Abstract
The invention discloses a shell pressing and sealing device and a method, wherein the device comprises a first jig component, wherein a first shell part of a shell to be pressed is detachably arranged on the first jig component; the second jig component is detachably arranged on the second casing part of the casing to be pressed; the first shell part moves towards the direction close to or away from the second shell part under the driving of the first jig component, and the second shell part moves towards the direction close to or away from the first shell part under the driving of the second jig component; the heating plate linearly reciprocates under the action of the heating plate driving part to enter or leave between the first jig assembly and the second jig assembly, and is attached to and heated by the first shell part and the second shell part. The device reduces the material, labor and process cost of the product and increases the waterproof sealing stability of the product.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shell sealing, in particular to a shell pressing and sealing device and method.
Background
Under general conditions, the service environment of the optical cable joint box is severe, the IP waterproof grade requirement is high, and the IP waterproof grade design requirement of the product is met by adopting mechanical sealing when the optical cable joint box product is designed and assembled. The mechanical seal generally comprises a fastener and a sealing material, and in use, the selection of the sealing material and the requirements of the fastener on material strength, an electroplating environment-friendly process and an assembly process are high. The technology can bring the sealed not good and uncontrollable risk to the waterproof grade of product during the assembly when the product is assembled, leads to the waterproof sealing performance of product unstable after mechanical seal. Meanwhile, the fastening piece is generally a hardware piece, and the product protection failure is easily caused by material strength, surface rust prevention, environmental protection, operation leakage of an assembly process, deformation and aging of a sealing material.
Disclosure of Invention

starting the shell pressing and sealing device, and heating the heating plate to a preset temperature;
placing a first shell part of the shell to be pressed into a first jig component, placing a second shell part of the shell to be pressed into a second jig component, and clamping respectively;
driving the heating plate to move horizontally and move between the first jig assembly and the second jig assembly;
the first jig component is driven to drive the first shell part, the second jig component drives the second shell part to respectively move towards the direction close to the heating plate, so that the first shell part and the second shell part are in contact with the heating plate and are heated and melted;
driving the heating plate to exit between the first shell part and the second shell part;
the first fixture component is driven to drive the first shell part, the second fixture component drives the second shell part to move towards the direction close to the opposite side, so that the first shell part and the second shell part are in contact pressing.

The shell pressing and sealing device is particularly used for hot plate welding of a thermoplastic reinforced (glass fiber) plastic optical cable joint box or hot plate welding of other plastic products, wherein the plastic products comprise polypropylene and glass fibers, and structurally, the plastic products comprise a first shell and a second shell which are connected with each other.
In an embodiment, the housing press-fit sealing device provided by the invention comprises a first jig component 1, a second jig component 6 and a heating plate, wherein a first housing part of a housing to be pressed is detachably mounted on the first jig component 1, and a second housing part of the housing to be pressed is detachably mounted on the second jig component 6. The first housing part moves towards or away from the second housing part under the driving of the first jig component 1, and the second housing part moves towards or away from the first housing part under the driving of the second jig component 6; that is, when the first housing of the product is an upper housing and the second housing is a lower housing, the first jig assembly 1 drives the first housing to move downward, and the second jig assembly 6 drives the second housing to move upward, so that the two housings are close to each other.
The heating plate linearly reciprocates under the action of the hot plate driving part to enter or leave between the first jig assembly 1 and the second jig assembly 6, and is attached to and heated by the first shell part and the second shell part. Still taking the specific form of the above-mentioned upper casing and lower casing as an example, when the first casing part and the second casing part are close to or far away from each other along the vertical direction, the heating plate moves along the horizontal direction under the action of the heating plate driving part and enters between the two jig assemblies.
Specifically, the first jig assembly 1 includes a first jig body, a first jig driving mechanism 5, and a first jig fixing mechanism 4, the first housing portion is mounted on the first jig body, the first jig driving mechanism 5 is connected to the first jig body in a transmission manner, and drives the first jig body to move linearly in a direction close to or away from the second jig assembly 6, and the first jig body is mounted on the first jig driving mechanism 5 through the first jig fixing mechanism 4. In practical products, the first fixture driving mechanism 5 may be an air cylinder, a motor, a servo motor, or the like, and the first fixture fixing mechanism 4 may be a claw, a chuck, or the like.
In order to improve the fixing reliability and stability of the product, the first jig assembly 1 further comprises a first jig product adsorption mechanism 3 and a first jig product positioning and clamping mechanism 2, the first casing is adsorbed and mounted on the first jig body through the first jig product adsorption mechanism 3, and the first jig product positioning and clamping mechanism 2 clamps and fixes the first casing.
Specifically, the second jig assembly 6 includes a second jig body, a second jig driving mechanism 8, and a second jig fixing mechanism 10, the second housing portion is mounted on the second jig body, the second jig driving mechanism 8 is connected to the second jig body in a transmission manner, and drives the second jig body to move linearly in a direction close to or away from the first jig assembly 1, and the second jig body is mounted on the second jig driving mechanism 8 through the second jig fixing mechanism 10. In practical products, the second fixture driving mechanism 8 may be an air cylinder or a motor, and the second fixture fixing mechanism 10 may be a claw or a chuck. In practical products, the first fixture driving mechanism 5 may be an air cylinder, a motor, a servo motor, or the like, and the first fixture fixing mechanism 4 may be a claw, a chuck, or the like.

The heating plate comprises a first heating plate 11 and a second heating plate, wherein the first heating plate 11 linearly reciprocates under the action of a first heating plate driving part 14 to enter or leave between the first jig assembly 1 and the second jig assembly 6 and be attached to the first shell part for heating; the second heating plate is linearly reciprocated under the action of a second heating plate driving part 18 so as to enter or leave between the second jig assembly 6 and the first jig assembly 1, and is attached to the second housing part for heating. It should be understood that the heating plate achieves temperature control and heating by the first and second hot plate heating mechanisms 13 and 17, respectively.

The heating plate further comprises a first heating plate fixing mechanism 12 and a second heating plate fixing mechanism 16, wherein the first heating plate 11 is mounted on the first heating plate driving part 14 through the first heating plate fixing mechanism 12; the second platen is attached to the second platen driving unit 18 by the second platen fixing mechanism 16.
The heating temperature of the heating plate is 270-300 ℃, and the heating temperature is preferably 280 ℃.
In the working process, the hot plate driving mechanism (comprising a first hot plate driving part 14 and a second hot plate driving part 18) can drive the hot plate to move along the front-back horizontal direction, the jig driving mechanism (comprising a first jig driving mechanism 5 and a second jig driving mechanism 8) can drive the jig to vertically move, the hot plate is heated to 280 degrees, the hot plate driving mechanism drives the hot plate between the upper jig and the lower jig, the upper jig driving mechanism drives the upper jig to move towards the hot plate, the lower jig driving mechanism drives the lower jig to move towards the hot plate, and the hot plate melts the shell and retreats to the initial position. The hot plate welding method is that the upper shell placed on the upper jig and the lower shell placed on the lower jig are fused through the heating of the hot plate, and then are pressed, cooled and solidified.

s5: driving the heating plate to exit between the first shell part and the second shell part;
s6: the first fixture component is driven to drive the first shell part, the second fixture component drives the second shell part to move towards the direction close to the opposite side, so that the first shell part and the second shell part are in contact pressing.

10. A housing press-fit sealing method for implementing the device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
starting the shell pressing and sealing device, and heating the heating plate to a preset temperature;
placing a first shell part of the shell to be pressed into a first jig component, placing a second shell part of the shell to be pressed into a second jig component, and clamping respectively;
driving the heating plate to move horizontally and move between the first jig assembly and the second jig assembly;
