一种防辐射门窗玻璃,所述门窗玻璃为双层结构,所述门窗玻璃的夹层内设有防辐射布;所述防辐射布的上部设有杆体,防辐射布呈卷绕式设于杆体上,所述杆体连接驱动电机;所述驱动电机通过控制器与遥控器通信连接。本发明能够根据人们的需求进行采光或者防辐射保护,可通过手动或电动模式控制防辐射布的展开程度;而且防辐射布可防止红外线和紫外线通过,大大提高人们的健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及门窗玻璃技术领域,特别是一种防辐射门窗玻璃。
背景技术
门窗通常包括玻璃,玻璃的四周设有副边框,副边框的外侧连接外框,外框与墙体内的附框连接。现有的门窗在建筑施工过程中,通常是先将附框安装在建筑物的门窗安装施工洞口内,在建筑物主体竣工后,再利用扣件等连接构件将门窗安装在附框内。
现有的门窗为了起到隔热、隔音等效果,大多设计成双层玻璃。现有的玻璃为了起到防辐射作用,通常是在玻璃上贴防辐射膜,这种贴膜的方式一方面会影响采光,另一方面,贴上去再拆除的话 容易有部分膜粘在玻璃上无法去除,导致费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种控制灵活,有利于健康的防辐射门窗玻璃。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防辐射门窗玻璃,所述门窗玻璃为双层结构,所述门窗玻璃的夹层内设有防辐射布;所述防辐射布的上部设有杆体,防辐射布呈卷绕式设于杆体上,所述杆体连接驱动电机;所述驱动电机通过控制器与遥控器通信连接。
进一步,所述防辐射布的背面设有保温层。
进一步,所述防辐射布的下部设有底边稳固部。
进一步,所述底部稳固部为金属配重块。
进一步,所述保温层与防辐射部可拆卸式连接。
进一步,所述杆体设于玻璃夹层内,所述驱动电机嵌入窗框内,通过电机轴与夹层内的杆体连接。
进一步,所述杆体上还设有拉绳,用于手动控制防辐射部卷出或收回。
进一步,所述防辐射布包括防红外线层或防紫外线层。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能够根据人们的需求进行采光或者防辐射保护,可通过手动或电动模式控制防辐射布的展开程度;而且防辐射布可防止红外线和紫外线通过,大大提高人们的健康。

具体实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1和图2所示:一种防辐射门窗玻璃,所述门窗玻璃1为双层结构,所述门窗玻璃1的夹层内设有防辐射布2;所述防辐射布2的上部设有杆体3,防辐射布2呈卷绕式设于杆体3上,所述杆体3连接驱动电机4;所述驱动电机4通过控制器与遥控器通信连接。
上述方案具有以下优点:本发明将防辐射布代替防辐射膜,并设于玻璃夹层内,通过驱动电机控制其上下动作,一方面可根据人们的需求进行采光或者防辐射,如当太阳光太强烈时,可将防辐射布展开以遮住阳光;当太阳光较为强烈时,可将防辐射布部分展开,遮住一半阳光,另一半则用于进入自然光;当太阳光微弱时,则收起防辐射布,实现室内的整体采光。本实施例可通过遥控器控制驱动电机的启停,进而控制防辐射布的展开程度。
本实施例中,杆体3设于玻璃夹层内,驱动电机4嵌入窗框5内,通过电机轴与玻璃夹层内的杆体3连接。其中,窗框5内设有凹槽,用于嵌入驱动电机4,本实施例的驱动电机4优选为微型电机,可开设较小尺寸的凹槽,以防止破坏窗框结构。控制器为电路板,电路板上设有单片机、电机驱动模块以及与遥控器通信的红外接收模块,通过遥控器发射信号给红外接收模块,再由红外接收模块发送给单片机,由单片机控制电机驱动模块来驱动电机动作。
本实施例中,防辐射布2包括防红外线层或防紫外线层,可阻挡太阳光中的红外线和紫外线通过。
本实施例中,由于防辐射布2为布料材质,且卷在杆体3上,如果展开的话,防辐射布很容易卷起来,因此,本实施例在防辐射布的下部设有底边稳固部21,以防止底边卷起。底边稳固部21优选为金属配重块,如长条的磁铁。
本实施例中,防辐射布2的背面设有保温层,有利于减少建筑室内热量散失,实现建筑保温。保温层与防辐射布之间可以是固定连接,如胶接,也可以是可拆卸式连接,如魔术贴连接。
本实施例中,杆体3上还设有拉绳,用于手动控制防辐射部卷出或收回。该拉绳与百叶窗帘的拉绳原理相同。通过设置拉绳,可实现手动或电动两种模式控制,以防止电动模式下停电或者遥控器电池没电的情形发生。
本实施例是将防辐射布2、驱动电机4、杆体3和窗体预制成一体,进行安装时可整体安装,并配套相应的遥控器。
本实施例的工作原理为:当太阳光太强烈时,如中午,通过遥控器控制防辐射布2全部展开以遮住阳光,防止太阳光中的红外线和紫外线射入室内,影响人们的健康。当太阳光较为强烈时,可将防辐射布2部分展开,即遮住一半阳光,另一半则用于进入自然光;防辐射布2的展开长度可由操作人自己决定,控制灵活。当太阳光微弱时,则收起防辐射布2,实现室内的整体采光。
综上所述,本发明能够根据人们的需求进行采光或者防辐射保护,可通过手动或电动模式控制防辐射布的展开程度;而且防辐射布可防止红外线和紫外线通过,大大提高人们的健康。

1.一种防辐射门窗玻璃,所述门窗玻璃为双层结构,其特征在于,所述门窗玻璃的夹层内设有防辐射布;所述防辐射布的上部设有杆体,防辐射布呈卷绕式设于杆体上,所述杆体连接驱动电机;所述驱动电机通过控制器与遥控器通信连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射门窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述防辐射布的背面设有保温层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防辐射门窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述防辐射布的下部设有底边稳固部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防辐射门窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述底部稳固部为金属配重块。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防辐射门窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述保温层与防辐射部可拆卸式连接。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的防辐射门窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述杆体设于玻璃夹层内,所述驱动电机嵌入窗框内,通过电机轴与夹层内的杆体连接。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的防辐射门窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述杆体上还设有拉绳,用于手动控制防辐射部卷出或收回。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的防辐射门窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述防辐射布包括防红外线层或防紫外线层。
