Background
In the in-process of producing rubber sole, need place rubber on the baking mould and heat, make it melt in the baking mould, treat its shaping back, need remove the sole from the mould, and at the in-process that removes, many adopt artifical handheld cutter to cut the surplus limit in advance at present, then use the hook to pull out the sole is whole, and it is loaded down with trivial details to adopt such mode operation process, and inefficiency, and at excision surplus limit and the in-process of pulling out the sole, it is too close to the baking mould to need the manual work, it scalds to make the manual work receive the baking mould of high temperature very easily.
In summary, there is a need to develop a rapid demolding device for rubber shoe sole production, which can simplify the operation steps, improve the demolding efficiency, and ensure the safety of the demolding process, so as to overcome the disadvantages of complicated operation steps, low demolding efficiency, and difficulty in ensuring the safety of the demolding process when the shoe sole is demolded at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of complicated operation steps, low demolding efficiency and difficulty in ensuring the safety of the demolding process in the demolding of the sole at present, the invention aims to provide the rapid demolding equipment for producing the rubber sole, which can simplify the operation steps, improve the demolding efficiency and ensure the safety of the demolding process.
The technical scheme is as follows: a quick demoulding device for producing rubber soles comprises two groups of supports, wherein the supports are provided with first moving pairs, the first moving pairs are provided with first elastic parts, and moving parts of the first moving pairs are provided with moving frames; the mounting frame is arranged between the two moving frames, a rotating rod is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame, and a transmission gear is arranged on the rotating rod; the edge scraping device is arranged between the rotating rod and the mounting frame and used for demolding the residual edge of the sole; and the driving device is arranged between the rotating rod and the other side of the mounting rack, is matched with the transmission gear and is used for intermittently driving the transmission gear to rotate.
As an improvement of the scheme, the edge scraping device comprises a second moving pair, the second moving pair is arranged at one side of the rotating rod far away from the transmission gear, a scraper frame is arranged on a moving piece of the second moving pair, and a roller is arranged on the scraper frame; the shoe-shaped rail is arranged at one side of the mounting frame close to the roller, and the roller is positioned in the shoe-shaped rail.
As an improvement of the scheme, the driving device comprises a connecting frame, the connecting frame is arranged at a position on the side, far away from the scraper frame, of the mounting frame, and a driving motor is arranged on the connecting frame; the driving rod is arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor, and a sector gear is arranged on the driving rod and matched with the transmission gear.
As an improvement of the scheme, the pull-out device comprises a third moving pair, the third moving pair is arranged on one side of the mounting frame, a second elastic piece is arranged on the third moving pair, an electric sliding rail is arranged on a moving piece of the third moving pair, and a drag hook is arranged on the moving piece of the electric sliding rail; the lifting frame is arranged on the other side of the moving member of the third moving pair, and a contact frame is arranged at the position, close to one side of the driving rod, of the lifting frame; the contact wheel is arranged at a position, close to one side of the contact frame, on the driving rod, and the contact wheel is in contact with the contact frame.
As a modification of the above, the first elastic member and the second elastic member are straight springs.

According to the invention, the scraper frame is adopted to rotate on the shoe-shaped track, so that the scraper frame can rapidly scrape the residual edge on the baking mold without manually holding a cutter for cutting, the working speed is improved, and scalding caused by the fact that a person excessively approaches the baking mold when the rubber sole is demoulded can be avoided.

When the rubber sole needs to be demoulded after being baked, the device can be placed below a baking mould, then the baking mould is turned over, the baking mould is placed on a movable frame 4, the movable frame 4 enables the baking mould to be smoothly turned over by downwards moving a first moving pair 2 and a first elastic piece 3 when the baking mould is turned over, after the baking mold is turned over, the baking mold is aligned to the edge scraping device 8, at the moment, the driving device 9 can be started, the driving device 9 drives the edge scraping device 8 to demould the residual edges in the baking mold through the transmission gear 7 and the rotating rod 6, manual operation of holding a cutter is avoided, after the scraping device 8 runs for a period, the driving device 9 is also disengaged from the transmission gear 7, at this time, the scraping device 8 stops rotating, at this time, the baking mold can be turned over and reset, and the driving device 9 is closed.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the edge scraping device 8 includes a second moving pair 81, a scraper frame 82, a roller 83 and a shoe-shaped rail 84, specifically:
the rotating rod 6 is connected with a second sliding pair 81, the upper side of a moving member of the second sliding pair 81 is connected with a scraper frame 82, the middle part of the scraper frame 82 is connected with a roller 83, a shoe-shaped rail 84 is connected between the upper sides of the mounting frames 5, and the roller 83 is positioned in the shoe-shaped rail 84.
When the rotating rod 6 rotates, the rotating rod 6 drives the second sliding pair 81 to rotate, so that the moving member of the second sliding pair 81 drives the scraper frame 82 and the roller 83 to rotate on the shoe-shaped track 84, the roller 83 drives the scraper frame 82 to move along the track of the shoe-shaped track 84, the scraper frame 82 can scrape the residual edge on the baking mold, and when the scraper frame 82 rotates for a circle through the rotating rod 6, the driving device 9 is also separated from the matching with the transmission gear 7.
The driving device 9 includes a connecting frame 91, a driving motor 92, a driving rod 93 and a sector gear 94, and specifically:

The driving motor 92 can be started, the driving motor 92 will drive the driving rod 93 to rotate clockwise, so as to drive the sector gear 94 to rotate, when the sector gear 94 is matched with the transmission gear 7, the sector gear 94 will drive the transmission gear 7 to rotate anticlockwise, when the sector gear 94 rotates to be not meshed with the transmission gear 7, the transmission gear 7 will stop rotating, so that the scraper frame 82 will stop at the position on the left of the rotating rod 6.
Still including pull-out device 10, pull-out device 10 is including third sliding pair 101, second elastic component 102, electronic slide rail 103, drag hook 104, crane 105, contact frame 106 and contact wheel 107, specifically is:
the right side is equipped with out-put 10 on the mounting bracket 5, out-put 10 is connected with actuating lever 93, out-put 10 is arranged in pulling out the rubber sole from the baking mould, the right-hand third 101 that is connected with of mounting bracket 5 upside, be connected with second elastic component 102 on the third 101 that removes vice, be connected with electronic slide rail 103 on the third 101 that removes vice, be connected with drag hook 104 on the electronic slide rail 103 moving member, be connected with crane 105 on the moving member of third 101 that removes vice, crane 105 downside left is connected with contact frame 106, the side is connected with contact wheel 107 about the actuating lever 93, contact wheel 107 and contact frame 106 contact.
When the driving rod 93 drives the sector gear 94 to rotate to be not meshed with the transmission gear 7, the electric slide rail 103 can be started, the electric slide rail 103 drives the moving part to move leftwards, thereby driving the draw hook 104 to move leftwards to contact with the rubber sole, the driving rod 93 will drive the contact wheel 107 to rotate to contact with the contact frame 106, the contact wheel 107 will drive the contact frame 106 to move downwards, so that the electric slide rail 103 is driven by the crane 105 and the moving member of the third moving pair 101 to move downwards, thereby driving the draw hook 104 to move downwards to drop the rubber sole from the baking mould, controlling the electric slide rail 103 to move rightwards, thereby driving the drag hook 104 to move rightwards for resetting, when the driving rod 93 rotates, the contact wheel 107 is separated from the contact with the contact frame 106, at the moment, the second elastic piece 102 drives the electric slide rail 103 and the drag hook 104 to move upwards for resetting, thereby driving the lifting frame 105 and the contact frame 106 to move upwards for resetting.
Further, the first elastic member 3 and the second elastic member 102 are straight springs.
