In this embodiment, the clamping station includes a drill bit clamping station 421 and a lathe tool clamping station 422, the lathe tool clamping station 422 is disposed on two sides of the drill bit clamping station 421, and a spring mounting hole 423 is disposed on the lathe tool clamping station 422 or the drill bit clamping station 421. The cutter clamping device for detection adopts the first rotary table 22 and the second rotary table 31 with scales and is matched with the first locking component 21 and the second locking component 31 related to the first rotary table and the second rotary table to realize cutter clamping, observation and angle adjustment, the efficiency and the accuracy of cutter angle transformation are improved, the height of the cutter clamping component 40 is controlled by the first support 33, the cutter clamping component 40 adopts the connecting block 42 combining the rectangle and the arc plane, the identity of the observation position after cutter replacement is ensured, the angle process of the cutter is not influenced mutually, the step of adjusting the cutter at the horizontal plane position later is omitted, meanwhile, the cutter can be locked at any time when being adjusted, the cutter adjusting efficiency is improved, the base 10 is also provided with the light source 51 with adjustable height, and a good illumination effect can be brought when the cutter is observed.

a base;
