Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects of simple structure and single function of the existing abdomen exercise chair, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an abdomen exercise chair which can exercise the abdomen, the legs and the abdomen.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides an abdominal exercise chair comprising: the two sides of the base frame are connected with supporting frames; a seat plate is connected with one side of the seat frame; the sit-up mechanism is arranged on one side of the seat plate; a leg lifting exercise mechanism, and the other side of the seat plate is provided with the leg lifting exercise mechanism.
Preferably, the sit-up mechanism comprises: one side of the seat plate is rotatably connected with the first connecting shaft; the first connecting shaft is connected with a movable lying plate which is in contact with the support frame; the two sides of the end part of the movable lying plate are both connected with the holding rods; the other side of the end part of the movable lying plate is connected with a fixing ring; the rope is connected to the fixing ring; the other side of the base frame is connected with the mounting plate; the mounting plate is connected with the winding wheel in a rotating mode, and the tail end of the rope is wound on the winding wheel; and the scroll spring is connected between the reel and the mounting plate.
Preferably, the leg-raising exercise mechanism comprises: the other side of the seat plate is rotatably connected with a second connecting shaft; the second connecting shaft is connected with the movable leg plate; the two sides of the movable leg plate are connected with slotted fixed blocks; the slotting rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the slotting fixing block; the slotted rotating shaft is connected with a movable blocking frame; one side of the movable leg plate close to the slotted rotating shaft is connected with a guide sleeve; the guide sleeve is internally connected with a bolt pull rod in a sliding manner, and the bolt pull rod is matched with the slotted rotating shaft; the reset spring is connected between the bolt pull rod and the guide sleeve; the end part of the movable leg plate is rotatably connected with the slotted connecting rod; the slotted connecting rod is connected with the sliding rack in a sliding manner; the end part of the sliding rack is connected with the guide rail frame in a sliding way, and the guide rail frame is fixedly connected with the base frame; and one side of the sliding rack is connected with a limiting block.
Preferably, an abdominal relaxation mechanism is further included, the abdominal relaxation mechanism comprising: the fixing frame is connected to one side, far away from the seat plate, of the base frame; the end part of the fixed frame is rotatably connected with the movable connecting frame; the movable connecting frame is rotatably connected with a third connecting shaft; one end of the third connecting shaft is connected with the massage roller; the other end of the third connecting shaft is connected with a first bevel gear; the double-end bevel gear rod is rotatably connected in the fixed frame and meshed with the first bevel gear; one side of the base frame close to the fixed frame is connected with a fixed limiting seat; the fixed limiting seat is rotatably connected with a second connecting shaft; one end of the fourth connecting shaft is connected with a second bevel gear, and the second bevel gear is meshed with the double-end bevel gear rod; the other end of the fourth connecting shaft is connected with a transmission gear, and the transmission gear is meshed with the sliding rack.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: the headrest is connected with one side of the movable lying plate close to the fixing ring.
(3) Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the abdominal crunch mechanism can enable a user to swing upwards through waist strength, so that an abdominal exercise effect can be achieved, the leg raising exercise mechanism enables the user to raise upwards through leg strength, the leg exercise effect can be achieved, the abdomen can be massaged through the abdomen relaxing mechanism, abdominal muscles are relaxed, and therefore the abdominal crunch mechanism can achieve the effects of exercising the abdomen, exercising the legs and massaging the abdomen.

An abdomen exercise chair is shown in figures 1-5 and comprises a base frame 1, support frames 2, a seat plate 3, a sit-up mechanism 4 and a leg lifting exercise mechanism 5, wherein the support frames 2 are connected to the front side and the rear side of the top of the base frame 1, the seat plate 3 is connected to the left side of the top of the base frame 1, the sit-up mechanism 4 is installed on the right side of the seat plate 3, and the leg lifting exercise mechanism 5 is installed on the left side of the seat plate 3.

When a user needs to exercise the abdomen, the user can sit on the seat plate 3, initially, the return spring 58 is in a compressed state, the user can upwards rotate the movable blocking frame 53, the slotted rotating shaft 55 rotates along with the movable blocking frame, when the slot on the slotted rotating shaft 55 rotates to be in the same horizontal line with the bolt pull rod 56, the bolt pull rod 56 can be moved leftwards and inserted into the slotted rotating shaft 55 under the action of the return spring 58, so that the slotted rotating shaft 55 can be fixed, the movable blocking frame 53 can be fixed, and the user can lean legs on the movable leg plate 51 and position the legs at the lower side of the movable blocking frame 53; then the back part is laid on the movable lying plate 41, the holding rods 43 are held by both hands, then the sit-up can be carried out, the legs can be pressed through the movable blocking frame 53, the legs are prevented from being lifted when the sit-up is carried out, the movable lying plate 41 can be pushed to swing upwards through the holding rods 43 when the sit-up is carried out, the movable lying plate 41 swings upwards to drive the fixing ring 44 to move upwards, the fixing ring 44 moves upwards to pull out the rope 45, the reel 46 rotates, the scroll spring 47 is compressed along with the upward movement, so that the movable lying plate 41 can swing upwards only through the upward swinging of the waist force, the force of the scroll spring 47 needs to be resisted by a user, the abdomen exercising effect can be achieved, when the user swings downwards through the waist force, the reel 46 can rotate reversely to withdraw the rope 45 under the action of the scroll spring 47, and the smooth downward swinging of the movable lying plate 41 can be realized, when the user needs to do leg exercise, the user can sit up to straighten the back, then the movable blocking frame 53 is moved up and down by the leg force, the movable blocking frame 53 moves up and down to drive the movable leg plate 51 to move up and down, and the load can be increased through the movable leg plate 51, so that the effect of exercising the legs can be achieved; the movable leg plate 51 swings up and down to enable the sliding rack 510 to move left and right through the slotted connecting rod 59, the sliding rack 510 moves left and right to drive the limiting block 512 to move left and right, the movable leg plate 51 can be limited through the limiting block 512, the movable leg plate 51 is located at a lower position, after the user exercises, the bolt pull rod 56 is pulled rightwards to move out of the slotted rotating shaft 55, the reset spring 58 is compressed along with the bolt pull rod, then the movable blocking frame 53 can be rotated downwards to reset, then the bolt pull rod 56 is loosened, and then the device can be separated.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1-3 and fig. 6, the abdomen relaxing mechanism 6 is further included, the abdomen relaxing mechanism 6 includes a massage roller 61, a third connecting shaft 62, a movable connecting frame 63, a first bevel gear 64, a fixing frame 65, a double-ended bevel gear rod 66, a second bevel gear 67, a fourth connecting shaft 68, a fixed limit seat 69 and a transmission gear 610, the fixing frame 65 is connected to the left side of the top portion of the rear side of the base frame 1, the movable connecting frame 63 is rotatably connected to the top portion of the fixing frame 65, the third connecting shaft 62 is rotatably connected to the bottom portion of the movable connecting frame 63, the massage roller 61 is connected to the left end of the third connecting shaft 62, the first bevel gear 64 is connected to the right end of the third connecting shaft 62, the double-ended bevel gear rod 66 is rotatably connected to the fixing frame 65, the upper end of the double-ended bevel gear rod 66 is engaged with the first bevel gear 64, the top portion of the rear side of the base frame 1 is connected with the fixed limit seat 69, the fixed limiting seat 69 is positioned at the front side of the fixed frame 65, the fixed limiting seat 69 is rotatably connected with a fourth connecting shaft 68, the rear end of the fourth connecting shaft 68 is connected with a second bevel gear 67, the second bevel gear 67 is meshed with the lower end of the double-ended bevel gear rod 66, the front end of the fourth connecting shaft 68 is connected with a transmission gear 610, and the transmission gear 610 is meshed with the sliding rack 510.
Before a user exercises legs, the massage roller 61 is in contact with the abdomen by rotating the movable connecting frame 63, the movable leg plate 51 swings up and down to enable the sliding rack 510 to move left and right through the slotted connecting rod 59, the sliding rack 510 moves to enable the fourth connecting shaft 68 to rotate through the transmission gear 610, the fourth connecting shaft 68 rotates to enable the double-ended bevel gear rod 66 to rotate through the second bevel gear 67, the double-ended bevel gear rod 66 rotates to enable the third connecting shaft 62 to rotate through the first bevel gear 64, the third connecting shaft 62 rotates to drive the massage roller 61 to rotate, the massage roller 61 rotates to massage the abdomen, the abdominal muscles are relaxed, and when massage is not needed, the massage roller 61 is rotated away.
Example 3
In addition to embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1, the headrest 7 is further included, the headrest 7 is connected to the right side of the bottom of the movable lying plate 41, and the headrest 7 is located on the right side of the fixing ring 44.
The user can rest his head on the headrest 7, and the headrest 7 can support the head, thus protecting the cervical vertebrae.
