Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent portable seal mobile work safe deposit box according to the present invention. The intelligent portable seal moving work safe box comprises an upper box cover 1, a lower box body 2, a touch tablet computer 3 and a paper feeding scanning module 4 (not shown in the figure). Wherein, the upper box cover 1 is used for storing and protecting the movable stamping machine 11. The lower box body 2 is hinged with the upper box cover 1 and used for loading and protecting the paper feeding scanning module 4. The touch tablet computer 3 is arranged inside the lower box body 2 and can extend out of the lower box body 2 through the side wall of the lower box body 2 so as to carry out password authentication on a user when the upper box cover is opened and display an operation interface and a scanning interface when the user uses the safe deposit box. The paper feeding scanning module 4 is disposed inside the lower case 2 and is configured to scan a single a4 paper document or a single A3 paper document.
When a safe deposit box is used for scanning a single A4 paper file, the file is conveyed to a paper feeding scanning module in a paper feeding scanning module 4 for scanning the file, then the scanned image file is conveyed to the touch tablet computer 3, the touch tablet computer 3 selects a mobile stamping machine with a specified type of stamp according to specific keywords in the image file and determines a preset stamping position in the file, and after the determination is completed, the touch tablet computer 3 controls the paper feeding scanning module 4 to move the file to the specified position so that the mobile stamping machine stamps the preset stamping position of the file.
Specifically, an electronic lock (not shown) is disposed on the upper case cover 1, the electronic lock is connected to the touch tablet computer 3, and when the electronic lock is forcibly opened, the touch tablet computer 3 will give an alarm.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper case cover 1 of the present invention is provided with a plurality of receiving locations for storing different types of mobile stamping machines 11, and each mobile stamping machine 11 is used for storing different types of stamps; a storage cavity is arranged in the mobile stamping machine 11 and is used for loading a stamp; each storage place of the upper box cover is provided with a locking mechanism (not shown in the figure) connected with the touch tablet computer 3, so as to lock the mobile stamping machine in the corresponding storage place. Before the safe deposit box is used, different types of seals are respectively loaded into storage cavities in the corresponding mobile stamping machines 11, after the seals are loaded, the mobile stamping machines are sequentially loaded into corresponding storage places, and locking mechanisms in the storage places respectively lock the mobile stamping machines. When the touch tablet computer selects a designated type of seal according to keywords in a file, the locking mechanism corresponding to the mobile stamping machine 11 loaded with the type of seal unlocks the mobile stamping machine so that the mobile stamping machine 11 is in a removable state, and a user takes out the mobile stamping machine 11 to stamp the file. It should be understood that the number of the storage locations in the upper case cover 1 may be four, or may also be five, six or other numbers, as long as the upper case cover 1 can store the specified number of the mobile stamping machines 11 in the specified space.
Specifically, the password in the touch tablet computer 3 is a random password, when the upper case cover is opened, the user inputs the number of the designated device through the touch tablet computer 3, the password is sent to the device after the authentication of the touch tablet computer 3 is completed, and the user inputs the password received by the device into the touch tablet computer 3 to complete the starting of the device.

Referring to fig. 1, the storage box of the present invention further includes a first working platform 21 (not shown) and a second working platform 22. The first worktable 21 is disposed inside the lower casing 2 and is used for supporting scanned documents output by the paper feeding and scanning module 4. The second working table 22 is arranged on the upper surface of the lower case 2 and is used for bearing documents which are not single A4 paper or A3 paper. The second worktable 22 is made of transparent material, so that the scanning state of the document can be observed through the second worktable 22 when the paper feeding scanning module 4 is used, a stamping opening 221 is formed in the second worktable 22, and a movable baffle 222 is arranged at the stamping opening to limit the stamping position of the device; when a user stamps on the document on the first workbench 21, the position of the stamping opening 221 is adjusted by adjusting the position of the movable baffle 222, and after the adjustment is completed, the movable stamping machine 11 is pressed on the surface of the document through the stamping opening 221 to complete the stamping of the document.
Referring to fig. 1, the safe deposit box of the present invention further includes a folding high-speed camera 12, a camera 13, a fingerprint device 23, and an RFID antenna board (not shown). The folding high-speed scanner 12 is disposed on the upper case cover 1 and connected to the touch tablet computer 3, so as to extract an image of a file on the second workbench 22. The camera 13 is arranged on the upper box cover 1 and connected with the touch tablet computer 3, and is used for carrying out face recognition and recording a stamping process after the device is started. The fingerprint device 23 is disposed on the second worktable 22 and connected to the touch tablet computer 3 for performing fingerprint authentication on a user. The RFID antenna plate is disposed inside the lower case 2 and on the lower surface of the first table 21, and is configured to transmit an RFID signal within a predetermined range. When a file which is not a single piece of A4 paper or A3 paper is scanned by using a safe deposit box, the file is placed on the second workbench 22, and the folding high-speed camera 12 directly shoots an image of the file and transmits the image to the touch tablet computer 3; folding high bat appearance with go up case lid 1 swing joint, when not using folding high bat appearance, folding high bat appearance can fold and accomodate to 1 lateral wall of case lid.
Specifically, when the safe box is started, the camera 13 starts to record video to record the whole scanning process of the device; the camera 13 can also perform facial authentication on the user, and when the user starts the paper feeding scanning module 4/folding high-speed scanner 12 and uses the paper feeding scanning module 4/folding high-speed scanner 12, the facial authentication is performed through the camera. When the user starts the paper feed scanning module 4/folding high-speed scanner 12 and uses the paper feed scanning module 4/folding high-speed scanner 12, the user needs to perform face authentication by using the camera.

when the type of the reflected signal is the same as that of the preset reflected signal, the output end of the mobile stamping machine 11 is in an open state, and stamping is completed by pressing the mobile stamping machine 11 at a specified position;
when the type of the reflection signal is different from that of the preset reflection signal, the output end of the mobile stamping machine 11 is in a locked state, and stamping cannot be performed.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of the paper feeding scanning module 4 and the first worktable 21 according to the present invention. The paper feeding scanning module 4 is disposed inside the lower case 2 and at one side of the first working platform 21, and is configured to scan a single a4 paper document or a single A3 paper document. When a document enters the paper feeding scanning module, the paper feeding scanning module 4 can automatically detect the entering angle of the document and exit the document from the device when the entering angle is higher than a preset threshold value. When the paper feeding scanning module 4 scans the file, the paper feeding scanning module 4 can detect the thickness of the file in real time to judge the thickness of the paper entering the file, and when the paper feeding scanning module detects that the thickness of the paper changes, the paper feeding scanning module judges that the situation of digging holes and stealing badges of the file occurs and sends out abnormal alarm of the file.
Specifically, the paper feeding scanning module 4 includes a paper feeding direction detector group 41, a paper thickness detector group 42, a scanning unit 43, a roller column 44, and a stepping motor 45. The paper feeding direction detector group 41 is disposed at a paper feeding end of the paper feeding scanning module 4, and is configured to detect whether an entering angle of a document deviates from a preset threshold. The scanning unit 43 is disposed on a side of the paper feeding direction detector group away from the paper feeding end, and is configured to scan a document and transmit scanned information to the touch tablet computer. The sheet thickness detector group 42 is disposed at an end of the scanning unit 43 away from the sheet feeding direction detector group 41, and is configured to detect a sheet thickness of a document. The roller columns 44 include a first roller column 441 disposed above the paper feeding direction detector group 41 and a second roller column 442 disposed above the paper thickness detector group 42, and two ends of each roller column are respectively rotatably connected to the inner wall of the lower case 2 to move the document to a designated position by rotation; and one side of each roller column, which is close to the upper box cover, is provided with a driven gear. The step motor 45 is arranged below the scanning unit 43, an output end of the step motor 45 is arranged at one side of the step motor 45 close to the upper case cover 1, a driving gear is arranged at the output end and is respectively meshed with each driven gear, and when the scanning unit is used, the step motor 45 drives the driving gear to rotate in the forward direction and drives each roller column 44 to rotate so as to move a file to a specified position on the upper surface of the first workbench 21.
