Abstract
A welding device with a semi-automatic light-changing welding mask comprises a manual switch, a light-changing controller, a light-changing optical gate, a welding mask shell, a controlled electric welding machine, a welding gun and a cable wire, wherein the manual switch is fixed on the welding gun, the light-changing optical gate is fixed in the welding mask shell, the welding gun is connected with the controlled electric welding machine through the cable wire, the light-changing controller is respectively connected with the manual switch, the light-changing optical gate and the controlled electric welding machine through the cable wire, the manual switch is pressed during welding, and the controlled electric welding machine can perform arc striking welding only after the light-changing optical gate is controlled to be; and releasing the manual control switch, stopping the work of the controlled electric welding machine by the light-changing controller, and then enabling the light-changing light gate to become transparent. The shading process is not easily interfered by other factors, and the reliability is high.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to welding equipment with a semi-automatic light-changing welding mask, and belongs to the technical field of welding and protection equipment.
Background
The welding process is widely used in industry, and the welding arc light has great harm to eyes of electric welders. Welding helmets are important tools for protecting welders. With the development and progress of the technology, various electronic automatic dimming protective masks appear at home and abroad. The principle of the light-changing optical shutter is that an optical signal is converted into an electric signal through a photoelectric sensor, and then the electric signal is processed through an electronic circuit to control the light-changing optical shutter, so that automatic light changing is realized. However, the existing automatic light-changing welding mask has a plurality of problems in use, such as slow reaction speed of common products and high price; occasionally, the photoelectric sensor is shielded or the battery is insufficient in power and does not play a role in changing light during working, and although the occurrence frequency is low, the damage to eyes of welders is large.
These disadvantages are important because the prior art uses the darkening welding mask as a stand-alone product not associated with other welding equipment, rather than integrating solutions at the level of the entire welding and protective equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
On the basis of considering welding and protective equipment wholly, this application has proposed the solution of the lower cost of the not high scheduling problem of the above-mentioned reaction is slow, reliability inadequately. The welding equipment with the semi-automatic light-changing welding mask comprises a manual switch, a light-changing controller, a light-changing optical gate (also called a light valve), a cable, a welding mask shell, a controlled electric welding machine and the like, wherein the functions of all the parts are described in the following.

A. controlling the work of the controlled electric welding machine, when the manual switch is pressed, after a proper time delay t1 (such as 0-0.5 second), the controlled electric welding machine enters a working state, and t1 is greater than the corresponding time t3 (microsecond level) of dimming optical shutter dimming delay; when the manual switch is released, the controlled electric welder immediately stops working, and the welding is suspended, and the delay reaction time t2 (millisecond level) is obviously shorter than the delay time t4 (second level) of the dimming shutter from dark to light. The specific control method can be realized by setting the dimming induction probe to carry out logic control and also by utilizing the time delay of different circuits. The manual switch of the common argon arc welding machine can directly control the work of the electric welding machine, while the common manual electric arc welding machine may need to be additionally provided with a control switch;
B. when the manual switch is pressed down, a proper dimming electric signal is immediately sent to the dimming optical shutter, the dimming optical shutter is immediately darkened to shield strong light and protect eyes, the corresponding delay time t3 is very small and can be generally ignored in microsecond level; when the manual switch is released, an appropriate delay t4 (typically 0.1 second to 2 seconds) sends an electrical signal to the dimmer shutter to cancel the dimmer light. In the specific control method, a light-induced probe can be arranged and logic control is adopted;
C. the voltage and current parameters of the dimming electric signal can be manually or automatically adjusted, so that the shading protection effect after dimming is ensured; the delay time t1 and t4 can be preset and optimized, or a product capable of adjusting the delay time can be made;
D. the light-changing controller obtains a working power supply from the controlled electric welding machine and outputs a control electric signal to the light-changing optical shutter without other power supplies, thereby ensuring the working reliability of the light-changing optical shutter.
3. A light-changing optical shutter is a mechanism for changing light, generally comprising a transparent electrode plate sandwiched between two pieces of glass, a liquid crystal assembly, etc., and is also called a light valve, a light valve liquid crystal screen. The common dimming optical shutter is in a transparent state when no voltage is applied, and becomes dark after a 3-5V direct current voltage signal is applied, and the delayed response time t3 is very small and is in the microsecond level. The degree of the color changing depth of the light changing optical gate can be optimized and set in advance, and can also be adjusted through an automatic or manual adjusting device. A dimming optical gate dark state detection probe can be arranged, and arc striking is started after dimming of the dimming optical gate is detected; when the light-changing optical gate is detected to become transparent, the arc striking or welding is immediately stopped.
The automatic light-changing optical gate is composed of a solar cell panel, a battery, a strong light sensor and a light-changing optical gate, can be used in the technology as the light-changing optical gate, and can be darkened by a light-changing electric signal given by a light-changing controller of the technology. When a plurality of welders work at a close distance, the automatic dimming optical shutter can perform dimming response on the nearby electric arc, and plays a role in protection.
4. The welding mask shell, which in this document is the portion of the welding mask other than the light dimmer shutter, functions to secure the light dimmer shutter, provide protection to the entire head, and is provided with a wearable accessory. To keep the dimmer light shutter clean, a transparent protective sheet is also typically included in the welding helmet shell for easy replacement. In order to better protect the eyes, a green filter capable of filtering ultraviolet rays and infrared rays can be further arranged in the welding mask shell, or the filter is superposed on the light-changing optical shutter, namely the welding arc light reaches the eyes after sequentially passing through the transparent protection sheet, the green filter and the light-changing optical shutter. The mask may also have accessories such as breathing aids, display panels, adjustment devices, etc.
5. The controlled electric welder is slightly different from the common electric welder in that the controlled electric welder works only after the hand controlled switch is pressed down and the light changing controller sends out work cancelling signal and stops working immediately. The argon arc welding machine in the market is a controlled electric welding machine which is very consistent with the requirement of the project, and other electric welding machines in the market are different from the technical requirement and can be used after being changed.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following innovation points:
1. before the controlled electric welding machine works, the light-changing optical shutter is darkened, and the controlled electric welding machine starts to work after a proper time delay t1 (such as 0.01-0.5 second); the light-changing optical shutter only changes to be transparent after the controlled electric welding machine stops working for a proper time delay t4 (generally 0.5-2 seconds), the time delay control is automatically realized by a circuit board in the light-changing controller, the light-changing optical shutter can be ensured to be in a dimming state in all working time of the controlled electric welding machine and is not influenced by other interference factors, and highly reliable light-shielding protection is provided for welders. If a dimming optical gate dark state detection probe is added, feedback closed-loop control can be realized, and the protection effect is further improved;
2. the light-changing controller is directly connected with the manual switch, the light-changing optical gate and the controlled electric welding machine by cables, and compared with other technologies adopting wireless connection, the light-changing optical gate has the advantage that the working reliability of the light-changing optical gate can be improved; the trial shows that the cable wire has no obvious adverse effect on the work of a welder; the cost is reduced by using the cable for direct connection;
3. the power supply is obtained from the controlled electric welding machine, a battery is not needed, the power supply is reliable, and the overall reliability is further improved.
In a word, the application provides a semi-automatic light-changing welding mask control technology with low cost and high reliability, and can provide better shading protection for welders.

Detailed Description
Example A welding equipment with semi-automatic light-changing welding mask suitable for argon arc welding machine
The argon arc welding machine has a manual control microswitch on the welding gun to directly control the work of the welding machine, so that the light-changing controller of the semi-automatic light-changing welding mask is relatively simple, and only needs to provide time delay and obtain a small direct current driven light-changing optical shutter from the welding machine to normally work. The dimmer control may employ analog circuitry, or digital circuitry.
If the circuit board of the dimming controller is designed by adopting a digital circuit, the advantages are that the delay time and the voltage output to the dimming optical gate are convenient to adjust, the defects are that the circuit board design is slightly complex, the current consumed by electronic components such as an MCU (microprogrammed control unit) is larger than that of an analog circuit, and the development period of software and hardware is longer.
The experimental model machine adopts an analog circuit, when a manual control microswitch of an argon arc welding machine matched with the analog circuit is not pressed down, the voltage at two ends of the manual control microswitch is 24V direct current, and when the manual control microswitch is pressed down, the current passing through the switch is about 0.2 mA. After the light-changing controller circuit board is designed and manufactured, connecting an electric wire of an original manual control microswitch on a welding gun to a power supply input port of the designed light-changing controller circuit board; connecting the manual control microswitch to a switch port of the dimming controller circuit board; and connecting the light-variable optical gate to a light-variable optical gate port of the light-variable controller circuit board through a heat-resistant sheath wire with the length of about 1 meter, and finishing the system connection. When the argon arc welding machine is normally started, the manual control microswitch is pressed, the light-changing optical gate is immediately darkened, and the argon arc welding machine is slightly delayed to start arc striking work. We have found that the response time for dimming the dimmer shutter is significantly less than the response time for striking the arc in a controlled welder, thus eliminating this delay. During welding, the manual control microswitch is continuously pressed, and the dimming optical gate is kept in a dimming state all the time; after the manual control microswitch is loosened, the argon arc welding machine stops working quickly, the response time is in millisecond level, and the light-changing optical shutter can become transparent after about 1 second of delay, so that the protection effect is good. The light-changing controller with optimized design can be integrated with a manual control microswitch after the size is greatly reduced. The manual switch, the dimming controller, the dimming optical gate, the cable and other parts in the embodiment can be sold as independent commodities and used for transforming the existing argon arc welding equipment of a user into welding equipment with a semi-automatic dimming welding mask.
Example two welding equipment with semi-automatic light-changing welding mask suitable for common electric welding
The controlled electric welding machine used in the technology needs to be capable of controlling the work of the controlled electric welding machine, while the common electric welding machine does not have a manual micro switch like an argon arc welding machine, and different types and products of manufacturers have different working circuits, and the control circuit is usually designed according to specific conditions, so that the welding machine becomes the controlled electric welding machine required by the technology. Generally, compared with the semi-automatic dimming welding mask system of the argon arc welding machine in the first example, a power supply conversion part and a welding machine operation start-stop control part are added. Since the circuit design is not the technical innovation point of the present invention, and belongs to the general welder design technology, the details are not described here.
The semi-automatic light-changing welding mask welding equipment is suitable for common electric welding, a manual micro switch is added on a welding gun, and the equipment is slightly different from the common electric welding in use: after the preparation is finished, the light-changing optical gate is in a transparent state, the welding rod is clamped by a welding gun, after the welding rod moves to a proper position, the manual control microswitch is pressed, the light-changing optical gate becomes dark, the welding machine is changed into an arc striking state, and then arc striking welding can be carried out as in the common welding process; the microswitch is kept to be always pressed down in the welding process; when the welding is needed to be suspended, the manual control microswitch is loosened, the controlled electric welding machine stops working quickly, and after about 1 second of delay, the light-changing optical gate returns to the transparent state. In the whole welding process, the controlled electric welding machine can work only when the manual control microswitch is pressed down, and the dimming optical gate is in a dimming state all the time when the manual control microswitch is pressed down, so that the function of shading protection can be achieved.
When the welding equipment adopting the patented technology of the application is actually applied, a lot of changes can be added to adapt to various requirements of users, such as adding a filter lens, an antifouling protection sheet, a time delay adjusting device, a dimming darkness adjusting device, a dimming optical shutter dark state detection probe, a temperature compensating device, adding a breathing auxiliary device on a mask, a display panel and the like, and the conventional improved technologies are not detailed here.
Claims (4)
1. A welding device with a semi-automatic light-changing welding mask comprises a manual switch, a light-changing controller, a light-changing optical gate, a welding mask shell, a controlled electric welding machine, a welding gun and a cable, wherein the manual switch is fixed on the welding gun, the light-changing optical gate is fixed in the welding mask shell, the welding gun is connected with the controlled electric welding machine through the cable, the light-changing controller is respectively connected with the manual switch, the light-changing optical gate and the controlled electric welding machine through the cable, and the following light-changing control processes are adopted during welding:
a. in the welding preparation stage, the welding equipment is checked and adjusted to be in a correct parameter and state, the controlled electric welding machine is switched on, the manual switch is in a release state, the dimming optical shutter is in a transparent state, the vision of a welder is clear, and the welding gun is moved to a proper welding position to prepare arc striking;
b. when the manual switch is pressed when the electric arc is started to be welded, the light-changing controller firstly sends a light-changing signal to the light-changing optical shutter to enable the light-changing optical shutter to quickly darken, and then sends a signal to the controlled electric welding machine through micro time delay to enable the controlled electric welding machine to be in an arc striking working state, and a welder manually strikes an arc or automatically strikes an arc through the controlled electric welding machine to ensure that the light-changing optical shutter is in a darkening state before the arc light appears;
c. when the welding is normally carried out after the arc striking, the manual control switch is always in a pressed state, and the dimming optical shutter is continuously in a dimming state;
d. the manual switch is released during welding, the light-changing controller immediately sends a welding stopping instruction to the controlled electric welding machine, and after welding arc light disappears, the light-changing signal is cancelled to the light-changing optical gate through proper time delay, so that the light-changing optical gate is transparent after the arc light disappears and a molten pool is not dazzled;
e. the process of numbering b.c.d. is repeated as necessary to continue welding.

3. A light-changing control method for welding equipment with a semi-automatic light-changing welding mask is characterized in that the welding equipment consists of a manual switch, a light-changing controller, a light-changing optical gate, a cable, a welding mask shell, a controlled electric welding machine and a welding gun, and the light-changing control method in the welding work comprises the following steps:
a. in the welding preparation stage, the dimming optical shutter is in a transparent state, and the manual switch is in a release state;
b. when the manual switch is pressed when the arc light starts to be welded, the dimming controller detects the pressing state of the manual switch, firstly sends a dimming signal to the dimming optical shutter to quickly dim the dimming optical shutter, and then sends a signal to the controlled electric welding machine through slight time delay to change the dimming optical shutter into an arc striking working state, and the manual arc striking of a welder or the automatic arc striking of the controlled electric welding machine ensures that the dimming optical shutter is in a dimming state before the arc light appears;
c. when the welding is normally carried out after the arc striking, the manual control switch is always in a pressed state, and the dimming optical shutter is continuously in a dimming state;

A light-changing control method for welding equipment with a semi-automatic light-changing welding mask is characterized in that the welding equipment consists of a manual switch, a light-changing controller, a light-changing optical gate dark state detection probe, a cable, a welding mask shell and a controlled electric welding machine, and the light-changing control method in the welding work specifically comprises the following steps:
a. in the welding preparation stage, the dimming optical shutter is in a transparent state, and the manual switch is in a release state;
b. when the manual switch is pressed down when the welding is started, the dimming controller detects the pressing state of the manual switch, firstly sends a dimming signal to the dimming optical shutter to rapidly dim the dimming optical shutter, and after the dimming optical shutter dark state detection probe detects that the dimming optical shutter is in the dark state,

e. the manual switch is released during welding, the light-changing controller immediately sends a welding stopping instruction to the controlled electric welding machine, and after welding arc light disappears, the light-changing signal is cancelled to the light-changing optical gate through proper time delay, so that the light-changing optical gate is transparent after the arc light disappears and a molten pool is not dazzled;
f. the process of b.c.d.e. is repeated as necessary to continue welding.
