Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of metal injection molding, and particularly relates to a nozzle material crushing device and a nozzle material granulating preparation device.
Background
Metal Injection Molding (MIM) is a forming method in which a plasticized mixture of metal powder and its binder is injected into a mold. The powder is mixed with the binder, and then the mixture is granulated and then is injected to form the required shape, so that the method is suitable for manufacturing metal parts which are small in size, precise, complex in three-dimensional shape and have special performance requirements in mass production; the method comprises the following steps that (1) a nozzle material (a return material) is generated in the metal injection molding process, the nozzle material is firstly crushed and then granulated to process the nozzle material by the current MIM processing manufacturer, the nozzle material is crushed by a plastic crusher commonly used by the current MIM processing manufacturer, and the plastic crusher is universal in multiple materials, so that the great difficulty is caused to the management and control of the materials of the processor, and the loss caused by cross contamination can be caused; meanwhile, the plastic crusher occupies a large area, has high noise and is not easy to clean.

The water gap material crushing device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the driving rod is driven to rotate by the power piece, and the driving rod drives the crushing wheel to rotate; the crushing ring and the bin body are fixed; the crushing wheel and the crushing teeth on the crushing ring are matched with each other to crush the water gap materials, and the crushed water gap materials are discharged from the bin body; the gap between the crushing ring and the crushing wheel can be adjusted by adjusting the height position of the crushing ring, so that the gap between the crushing ring and the crushing teeth on the crushing wheel is adjusted, and the size of a crushed water gap material is controlled; the embodiment of the invention has simple structure, small floor area, low noise and convenient cleaning, can realize special machine and special material, and prevents the loss caused by cross contamination of the nozzle material.
