The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the vertical bent pipe is used for assisting in installation of the vertical bent pipe for installation of the transformer connecting pipe, the vertical bent pipe can be easily supported on the main pipe by using the device, and then the installation and fastening of the vertical bent pipe on the main pipe can be conveniently completed.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the standing-bending joint pipe installation supporting device includes a main pipe 10, a standing-bending pipe 20, a brace 30 and a bracket 40, wherein the standing-bending pipe 20 is installed on the main pipe 10, the brace 30 is supported on the main pipe 10, the bracket 40 is connected to the standing-bending pipe 20 and installed on the brace 30, and the brace 30 and the bracket 40 jointly complete the support of the standing-bending pipe 20.
The vertical bent pipe 20 has a flange 21, and the flange 21 is connected to other headers, and in the present technical solution, the flange 21 is used as a support auxiliary structure.
The stay bar 30 comprises four cushion blocks 31, connecting rods 32, sleeve rods 33, a central hole 34 and nuts 35, the four cushion blocks 31 are all inclined cushion blocks, and the four cushion blocks 31 are combined and attached to two sides of the upper half part of the main pipe 10 to form a relatively stable four-point supporting structure. The four cushion blocks 31 are connected through a group of connecting rods 32, the middle parts of the connecting rods 32 are upwards connected with a sleeve rod 33, the center of the sleeve rod 33 is provided with a center hole 34, and a bracket 40 is arranged on the center hole 34. A nut 35 is arranged above the loop bar 33, and the nut 35 limits the bracket 40.
The bracket 40 comprises a cross beam 41, a bent edge 42, an upright post 43, a sliding block 44, a compression screw 45 and a sliding groove 46, wherein the sliding groove 46 is arranged on the front side of the cross beam 41, the bent edge 42 is arranged on the rear side of the cross beam 41, a pair of sliding blocks 44 are installed in the sliding groove 46, each sliding block 44 comprises a plug 441 and a threaded hole 442, the plug 441 is embedded into a flange hole of the flange 21 and supports the opposite elbow 20, the threaded hole 442 is formed in the rear side of each sliding block 44, the compression screw 45 is installed in the threaded hole 442, the sliding block 44 is compressed on the bent edge 42 through the threads of the compression screw 45, the upright post 43 extends downwards in the middle of the cross beam 41, the upright post 43 is installed in the central hole 34, the threads are arranged on the upright post 43, the nut 35 is installed on the upright post 43, and when the installation position of the upright post 43 on the loop bar 33 is adjusted properly, the nut 35 is tightened to lock the position of the upright post 43 on the loop bar 33.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the standing elbow pipe 20 and the main pipe 10 are pre-positioned, the sliding block 44 is embedded into the sliding groove 46 of the cross beam 41, the compression screw 45 is hung but not screwed, the plug 441 is aligned with two holes in the horizontal position of the flange 21, the compression screw 45 is screwed, the stay rod 30 and the bracket 40 are installed, the stay rod 30 is erected on the main pipe 10 downwards and is properly adjusted to be in a stable placing state, the nut 35 is screwed, the standing elbow pipe 20 can be stably supported on the main pipe 10, and then the connecting area of the standing elbow pipe 20 and the main pipe 10 is installed and fastened. The compression screws 45 are then removed and the brace 30 and bracket 40 are removed, completing the installation of the riser.
