According to fig. 6, the locking ring 22 comprises an inner ring 22-1 and an outer ring 22-2, the inner ring 22-1 is broken, the upper and lower surfaces of the outer wall of the inner ring 22-1 are respectively provided with an inclined surface, the outer ring 22-2 is provided with an inner wall matched with the inclined surface, and the two outer rings 22-2 are locked up and down through bolts.
The rigid coupling 7 according to fig. 1 has a split-half structure of the upper coupling part and the two halves connected by bolts.
The working principle is that the sealing part 18 and the mechanical seal mounting seat 16 can be closed or opened, when the stirring machine works, the sealing part 18 and the mechanical seal mounting seat 16 are opened, the sealing part 18 is attached and sealed with the isolating ring 14, when the flushing system is needed to flush the first movable ring 15-9 and the first static ring 15-10, the flushing system is opened, water flows to the space A through the first flushing water channel and the second flushing water channel, the first movable ring 15-9 and the first static ring 15-10 are flushed, dirt is taken away, and because the water pressure of the flushing water is greater than the pressure of the reaction kettle (space B), the second sealing ring 14-4 in the original sealing state is flushed, and the flushing water flows to the reaction kettle, namely, the space B.
When the double-end-face mechanical seal 15 needs to be replaced, the rigid coupling 7 is disassembled, the mounting bolts of the double-end-face mechanical seal 15 and the mechanical seal mounting seat 16 and the mounting bolts of the bearing assembly 10 and the frame 8 are loosened, the double-end-face mechanical seal 15, the bearing assembly 10 and the stirring shaft 19 move downwards together with the sealing part 18, at the moment, the sealing part 18 and the mechanical seal mounting seat 16 are closed, and an auxiliary sealing structure is formed due to the action of the sealing ring and the action of the isolating ring 14. At this point, locking ring 22 may be loosened and double mechanical seal 15 may be pulled out for replacement. All parts are removed without emptying the material.
The liquid sealing system of the double-end-face mechanical seal 15 is used for strengthening the sealing function between the second movable ring 15-11 and the second static ring 15-12 and removing impurities, cooling and lubricating. The sealing liquid enters the space C (an inner cavity of double-end mechanical seal) through the sealing liquid inlet channel 15-13, passes through the first movable ring 15-9 and the first static ring 15-10, passes through the second movable ring 15-11 and the second static ring 15-12, flows out of the sealing liquid outlet channel 15-16, and is recycled.

Claims (10)

1. A bottom-entry mixer for on-line replacement of mechanical seals, comprising: the device comprises a bracket (1), a speed reducer (2), a coupler (4), a protective cover (3), a motor (5), a flange (6), a rack (8), a stirring shaft (19), blades (20), a hub (21), a bearing seat assembly (10), a double-end-face mechanical seal (15), a liquid sealing system and a flushing water system, wherein a shaft head of the motor (5) is fixedly connected with a shaft head of the speed reducer (2) through the coupler (4), and the device is characterized by further comprising a rigid coupler (7) and an auxiliary sealing system;
the speed reducer (2) is fixedly connected with the flange (6) and the frame (8); an output shaft head of the speed reducer (2) is fixedly connected with a shaft head of the stirring shaft (19) through a rigid coupling (7); the stirring shaft (19) is fixedly provided with a bearing seat assembly (10), a double-end-face mechanical seal (15) and a sealing component (18); the stirring shaft is provided with a first shaft shoulder (9) and a second shaft shoulder (13), the first shaft shoulder (9) is positioned above the rigid coupling (7) and is larger than the inner diameter of the rigid coupling (7), and the second shaft shoulder (13) is positioned above the bearing seat assembly (10) and is larger than the inner diameter of the bearing seat assembly (10); the sealing component (18) is hermetically arranged on the stirring shaft (19); the bearing seat assembly (10) is fixedly arranged on the rack (8); the double-end-face mechanical seal (15) is connected with the mechanical seal mounting seat (16) in a sealing manner and is fixedly connected with the stirring shaft (19) through a locking ring (22);
the auxiliary sealing system comprises a mechanical seal mounting seat (16), a sealing ring (17), a sealing part (18) and a spacer ring (14);
the machine seal mounting seat (16) is fixedly connected with the rack (8); the mechanical seal mounting seat (16) is provided with a boss (16-1), a sealing ring (17) is arranged on the boss (16-1), a groove (18-1) is formed in the sealing part (18), the concave surface of the sealing part faces downwards, an isolating ring (14) is arranged under the boss (16-1) in a sealing mode, the sealing part (18) and the mechanical seal mounting seat (16) provided with the isolating ring (14) can be closed together, and the isolating ring (14) is attached to and sealed with the side wall of the sealing part (18).
2. A blender with in-line replacement of mechanical seals as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the sealing ring (17) is located on top of or outside the boss (16-1).
3. The bottom-in mixer for replacing mechanical seal on line according to claim 1 is characterized in that the isolation ring (14) comprises a press ring (14-1), a first seal ring (14-2), a spring, a small seal ring (14-3) and a second seal ring (14-4), wherein the press ring (14-1) is fixedly connected with the first seal ring (14-2) through a bolt, the second seal ring (14-4) is limited in horizontal position and rotation through a pin, and is movably connected with the press ring (14-1) through the spring; the isolating ring (14) is in bolted connection with the machine seal mounting seat (16) through a pressing ring (14-1), and the isolating ring (14) is attached to the machine seal mounting seat (16) through a small sealing ring (14-3); the second sealing ring (14-4) is attached to the sealing part (18);
the second sealing ring (14-4) is made of non-metal sealing material.

The bottom-in mixer for on-line replacement of mechanical seal according to claim 1, wherein the double-end mechanical seal (15) comprises a shaft sleeve (15-15), a housing (15-1), a bearing (15-4), a framework oil seal (15-2), a fixed movable ring (15-8), a first movable ring (15-9), a second movable ring (15-11), a first stationary ring (15-10) and a second stationary ring (15-12), the housing (15-1) comprises a gland (15-3), a bearing seat (15-5), a connecting flange (15-6) and a housing (15-7),
the shaft sleeve (15-15) is connected with the stirring shaft (19) in a sealing manner, the fixed movable ring (15-8) is connected with the shaft sleeve (15-15) in a sealing manner, the gland (15-3) is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve (15-15), a framework oil seal (15-2) is arranged between the gland (15-3) and the shaft sleeve (15-15), the gland (15-3), the bearing seat (15-5) and the connecting flange (15-6) are fixedly arranged on the mechanical seal mounting seat (16), the bearing (15-4) is fixedly arranged on the shaft sleeve (15-15) by the gland (15-3) and the bearing seat (15-5), and the framework oil seal (15-2) is arranged between the connecting flange (15-6) and the shaft sleeve (15-15); the shell (15-7) is hermetically connected with the connecting flange (15-6); collecting grooves (15-17) are formed in the shell (15-7) and the flange (15-6), the second static ring (15-12) is installed in the collecting grooves (15-17) on the connecting flange (15-6) in a sealing mode, the second movable ring (15-11) is installed on the shaft sleeve (15-15) in a sealing mode, the first movable ring (15-9) is installed on the fixed movable ring (15-8) in a sealing mode, the first static ring (15-10) is installed in the collecting grooves (15-17) on the shell (15-7) through springs and connected with the outer side wall of the collecting grooves (15-17) in a sealing mode, the first movable ring (15-9) is attached to the first static ring (15-10), and the second movable ring (15-11) is attached to the second static ring (15-12);
the shell (15-1) is provided with a sealing liquid inlet channel (15-13) and a sealing liquid outlet channel (15-16), the shell (15-1), a first stationary ring (15-10), a first moving ring (15-9), a framework oil seal (15-2) and a shaft sleeve (15-15) are combined to form a closed space C, and the sealing liquid inlet channel (15-13) and the sealing liquid outlet channel (15-16) are respectively connected with the closed space C.

The bottom-in mixer for on-line replacement of mechanical seal according to claim 4 is characterized in that the shaft sleeve (15-15) is connected with the mixing shaft (19) in a sealing way through a locking ring (22) and a sealing ring, the fixed movable ring (15-8) is connected with the shaft sleeve (15-15) in a sealing way through a bolt and a sealing ring, the gland (15-3) is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve (15-15) through a gasket and a bolt, and the gland (15-3), the bearing seat (15-5) and the connecting flange (15-6) are fixedly arranged on the machine seal mounting seat (16) through a bolt; the shell (15-7) is fixedly connected with the connecting flange (15-6) through bolts, and a sealing ring is arranged on the contact surface of the shell; the second stationary ring (15-12) is fixedly arranged in a collecting tank (15-17) on the connecting flange (15-6), and a sealing ring is arranged on the contact surface; the second movable ring (15-11) is fixedly arranged on the shaft sleeve (15-15), a sealing ring is arranged on the contact surface, the first movable ring (15-9) is fixedly arranged on the fixed movable ring (15-8), and the sealing ring is arranged on the contact surface; the first stationary ring (15-10) is arranged in a collecting tank (15-17) on the shell (15-7) through a spring, and a sealing ring is arranged between the first stationary ring and the outer side wall of the collecting tank (15-17);
the sealing liquid inlet channels (15-13) lead into collecting grooves (15-17) on the shell (15-7), and the sealing liquid outlet channels (15-16) are connected into the collecting grooves (15-17) of the connecting flanges (15-6).
