In the rotating process, the bottom surfaces of the steel plates 202 of the two turning plates 2 are contacted with the tops of the height adjusting bolts 403 on the supporting parts 4 to generate upward lifting force, so that the leveling parts 3 are lifted upwards to finish leveling and realize the overall lifting action flow.
When the electric push rod 101 of the power detection part 1 is electrified with reverse current, the electric push rod 101 performs extending action, and the steps perform reverse operation as described above, so that the whole descending action process is realized.
The control and detection are realized by sending signals to the PLC through the in-place extending detection switch 102 and the return in-place detection switch 103 in the safety detection part 1 and controlling the forward and reverse rotating contactor through the PLC to realize the forward and reverse rotating current control of the motor.
