip 301 is in line contact with the pipe body 2 through the arc surface. The radius of the semicircular cross section of the contact strip 301 is 1-2mm, and the distance between the round mandrels of the adjacent contact strips 301 is 3.5-4.5 mm.
When float 3 slides, contact strip 301 and body 2 surface contact, it is through-going from top to bottom to cross oily clearance 302 then for oil can pass through from crossing oily clearance 302, has avoided the viscous phenomenon that produces because body 2 and 3 interior anchor ring smooth surface direct contact of float, and viscous phenomenon can make float 3 produce great frictional force, and the unable timely liquid level height that follows slides.
In the invention, the mounting plate 1 is a mounting flange bottom plate with a central hole and is mounted at the top of the oil tank through bolts, and the pipe body 2 is a stainless steel pipe.
In the invention, the electronic sealant 12 is filled between the interior of the pipe body 2 and the circuit board assembly, and the electronic sealant 12 can play a role in fixing and protecting the circuit board assembly.
