In one embodiment, the first buckle bottom 310 and the third buckle bottom 330 have the same shape, the second buckle bottom 320 and the fourth buckle bottom 340 have the same shape, and a fourth bayonet 350 is arranged at the connection position of the first buckle bottom 310 and the second buckle bottom 320 and the connection position of the third buckle bottom 330 and the fourth buckle bottom 340; the fourth locking opening 350 is not provided for a locking function, and is provided for facilitating a locking action of the first buckle bottom 310, the second buckle bottom 320, the third buckle bottom 330 and the fourth buckle bottom 340. Specifically, the second buckle bottom 320 and the fourth buckle bottom 340 are both trapezoidal structures, the first buckle bottom 310 and the third buckle bottom 330 are both shoe-shaped structures, and the first buckle bottom 310 and the third buckle bottom 330 are respectively provided with a fifth bayonet 360 capable of being mutually clamped, as shown in fig. 2; thus, the fifth bayonet 360 on the first buckle bottom 310 and the fifth bayonet 360 on the third buckle bottom 330 are engaged, the first buckle bottom 310 and the third buckle bottom 330 are at least partially overlapped to play a supporting role, and the second buckle bottom 320 and the fourth buckle bottom 340 are partially inserted into the gap between the first buckle bottom 310 and the third buckle bottom 330, so that the self-buckling bottom 300 operation of the carton can be completed.
In order to improve the bearing capacity of the first buckle bottom 310 and the third buckle bottom 330, in this embodiment, the first buckle bottom 310 is connected with the first bonding surface 311, and the third buckle bottom 330 is connected with the third bonding surface 331, as shown in fig. 1, the first bonding surface 311 is folded in a reverse direction with respect to the first buckle bottom 310, and the third bonding surface 331 is folded in a reverse direction with respect to the third buckle bottom 330, so as to complete the hooking of the buckle bottom.
In one embodiment, the end of the first side 210 away from the second side 220 is connected with a glue joint surface 260, and the glue joint surface 260 is adhered to the fourth side 240 to improve the stability of the carton. However, it should be noted that the connection between the first side 210 and the fourth side 240 is not limited to the adhesive connection, and other connection methods such as clamping, threading, and overlapping may also be applied to the present invention.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned operations of extending, folding, and bottom-locking the cardboard can be performed manually or by instruments and equipment included in the existing process of forming the cardboard box.
Example two
This embodiment is an embodiment of a method for forming a single paperboard self-bottom-buckling flap-type carton as in the first embodiment,
s10, die-cutting the paperboard according to the pre-designed size and shape to obtain paper to be formed;
s20, conveying the paper to be molded in the step S10 to a glue scraping area for gluing, adhering the gluing surface 260 to the fourth side 240, folding the first side 210 and the second side 220 in half, folding the third side 230 and the fourth side 240 in half, and stacking and transporting the paper;
s30, the paper stacked on the plane in the step S20 is transported to a client or a production end, the first side 210, the second side 220, the third side 230 and the fourth side 240 are unfolded, and the first buckle bottom 310, the second buckle bottom 320, the third buckle bottom 330 and the fourth buckle bottom 340 at the bottom are automatically buckled;
s40, folding the second supporting surface 221, the third supporting surface 231 and the fourth supporting surface 241 into the carton for supporting;
and S50, folding the second cover surface 130 along the second crease 110, and inserting the fixture block 131 into the first bayonet 232 to be buckled to obtain the complete carton.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the cardboard with different materials and thicknesses can be selected according to the application occasion and the bearing condition of the carton to obtain the carton with high squareness, so that the application range is wide, and the phenomenon of bread boxes which is easy to occur in the conventional carton can be avoided.
Through the steps, the rocking cover 100, the surrounding edge 200 and the self-fastening bottom 300 are processed on a single paperboard, so that the raw material consumption is reduced, and the production cost of the carton is reduced; the advantages of the traditional book-shaped box and the automatic bottom-buckling box are combined, the folding and flat-laying mode can be used for transporting so as to reduce the transportation cost of the paper box, and the automatic bottom-buckling can be realized so as to reduce the use cost of the paper box and increase the convenience of the use of the paper box.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A single paperboard self-buckling bottom-swinging cover carton is characterized by comprising a swinging cover (100), a surrounding edge (200) and a self-buckling bottom (300), wherein the surrounding edge (200) comprises a first side surface (210), a second side surface (220), a third side surface (230) and a fourth side surface (240) which are connected end to end, one side of the swinging cover (100) is connected to the first side surface (210), and the other side of the swinging cover (100) is clamped with the third side surface (230); the first side surface (210), the second side surface (220), the third side surface (230) and the fourth side surface (240) are respectively connected with a first buckle bottom (310), a second buckle bottom (320), a third buckle bottom (330) and a fourth buckle bottom (340), and the first buckle bottom (310), the second buckle bottom (320), the third buckle bottom (330) and the fourth buckle bottom (340) can be mutually overlapped to form the self-buckle bottom (300).
2. A single paperboard self-fastening bottom-shaking carton according to claim 1, wherein the second side (220), the third side (230) and the fourth side (240) are respectively connected with a second supporting surface (221), a third supporting surface (231) and a fourth supporting surface (241) which are used for supporting through a first crease (250), and the third supporting surface (231) is provided with a first bayonet (232) near the first crease (250).

The single paperboard self-bottom-buckling and cover-shaking carton according to claim 2, wherein the shaking cover (100) comprises a first cover surface (120) and a second cover surface (130) which are connected through a second crease (110), the first cover surface (120) is connected with the first side surface (210), a clamping block (131) is arranged on the second cover surface (130) close to the second crease (110), and the clamping block (131) is clamped with the first clamping opening (232).

The single paperboard self-fastening bottom-shaking carton as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second supporting surface (221), the third supporting surface (231) and the fourth supporting surface (241) are respectively provided with a second folded edge (222), a third folded edge (233) and a fourth folded edge (242) at the ends far away from the surrounding edge (200), the second supporting surface (221), the third supporting surface (231) and the fourth supporting surface (241) are respectively provided with a fifth folded edge (223), a sixth folded edge (234) and a seventh folded edge (243) at the ends close to the surrounding edge (200), and both sides of the middle part of the third supporting surface (231) are recessed inwards to form recessed positions (235): the second folding edge (222), the second supporting surface (221), the fifth folding edge (223) and the second side surface (220) can surround to form a second rectangular frame structure, the third folding edge (233), the third supporting surface (231), the sixth folding edge (234) and the third side surface (230) can surround to form a third rectangular frame structure, and the fourth folding edge (242), the fourth supporting surface (241), the seventh folding edge (243) and the fourth side surface (240) can surround to form a fourth rectangular frame structure.
5. The single paperboard self-clinching bottom-hinged lid carton as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the end of the second support surface (221) adjacent to the first side surface (210) and the end of the fourth support surface (241) adjacent to the first side surface (210) are each provided with a second bayonet (236), and the end of the second lid surface (130) is engageable with the second bayonet (236).
6. The single paperboard self-buckling bottom-hinged cover carton according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the bottom of the second supporting surface (221) close to the third side surface (230) and the bottom of the fourth supporting surface (241) close to the third side surface (230) are provided with third bayonets (244), and both sides of the end part of the third supporting surface (231) are provided with third bayonets (237) which are clamped with the third bayonets (244).

The single paperboard self-bottom-buckling and cover-shaking carton as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first bottom buckle (310) and the third bottom buckle (330) are identical in shape, the second bottom buckle (320) and the fourth bottom buckle (340) are identical in shape, and a fourth bayonet (350) is arranged at the joint of the first bottom buckle (310) and the second bottom buckle (320) and at the joint of the third bottom buckle (330) and the fourth bottom buckle (340).
8. The single paperboard self-bottom-buckling and cover-shaking carton as claimed in claim 7, wherein the second buckling bottom (320) and the fourth buckling bottom (340) are both trapezoidal structures, the first buckling bottom (310) and the third buckling bottom (330) are both shoe-shaped structures, and the first buckling bottom (310) and the third buckling bottom (330) are respectively provided with a fifth bayonet (360) which can be mutually clamped.
9. The single paperboard self-clinching bottom-hinged flap carton of claim 1, wherein an adhesive surface (260) is attached to an end of said first side (210) remote from said second side (220), said adhesive surface (260) being adhered to said fourth side (240).
10. A method of forming a single paperboard self-clinching and lid-shaking carton as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, including the steps of:
s10, die-cutting the paperboard according to the pre-designed size and shape to obtain paper to be formed;
s20, conveying the paper to be formed in the step S10 to a glue scraping area for gluing, adhering a gluing surface (260) with a fourth side surface (240), folding the first side surface (210) and the second side surface (220) in half, folding the third side surface (230) and the fourth side surface (240) in half, and stacking and conveying the paper to be formed;
s30, transporting the paper stacked on the plane in the step S20 to a client or a production end, unfolding the first side surface (210), the second side surface (220), the third side surface (230) and the fourth side surface (240), and automatically buckling the first buckle bottom (310), the second buckle bottom (320), the third buckle bottom (330) and the fourth buckle bottom (340) at the bottom;
s40, folding the second supporting surface (221), the third supporting surface (231) and the fourth supporting surface (241) into the paper box for supporting;
and S50, folding the second cover surface (130) along the second crease (110), and inserting the fixture block (131) into the first bayonet (232) to be buckled to obtain the complete paper box.
