A packaging barrel shaping device comprises a conveyor (201), a three-shaft rounding machine, a sliding table support (202), a feeding sliding table (203) and a discharging sliding table (204), wherein a group of packaging barrel trays (205) are sequentially arranged on a conveyor belt of the conveyor (201) at equal intervals, an arc-shaped limiting groove is formed in the top of each packaging barrel tray (205), the three-shaft rounding machine comprises an upper roller (206), a pair of lower rollers (207) and a rounding machine body (210), a pair of reinforcing rib shaping bulges (208) are arranged on the outer wall of the upper roller (206), and a pair of reinforcing rib shaping grooves (209) matched with the reinforcing rib shaping bulges (208) are formed in the lower roller (207); the advantages are that: the packaging barrel is automatically pushed to the rounding machine for shaping, the shaping speed is high, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging barrel recycling equipment, in particular to a packaging barrel shaping device.
Background
At present, on a packaging barrel recycling production line, an old packaging barrel needs to be subjected to shaping treatment, the existing shaping mode is that the packaging barrel is manually sleeved on a rounding machine for shaping treatment, the labor intensity of workers is high, and the production efficiency is low.

The invention comprises a conveyor, a three-shaft rounding machine, a sliding table bracket, a feeding sliding table and a discharging sliding table,
a group of packaging barrel trays are sequentially arranged on a conveying belt of the conveyor at equal intervals, an arc-shaped limiting groove is formed at the top of each packaging barrel tray,
the three-shaft rounding machine comprises an upper roller, a pair of lower rollers and a rounding machine body, wherein the outer wall of the upper roller is provided with a pair of reinforcing rib reshaping bulges, the lower roller is provided with a pair of reinforcing rib reshaping grooves matched with the reinforcing rib reshaping bulges for use, one ends of the upper roller and the pair of lower rollers are respectively and movably arranged on the rounding machine body, the upper roller and the pair of lower rollers are driven to rotate by a hydraulic motor and a gear transmission mechanism, the three-shaft rounding machine is positioned on one side of a conveyor,

The feeding sliding table and the discharging sliding table are hydraulic sliding tables.
The end surface of the lower roller is provided with an annular feeding bevel opening.
The driving motor of the conveyor is a servo motor or a stepping motor.
The invention has the advantages that: the packaging barrel is automatically pushed to the rounding machine for shaping, the shaping speed is high, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.

The working mode and principle are as follows: placing a packaging barrel 220 on a packaging barrel tray 205 at the inlet end of a conveyor 201 through a feeding device, driving the packaging barrel 220 to operate towards a shaping station through the conveyor 201, stopping the operation of the conveyor 201 when the packaging barrel reaches the shaping station, starting a feeding sliding table 203, pushing the packaging barrel 220 to a position between an upper roller 206 and a pair of lower rollers 207 of a three-shaft rounding machine through a barrel pushing fork 211, respectively positioning two reinforcing ribs of the packaging barrel 220 in corresponding reinforcing rib shaping grooves 209 on the lower rollers 207, pressing down an upper roller 206 of the three-shaft rounding machine to enable a shaping protrusion 208 of the upper roller 206 to be positioned in a reinforcing rib groove on the inner wall of the packaging barrel 220, starting the three-shaft rounding machine to shape the side wall of the packaging barrel 220, lifting the upper roller 206 after shaping, starting a discharging sliding table 204, pushing the shaped packaging barrel 220 to the corresponding packaging barrel tray 205 through a U-shaped barrel unloading fork 212, and continuously pushing the conveyor 201 out, driving the next packaging barrel 220 to the shaping station.
