Abstract
The invention provides a novel ultraviolet curing varnish capable of being coated on a food container, which consists of epoxy acrylic resin, a monomer, a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a filling agent and a photoinitiator. The novel ultraviolet curing varnish capable of being coated on the food container can be coated on the food container, and has the characteristics of high hardness, good glossiness, corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, small shrinkage rate, high adhesion, good flexibility and the like after coating, and has no chemical migration after coating.

The invention relates to the technical field of light-cured varnish, in particular to novel ultraviolet light-cured varnish capable of being coated on a food container.
Background
The UV light curing coating is a coating which can be quickly dried under the action of Ultraviolet (UV) photons. UV curable coatings have become a relatively mature technology, and particularly, as people's environmental awareness increases, manufacturers and researchers pay more attention to the development and application of UV curable coatings. The UV ultraviolet light curing coating is different from a common solvent-based coating in that no or almost no solvent is volatilized in the film forming process of the UV ultraviolet light curing coating, namely the construction process of converting liquid into solid, so that zero emission or low emission of organic volatile compounds (VOC) is realized, and the UV ultraviolet light curing coating can be called as an environment-friendly coating.
Unsaturated polyester, polyurethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate and the like of common UV curing coating are used as main oligomers, and a proper amount of active diluent and photoinitiator are added, so that the UV curing coating is widely applied to the fields of woodware, plastics, metals, paper, optical fibers and the like. However, in the field of food contact, it has been found that the initiator can migrate chemically after the coating has been cured, and thus cause some damage to the health of the human body.

the novel ultraviolet curing varnish capable of being coated on a food container is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 30-40% of epoxy acrylic resin, 40-50% of monomer, 0.1-1% of defoaming agent, 0.1-2% of dispersing agent, 5-15% of filling agent and 1-5% of photoinitiator.
Preferably, the monomer is at least one of oxydi (methyl-2, 1-ethylene) diacrylate and glycerol trimethylolpropane triacrylate.
Preferably, the filler is at least one of talc, calcium carbonate and silica.
Preferably, the mesh number of the talcum powder is 400 meshes.
The novel ultraviolet curing varnish capable of being coated on a food container further comprises the following operation process steps;
1) the discharge ports, the dispersion rods and the dispersion discs in the stirring kettle and the stirring kettle are wiped clean by alcohol, so that the product is prevented from being polluted;
2) and putting the resin into a dispersion kettle according to the amount, starting stirring at the rotation speed of 1000-.

Preferably, the dispersant is a nonionic modified fatty acid derivative.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cured varnish coating has the characteristics of high hardness, good glossiness, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and the like due to the epoxy acrylate resin.
The glycerol trimethylolpropane triacrylate is an active diluent for light sensitivity, can effectively reduce the viscosity of the varnish, improve the curing speed, and has good storage stability, small shrinkage rate of a varnish coating, high adhesive force and good flexibility.
The 400-mesh talcum powder is used for filling the varnish, so that the varnish coating can be conveniently polished.
The dispersant is used to uniformly disperse the varnish coating so that the components in the varnish do not precipitate and agglomerate.
The photoinitiator can rapidly initiate the polymerization and crosslinking of monomers in the varnish, thereby achieving the zero migration of the photoinitiator.

3. The novel ultraviolet-curable varnish applicable to food containers according to claim 1, wherein: the filler is at least one of talcum powder, calcium carbonate and silicon dioxide.
4. The novel ultraviolet-curable varnish applicable to food containers according to claim 3, wherein: the mesh number of the talcum powder is 400 meshes.
