In addition, the shape of each L-shaped groove surface on the first disc 1 can be the same, so that the length and width adjusting range and the unit adjusting length of the die can be adjusted. In order to take out the concrete bricks from the mould after the concrete bricks are formed, the motor can also be connected with an electric telescopic rod which can stretch up and down, and after the concrete bricks are formed, the electric telescopic rod is extended upwards so that the concrete bricks in the mould are moved out from the lower part of the mould.

Claims (6)

1. A size-adjustable mould in concrete brick production is characterized by comprising a first disc and a second disc which are coaxial, wherein a first circular through hole is formed in the center position of the first disc, the second disc is positioned in the first through hole, the radius of the second disc is smaller than that of the first through hole, a third through hole is further formed in the first disc, the third through hole comprises a first side edge and a second side edge which are parallel to each other and a third side edge positioned between the first side edge and the second side edge, one end of the first side edge and one end of the second side edge extend to be connected with the hole edge of the first through hole respectively, the third side edge is vertically fixed with the other end of the first side edge and the other end of the second side edge respectively, the center point of the third side edge is parallel to the connecting line of the first disc, and the first side edge is as long as the second side edge, the first side edge, the third side edge and the second side edge respectively extend downwards to form a first baffle plate, a second baffle plate and a third baffle plate; correspondingly, a linear fourth fixing plate tangent to the second disk is arranged on the outer side of the second disk, a fourth baffle plate vertically extends downwards, two ends of the fourth fixing plate respectively extend to the hole sides of the first through holes in opposite directions to be connected with the hole sides of the first through holes, the fourth fixing plate and the corresponding fourth baffle plate form a matched butt joint structure, when the third through holes in the first disk are in butt joint with the matched butt joint structure, two ends of the fourth fixing plate are correspondingly in seamless butt joint with the first side edge and the second side edge of the third through holes, the fourth fixing plate is parallel to the third side edge of the third through holes, and a hollow square mold surrounded by the first baffle plate, the second baffle plate, the third baffle plate and the fourth baffle plate is formed;
the first disc is also provided with a second through hole communicated with the first through hole, the second through hole comprises a first side edge and a second side edge which are parallel to each other and a third side edge positioned between the first side edge and the second side edge, one end of the first side edge and one end of the second side edge respectively extend to be connected with the hole edge of the first through hole, the third side edge is respectively and vertically fixed with the other end of the first side edge and the other end of the second side edge, one point of the third side edge, which is positioned on one side of the center point of the third side edge and is close to the first side edge, is taken as a first point of the second through hole, a connecting line between the first point and the circle center of the first disc is parallel to the first side edge and the second side edge, the first side edge is shorter than the second side edge, the first side edge and the third side edge vertically extend downwards to form a first baffle plate and a second baffle plate respectively, the bottom of the square groove is parallel to the second side edge, the inner sides of the two groove edges of the square groove, which are parallel to the third side edge, are respectively provided with a sliding groove, the two sliding grooves are oppositely arranged, a horizontal first sliding plate is clamped in the two sliding grooves and can horizontally move along the sliding grooves, and a third baffle plate vertically extends downwards from one side of the first sliding plate, which faces the first side edge;
the second disc is provided with an L-shaped groove surface formed by vertically cutting the outer side surface of the second disc, the L-shaped groove surface is provided with a matching butt joint structure, the matching butt joint structure comprises a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate and a third fixing plate, wherein the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are respectively jointed and fixed with two groove surfaces of the L-shaped groove surface, one end of the first fixing plate and one end of the second fixing plate are vertically fixed, the other ends of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate extend to be connected with the hole edge of the first through hole, two edges of a horizontal square third fixing plate are respectively fixedly attached to the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, a first non-joint edge of the third fixing plate parallel to the second fixing plate extends to be connected with the edge of the first through hole and vertically extends downwards to form a fourth baffle plate, a magnet is arranged on a second non-joint edge of the third fixing plate, which is vertical to the second fixing plate;
the center position of the second disc is fixedly connected with the motor, the motor drives the second disc to rotate around the vertical shaft, so that the corresponding matching butt joint structure on the second disk is rotated to butt joint with the second through hole on the first disk, at the moment, the first side edge in the second through hole is in seamless butt joint with the first fixing plate on the matching butt joint structure, and the second side edge is in seamless butt joint with the second fixing plate, the first side edge and the first fixing plate are positioned on the same straight line, the third side edge is parallel to the second fixing plate, the magnet on the third fixing plate faces the second side edge, the third baffle plate moves towards the first side edge under the action of the magnet until the third baffle plate is attached to the magnet, and a hollow square mold surrounded by the first baffle plate, the first fixing plate, the second baffle plate, the third baffle plate and the fourth baffle plate is formed.

A dimensionally adjustable mould for the production of concrete bricks as claimed in claim 1, wherein for an L-shaped groove face on the second disc, the two groove surfaces of the L-shaped groove surface are respectively provided with a first fixing plate and a fourth baffle plate which vertically extend downwards, the first fixing plate and the fourth baffle plate respectively extend to the corresponding direction to be connected with the hole edge of the first through hole, the first fixing plate and the fourth baffle form a matching butt joint structure, when one of the second through holes on the first disc is in butt joint with the matching butt joint structure, the free end of the first fixing plate is in seamless butt joint with the first side edge of the second through hole, the fourth baffle is parallel to the third side edge of the second through hole, and the free end of the fourth baffle is in seamless butt joint with the second side edge of the second through hole, so that a hollow square die surrounded by the first baffle, the first fixing plate, the second baffle, the third baffle and the fourth baffle is formed.

The mold with the adjustable size in the concrete brick production process according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of identical L-shaped groove surfaces are formed in the second disc, notches of the L-shaped groove surfaces are arranged in the clockwise direction, and for the matched butt joint structures arranged on the L-shaped groove surfaces, on the premise that the fact that the first non-joint edges on the third fixing plates in the matched butt joint structures extend to be connected with the hole edges of the first through holes is guaranteed, the lengths of the first non-joint edges of the third fixing plates in the matched butt joint structures are different, the motor drives the second disc to rotate, the corresponding matched butt joint structures are in butt joint with the second through holes in the first disc, and therefore the length and the width of the hollow square mold surrounded by the first baffle, the first fixing plates, the second baffle, the third baffle and the fourth baffle are adjusted.
4. A mould as claimed in claim 2, in which the motor rotates the second disc in a direction from the first side to the second side when a different mating abutment is switched to abut the second through hole.
5. A mould as claimed in claim 1, in which part of the first slide remains captive in the two runners when the third apron engages the magnet.
6. A size-adjustable mould in the production of concrete bricks according to claim 1, wherein the lower ends of the first baffle, the first fixing plate, the second baffle, the third baffle and the fourth baffle are located on the same horizontal plane.
