In the split motor wire-drawing annealing device disclosed by the invention, when in use, because the two sides in the wire-drawing host machine 1 are divided into the driving chamber 21 and the annealing chamber 22 by the frame 2, the feeding wheel 4 is coaxially fixed at one end of the output shaft of the feeding motor 3 which penetrates into the annealing chamber 22, the annealing wheel 7 is coaxially fixed at one end of the output shaft of the annealing motor 6 which penetrates into the annealing chamber 22, meanwhile, a nickel belt is arranged around the wheel groove of the annealing wheel 7, the annealing power supply is arranged in the wire-drawing host machine 1 and is used for contacting the short circuit nickel belt to generate high temperature, so that the copper wire 5 is sequentially wound through the feeding wheel 4 and the annealing wheel 7 to carry out online continuous wire-drawing annealing, meanwhile, because one end close to the annealing wheel 7 is provided with the pre-adjusting mechanism 8, the copper wire 5 is conveyed through the pre-adjusting mechanism 8, the wire diameter of the copper wire 5 is sensed in real time by the pre-adjusting mechanism 8, and the pre-adjusting mechanism 8 is electrically connected with the annealing motor 6, therefore, the working current of the annealing motor 6 is pre-adjusted in a feedback manner according to the sensed wire diameter, so as to realize the function of pre-adjusting the wire-drawing tension in real time, wherein a plurality of groups of annealing motor 6 and annealing wheel 7 are correspondingly arranged, the pre-adjusting mechanism 8 comprises a shell 81, a rubber sealing ring 82, an air inlet 83, an air outlet cavity 84, a piston block 85, a sliding sheet 86 and a resistance wire coil 87, the copper wire 5 is arranged in the shell 81 at one end of the annealing wheel 7 in a penetrating manner and is transmitted, and air is continuously fed into the shell 81 through the air inlet 83, so that thrust can be generated on the piston block 85 in the air outlet cavity 84, when the wire diameter of the copper wire 5 transmitted into the shell 81 is changed, the thrust of the piston block 85 can be influenced by the airflow, so as to drive the sliding sheet 86 to move, so as to adjust the series resistance of the annealing motor 6, so as to realize the working current of the annealing motor 6, one end of the resistance wire coil 87 is also electrically connected with an annealing power supply, in order to realize the short-circuit current of preconditioning annealing power, the lateral wall of piston block 85 is laminated in going out the chamber 84 inside wall, and wears to be equipped with a plurality of ventilative mouths 851 on the piston block 85 to do benefit to stable transmission, the gas that air inlet 83 injected is nitrogen gas, in order to do benefit to the high temperature oxidation who avoids copper line 5, goes out chamber 84 and adopts transparent material to make, in order to observe, resistance wire coil 87 has still concatenated load resistance, in order to do benefit to meticulous regulation.

the feeding wheel is arranged in the annealing chamber, is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end, penetrating into the annealing chamber, of an output shaft of the feeding motor, and is used for rotatably transmitting a copper wire;
the annealing motor is arranged in the driving chamber, and an output shaft of the annealing motor penetrates into the annealing chamber;
the annealing wheel is arranged in the annealing chamber and is coaxially and fixedly connected with one end, penetrating into the annealing chamber, of the output shaft of the annealing motor, and a nickel belt is arranged in a wheel groove of the annealing wheel in a surrounding manner;
the annealing power supply is arranged in the wire drawing host and is used for contacting and short-circuiting the nickel strip;
the pre-adjusting mechanism is arranged in the annealing chamber and close to one end of the annealing wheel, the copper wire penetrates through the pre-adjusting mechanism so as to sense the wire diameter of the copper wire in real time through the pre-adjusting mechanism, and the pre-adjusting mechanism is electrically connected with the annealing motor so as to pre-adjust the working current of the annealing motor according to the sensed wire diameter;
the pre-adjusting mechanism comprises a shell, a rubber sealing ring, an air inlet, an air outlet cavity, a piston block, a slip sheet and a resistance wire coil, wherein the shell is fixed on the frame, an inlet and an outlet are arranged at two ends of the shell, used for passing in and out the copper wires, the rubber sealing rings are fixed at the inlet and the outlet and used for sealing the inlet and the outlet ends of the copper wires, the air inlet is communicated with the bottom of one end of the shell and is externally connected with an air inlet pipe, the gas outlet cavity is communicated with the top of the other end of the shell opposite to the gas inlet, the piston block is arranged in the gas outlet cavity, and can slide up and down along the inner side wall of the air outlet cavity, the resistance wire coil is fixedly attached to the inner side wall of the air outlet cavity, the sliding sheet is fixed at the bottom end of the piston block, and the bottom end of the sliding sheet is abutted against the resistance wire coil, and one end of the resistance wire coil is electrically connected with the annealing motor.
2. The branch motor wire drawing annealing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of groups of annealing motors and annealing wheels are provided correspondingly.
3. The shunt motor wiredrawing annealing device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the resistance wire coil is electrically connected with the annealing power supply so as to adjust the short-circuit current of the annealing power supply in advance.
