Embodiment 1 of the head body of the reinforcing bar binding machine of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the head body 10 of the reinforcing bar binding machine includes a front end portion 11 and a rear end portion 12, and the front end portion 11 and the rear end portion 12 are separately provided and detachably connected by a detachable structure. The front end part 11 is used for fixedly installing a guide wire block 21 of the reinforcing steel bar binding machine, and the guide wire block 21 is used for bending the binding wires fed by a wire feeding mechanism into a circular shape; the rear end portion 12 is provided with a housing coupling structure including a first coupling hole 13 and a second coupling hole 14 for fixedly mounting the rear end portion to a housing of the reinforcing bar binding machine. The housing attachment structure is the same as in the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The rear end portion 12 includes a housing coupling portion to which a housing of the reinforcing bar binding machine is coupled and a front end coupling portion on which a housing coupling structure is provided; the front end connecting portion is located at the front end of the housing connecting portion for connection of the front end portion 11. After the front end portion 11 of the reinforcing bar binding machine is coupled to the rear end portion 12, the head is formed in an L-shaped structure as a whole. The rear end portion 12 includes a rear first side wall 17 and a rear second side wall 18, the front end portion 11 includes a front first side wall 19 and a front second side wall 110, and the front first side wall 19 and the front second side wall 110 are arranged at intervals in a thickness direction of the front end portion 11 to form a wire winding space through which a binding wire passes; the rear end first side wall 17 and the rear end second side wall 18 are also arranged at intervals in the thickness direction of the front end portion 11, forming a wire winding space through which the binding wire passes. The front first side wall 19 of the front portion 11 is used for fixing the guide wire block 21, and the thickness of the front first side wall is larger than that of the front second side wall 110.
As shown in fig. 3, the connecting portions of the front end portion 11 and the rear end portion 12 respectively form a dividing line on the side surfaces of the two sides of the nose body 10 in the thickness direction, and hereinafter, for the convenience of understanding of the reader, the connecting portion of the front end portion 11 and the rear end portion 12 is taken as the inner side near the intersection of the reinforcing bars in use and the side facing away from the intersection of the reinforcing bars is taken as the outer side, that is, the dividing line is taken as the inner side near the intersection of the reinforcing bars in use of the nose body 10 and the outer side facing away from the intersection of the reinforcing bars in. In this embodiment, the dividing line is perpendicular to the front-rear direction, but in other embodiments, the dividing line may be inclined with respect to the front-rear direction.
As shown in fig. 6, the front end of the rear end portion 12 is provided with an insertion groove 111, and for the sake of convenience of clarity of the structure, a portion of the rear end portion 12 located behind the insertion groove 111 is referred to as an adjacent portion, and the adjacent portion is adjacent to the insertion groove 111; the distance between the side walls of the insertion groove 111 is greater than the thickness of the adjacent portions, so that the front end surfaces of the adjacent portions form two front limiting steps 117, and the front limiting steps 117 have forward step surfaces to form a support structure for supporting the outer end of the front end portion 11. As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the rear end of the front end first side wall 19 of the front end portion 11 is provided with a rear limit step 112, and the rear limit step 112 has a step surface facing rearward and is supported by the front end surface of the rear end portion 12. By the front limit step 117 and the rear limit step 112, the front end portion 11 and the rear end portion 12 can be more stably butted and the connection is more reliable. The end of the fitting groove 111 near the outer side of the rear end portion 12 is a blind end for engaging with the front end portion 11 in a stop manner in the inward and outward directions, which also contributes to improvement in the reliability of positioning in the inward and outward directions of the front end portion 11 and the rear end portion 12.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the rear end portion 12 is further provided with two latching grooves 113, and the latching grooves 113 are located on two groove sidewalls of the insertion groove 111, with the notches facing inward. Correspondingly, the front end part 11 is provided with a snap projection 118 on the inner side, and the snap projection 118 is used for being snapped into the snap groove 113. The clamping groove 113 is a long groove and extends along the inner and outer directions; the clamping protrusion 118 is elongated and extends in the inward and outward directions, so that the front end portion 11 can be positioned relative to the rear end portion 12, the front end portion 11 is prevented from swinging relative to the rear end portion 12, and the stability of the overall structure after assembly is improved. To facilitate the engagement of the rear portion 12 along the snap groove 113 into the rear portion 12, the end of the snap projection 118 adjacent to the outer side of the front portion 11 is formed as a circular arc, which is guided when entering the snap groove 113. The end of the clamping groove 113 facing away from the opening is a blind end, and the blind end is used for being in stop fit with the clamping protrusion 118 along the inner and outer directions to form an inner and outer limiting structure for limiting the outward movement of the front end part 11 relative to the rear end part 12. The blind end of the catching groove 113 is also of a circular arc structure in order to fit with the circular arc structure on the catching protrusion 118. The latch groove 113 extends in a direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction for easy processing and assembly.
The outer side of the connection of the front end portion 11 and the rear end portion 12 is further provided with a locking structure for locking the front end portion 11 to the rear end portion 12. Specifically, the outer side of the front end portion 11 is provided with a locking nose 114, and the locking nose 114 protrudes outwards from the front end portion 11; a lock catch 30 is fixed on the outer side of the rear end portion 12, and the lock catch 30 is a structure commonly used in the prior art and comprises a lock seat 31, a lock ring 32 and an operating handle 33. The lock housing 31 is adapted to be secured to the rear end portion 12; the front end of the lock ring 32 is used for hooking the front side of the lock nose 114, and the rear end is used for being hinged on the operating handle 33; an operating handle 33 is hinged on the lock seat 31 for pulling the locking ring 32 backwards after swinging backwards and passing over the dead point. In a preferred embodiment, the front side of the locking nose 114 is provided with a locking groove 115, and the locking groove 115 is used for the front end part 11 of the locking ring 32 to be inserted; the rear end portion 12 is provided with two side wings 116, the side wings 116 form a lock ring stopping surface, and the lock ring stopping surface is used for stopping the lock ring 32 to move inwards, so that the front end portion 11 is tensioned by the clamping groove 115, and the front end portion 11 is prevented from moving inwards and being pulled out of the clamping groove 113.
As shown in fig. 8, a curved guide wire groove 22 is formed on the inner side surface of the guide block 21, and the guide wire groove 22 is fastened to the front end first side wall 19 of the front end portion 11 during assembly to form a guide wire passage for rounding, i.e., bending, the binding wire fed from the wire feeder. A positioning column 15 and a positioning hole 23 are arranged on the corresponding side wall of the front end part 11, the positioning column 15 is a threaded positioning column 15, and a threaded hole 16 is arranged on the threaded positioning column 15; the wire guide block 21 is also provided with a positioning column and a positioning hole, the positioning column is a solid positioning column, and a threaded hole is not formed in the solid positioning column. During assembly, the guide wire block 21 is buckled on the machine head body 10, after the positioning hole 23 is positioned and sleeved on the corresponding positioning column, the screw is arranged in the threaded hole 16 of the positioning column 15 on the front end part 11, and then the guide wire block 21 can be pressed on the front end part 11 of the gun head body. A pair of reference column and the locating hole of mutual adaptation can adopt transition fit, also can adopt interference fit, can satisfy the positioning accuracy requirement can. The location posts and location holes on the front end portion 11 form a guide wire block mounting structure.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, 6 leading end portions 11 are arranged corresponding to the rear end portion 12 of the head body 10, and the round diameters of the binding wires corresponding to different leading end portions 11 are different from each other. Of course, in other embodiments, any number of front-end sections 11 with any size may be configured according to the use requirement. Before use, the rear end portion 12 of the nose body 10 is fixed to the housing of the wire binder without disassembly, and a guide block 21 of a corresponding gauge is fixed to each front end portion 11. When construction is required, the front end part 11 is selected according to the specification of the steel bar, the front end part 11 enters the embedded groove 111 from the inner side to the outer side of the rear end part 12, and finally the front end part is installed in place under the stop of the clamping groove 113 and the blind end of the embedded groove 111. At this time, the operating lever 33 of the operating buckle 30 swings forward, the lock ring 32 is made to pass over the lock nose 114 of the front end portion 11 forward, then the lock ring 32 is made to snap into the lock groove 115 in front of the lock nose 114, the operating lever 33 is pulled backward, the operating lever 33 swings backward and pulls the lock ring 32 backward after passing over the dead point, and the mounting of the front end portion 11 is completed. When the reinforcing steel bars with other specifications need to be bundled, the lock catches 30 are operated reversely, the operating handles 33 are separated from the lock noses 114, then the front end parts 11 are moved inwards, the original front end parts 11 can be conveniently and quickly detached, and then the front end parts 11 with the required specifications are mounted, so that the replacement is convenient.
Embodiment 2 of the head body of the reinforcing bar binding machine of the present invention:
the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that, in embodiment 1, the inner sides of the front end portion 11 and the rear end portion 12 are connected by a clamping groove 113 and a clamping protrusion 118, the clamping groove 113 is a long groove, the clamping protrusion 118 is a long bar shape, and the clamping protrusion 118 slides into the clamping groove 113 along the extending direction of the clamping groove 113 during installation; in this embodiment, the clamping protrusion 118 is a cylindrical protrusion, and the clamping groove 113 can be used for clamping at least half of the radial dimension of the clamping protrusion 118, and during installation, after the clamping protrusion 118 is installed in the clamping groove 113, the front end portion 11 is rotated with the clamping protrusion 118 as a circle center, so that the outer side of the front end portion 11 is supported on the rear end portion 12.
Embodiment 3 of the head body of the reinforcing bar binding machine of the present invention:
this embodiment is different from embodiment 2 in that a click projection 118 is provided on the front end portion 11 and a click groove 113 is provided on the rear end portion 12, and in this embodiment, a click projection 118 is provided on the rear end portion 12 and a click groove 113 is provided on the front end portion 11, and after the click groove 113 on the front end portion 11 is clicked on the click projection 118 at the time of mounting, the front end portion 11 is rotated to be brought into abutment with the rear end portion 12.
Embodiment 4 of the head body of the reinforcing bar binding machine of the present invention:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that, in embodiment 1, the snap projection 118 is provided on the front end portion 11 and the snap groove 113 is provided on the rear end portion 12, whereas in this embodiment, the snap projection 118 is provided on the rear end portion 12 and the snap groove 113 is provided on the front end portion 11, when the front end portion 11 is installed in the outside-in direction; meanwhile, in order to avoid the blind end of the fitting groove 111 from affecting the fitting of the tip portion 11, the fitting groove 111 is designed as a through groove that penetrates inside and outside.
Embodiment 5 of the head body of the reinforcing bar binding machine of the present invention:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the click projections 118 are provided on the back surfaces of the front end first side wall 19 and the front end second side wall 110, and the click recesses 113 are projected from the surfaces of the rear end first side wall 17 and the rear end second side wall 18, and in that the rear end portion 12 is fitted on the front end portion 11, unlike embodiment 1 in which the front end portion 11 is fitted on the rear end portion 12.
Embodiment 6 of the head body of the reinforcing bar binding machine of the present invention:
the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that in embodiment 1, the outer end of the connection portion between the front end portion 11 and the rear end portion 12 is provided with a locking structure, and the locking structure adopts the matching of the lock catch 30 and the lock nose 114; in the present embodiment, a screw hole 16 is provided on the outer side surface of the front end portion 11, a screw hole is provided on the side wall of the rear end portion 12 on the blind end side of the fitting groove 111, and a screw passing through the screw hole is screwed into the screw hole 16 to detachably fix the front end portion 11.
In a preferred embodiment, the screw is provided with a manual operation portion for directly performing screwing operation by hand, and can be directly attached and detached by hand without using tools. The screw with the manual operation part is the prior art, for example, the screw with the thicker column at the head part can directly apply larger torque to the screw through the column; and holes are arranged on two opposite sides of the head, and a U-shaped operating ring screw is clamped in the holes.
Of course, in another embodiment, a stud may be provided on the outer side surface of the front end portion 11, a stud hole may be provided on the side wall of the rear end portion 12 that is located on the blind end side of the insertion groove 111, and the stud may be directly inserted into the stud hole and detachably fixed to the front end portion 11.
Embodiment 7 of the head body of the reinforcing bar binding machine of the present invention:
the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that in embodiment 1, the front side of the lock nose 114 is provided with the locking groove 115, but in this embodiment, the lock nose 114 may not be provided with the locking groove 115, and the lock catch 30 only plays a role of tensioning the lock nose 114 backwards. Since the front end portion 11 is subjected mainly to forward and outward forces during the rounding of the wire and to frictional forces during use of the reinforcement bar binding machine, the front end portion is not easily moved inward to disengage from the rear end portion 12.
Embodiment 8 of the head body of the reinforcing bar binding machine of the present invention:
the difference between this embodiment and the above embodiments is that in the above embodiments, two front limiting steps 117 are formed on the front end surface of the adjacent portion adjacent to the embedding groove 111 on the rear end portion 12 to form a supporting structure for supporting the outer end of the front end portion 11; meanwhile, a rear limit step 112 is arranged on the front end first side wall 19 of the front end part 11; in the embodiment, only the front limit step 117 may be provided, or only the rear limit step 112 may be provided; if only the rear catching step 112 is provided, the rear catching step 112 is preferably provided on both the front first side wall 19 and the front second side wall 110 of the front end portion 11.
Of course, in other embodiments, the support structure for the outer end of the front portion 11 may be formed directly by the front-most end surface of the rear portion 12.
The embodiment of the machine head of the reinforcing steel bar binding machine comprises the following steps: the machine head comprises a machine head body 10, wherein a guide wire block 21 is arranged on the machine head body 10; the machine head body 10 is the machine head body 10 in any embodiment of the machine head of the steel bar binding machine, and is not specifically described here.
The embodiment of the steel bar binding machine of the invention comprises: the steel bar binding machine comprises a shell, wherein the front end of the shell is provided with a machine head, the machine head comprises a machine head body 10, and a wire guide block 21 is arranged on the machine head body 10; the machine head body 10 is the machine head body 10 in any embodiment of the machine head of the steel bar binding machine, and is not specifically described here.

1. A machine head body of a steel bar binding machine is provided with a shell connecting structure, and the shell connecting structure is used for fixedly assembling the machine head body on a shell of the steel bar binding machine;
it is characterized in that the machine head body comprises:
the front end part is used for fixedly assembling a wire guide block of the steel bar binding machine and is used for forming a wire guide channel together with a wire guide groove on the wire guide block so as to bend the binding wire sent by a wire feeding mechanism into a circular shape;
a rear portion, the rear portion having the housing connection structure;
the front end part and the rear end part are detachably connected through a detachable structure and used for replacing the front end part of the guide wire block with the required specification when in use.

one of the front end part and the rear end part is provided with a clamping groove; when the connecting part of the front end part and the rear end part is used, one side close to the steel bar intersection is the inner side, one side back to the steel bar intersection is the outer side, and the notch of the clamping groove faces inwards;
