The sealing performance tests of the scheme and the original scheme are carried out, twenty warheads are selected respectively, fifteen warheads in the original scheme are leaked after the twenty warheads are charged, and five seals are intact. After twenty warhead charges are completed, twenty warhead charges are completely sealed.

The using method and the working principle of the invention are as follows:
the inner cylindrical surface of the medicine charging port 1 is uneven, the conventional circumferential sealing mode cannot tightly fit the seam due to the fact that the sealing ring is in contact with the uneven cylindrical surface, the protruding part can be closely matched to realize sealing, the pressing force of the recessed part is insufficient, and leakage is easy to occur. The invention is an innovation point of the conventional scheme that the inner surface of the sealing ring is connected with high-pressure gas, the high-pressure gas can drive the rubber sealing ring to enable the sealing ring to generate radial outward displacement, namely, the sealing ring moves outwards under the action of the inner side gas pressure and is in tight threaded joint contact with a cylindrical surface which is uneven on the outer side, and the inner side gas pressure of the sealing ring in the circumference is a fixed value, so that each point in the circumference of the sealing ring can be extruded, the sealing ring cannot be extruded by the inner side of one cylindrical surface like the original scheme, only the convex part exists, and the space is compressed, the extrusion force is large, the space of the concave part is large, and the extrusion degree is insufficient. By high-pressure gas extrusion sealing washer in the inboard, can guarantee the extruded homogeneity of sealing ring hoop, the tight silk close joint contact back of the interior cylindrical surface convex-concave department of final sealing washer and charge mouth 1 realizes sealed between sealing washer and the charge mouth 1, between sealing washer and the sealed apron 2, because the annular groove axial extrusion sealing washer of sealed apron 2, also realize sealed between sealing washer and the sealed apron 2 to make and realize sealed between charge mouth 1 and the sealed apron 2.
The high-pressure gas that presses the pressure seal ring 5 is compressed by the normal-pressure gas volume. The gas in the groove at the upper end of the sealing cover plate 2 enters the groove at the upper end of the sealing cover plate 2 due to the lower end boss of the pressurizing cover plate 4, the pressurizing cover plate 4 and the sealing cover plate 2 are sealed, the amount of the gas in the groove at the upper end of the sealing cover plate 2 is not changed, and only the existing volume is compressed, so that the pressure is gradually increased until high-pressure gas is formed.
In the process that the boss at the lower end of the pressurizing cover plate 4 enters the groove at the upper end of the sealing cover plate 2, the pressurizing power bolt 6 plays a role in power propulsion, the pressurizing power bolt 6 and the threaded hole at the upper end of the sealing cover plate 2 gradually enter, namely the process that the pressurizing cover plate 4 gradually descends, and along with the descending of the pressurizing cover plate 4, air in the circular groove at the upper end of the sealing cover plate 2 is extruded to form high-pressure gas.
When the ratio of the width of the second annular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 to the diameter of the rotary section of the third annular body of the annular sealing ring 3 is too small, the annular sealing ring 3 and the second annular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 are difficult to assemble, and if the annular sealing ring 3 is excessively extruded, plastic deformation can occur, and the sealing effect is lost. When the ratio of the width of the second annular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 to the diameter of the rotary section of the third annular body of the annular sealing ring 3 is too large, the compression amount of the annular sealing ring 3 is too small, and the annular sealing ring 3 and the second annular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 are difficult to seal, so that the invention is out of action. Through a large amount of experiments, it is found that the ratio of the width of the second annular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 to the diameter of the rotary section of the third annular body of the annular sealing ring 3 is 1: 1.2-1.4, the above problems can be avoided, the above functions can be realized, and the use requirements can be met.
In this embodiment, the ratio of the width of the second annular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 to the diameter of the turning section of the third annular body of the annular sealing ring 3 is 1: 1.4;
the fourth lower end circular boss of the pressurizing cover plate 4 is pressed into the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate 2, the pressure intensity of air in the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 is gradually increased along with the reduction of the volume, after the pressurizing cover plate 4 and the sealing cover plate 2 are assembled, when the air pressure intensity in the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 is too small, the pressure of the gas for extruding the pressurizing sealing ring 5 is too small, the fitting degree of the pressurizing sealing ring 5 and the convex-concave uneven cylindrical surface of the inner surface of the medicine loading port 1 is reduced, and leakage is easy to occur. After the pressurizing cover plate 4 and the sealing cover plate 2 are assembled, when the air pressure in the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 is too large, the pressurizing sealing ring 5 is excessively extruded, plastic deformation is easy to occur, elasticity is lost, and therefore the sealing performance is lost, and leakage is caused. A large number of experiments find that after the pressurizing cover plate 4 and the sealing cover plate 2 are assembled, when the air pressure in the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 is 2.2-4.3 MPa, the problems can be avoided, the functions can be realized, and the use requirements are met.
In this embodiment, after the pressure cover plate 4 and the sealing cover plate 2 are assembled, the air pressure in the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate 2 is 4.3 MPa.

The circular boss at the fourth lower end of the pressurizing cover plate (4) is pressed into the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate (2), the air pressure in the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate (2) is gradually increased along with the reduction of the volume, and after the pressurizing cover plate (4) and the sealing cover plate (2) are assembled, the air pressure in the second circular groove of the sealing cover plate (2) is 2.2-4.3 MPa.
