Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. To this end, it is an object of the present invention to provide a neck massager that can be folded when a user does not use the neck massager, thereby greatly increasing the portability of the neck massager.
The neck massager according to the embodiment of the invention comprises: a main body; a handle provided with a hinged end; the lantern ring, the lantern ring be two and connect respectively in the both ends of main part, the lantern ring includes planking, inner panel and two curb plates, two curb plates will the planking with the inner panel is connected as an organic wholely, the planking the inner panel with two curb plates enclose out installation space, the inner panel orientation the breach is seted up to the one end of handle, thereby form and connect the connecting block of two curb plates, the connecting block fill in the hinged end with clearance between the main part, the breach with installation space intercommunication, the hinged end stretches into in the installation space and can along the breach is relative the lantern ring is rotated to the inboard and is folded, so that the handle can be relative the main part is making a round trip to switch between extension state and fold condition.
From this, through the hinged end that sets up the lantern ring and handle, can solve the problem of arranging hinge structure between main part and the handle, can guarantee the reliability of folding between the two, the connecting block is with the clearance packing between hinged end and the main part and make the lantern ring form closed installation space, to the connection structure in the installation space and walk the line formation and shelter from, the outward appearance of the folding joint department between handle and the main part is more continuous, more complete, has reduced the folding gap because of beta structure produces effectively.
The handle is connected with the main body in an enhanced mode by arranging the mounting ends at the two ends of the main body and arranging the hinged end at one end of the handle, the handle can rotate relative to the main body, and then the neck massager can be folded when a user does not use the neck massager, so that the carrying convenience of the neck massager can be greatly improved.
In some examples of the invention, the collar is a metal ring, the hinged end and the collar are made of metal, and the hinged end is mounted at the end of the handle.
In some examples of the present invention, the main body includes a first outer case and a first inner case, the first outer case is mounted on an outer side of the first inner case, and the two collars are respectively mounted on both ends of the first outer case.
In some examples of the present invention, the inner plate is formed with an insert plate extending toward the first outer shell, the insert plate being fixed in an end portion of the first outer shell.
In some examples of the present invention, the first housing is provided with a first through hole, the insert plate is provided with a second through hole, and a fastener passes through the first through hole and the second through hole to fix the first housing and the second housing.
In some examples of the invention, the first inner shell is formed with a boss, a first clearance is formed at an end of the boss, a second clearance is formed at an end of the handle facing the main body, and an anti-pinch space is formed between the first clearance and the second clearance.
In some examples of the present invention, two side plates are respectively provided with a rotating shaft installation groove, the rotating shaft installation groove is open toward a main body, two side plates are respectively provided with an installation arm avoidance groove, the installation arm avoidance groove is open toward the main body, and the installation arm avoidance groove is located outside the rotating shaft installation groove.
In some examples of the present invention, the end of the first outer shell is provided with a mounting arm, the collar is sleeved on the mounting arm, two ends of the first inner shell extend to the mounting arm, and the mounting arm extends into the mounting arm avoiding groove.
In some examples of the invention, the mounting arm is provided with a locating member, the hinged end is provided with a locating slot outside the pivot shaft, and an end of the locating member selectively fits within the locating slot to restrain the handle in an extended state.

In some examples of the invention, the outer surface of the collar, the outer surface of the handle and the outer surface of the body lie within the same arcuate plane.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
A neck massager 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8, the neck massager 100 including: a main body 30 and two handles 10, the two handles 10 being mounted at both ends of the main body 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main body 30 includes: the first outer shell 31 is installed on the outer side of the first inner shell 33, the first inner shell 33 is a flexible shell, the two ends of the first outer shell 31 are provided with installation ends 36, installation spaces 24 are formed in the installation ends 36, and the installation spaces 24 are opened towards the inner side. The mounting end 36 may serve as an external shield. The installation space 24 may be used to install the connection portion of the handle 10, and by disposing the installation end 36 at the end of the first outer shell 31, the connection strength between the main body 30 and the two handles 10 may be ensured, and the first inner shell 33 may be made to flexibly fit to the skin of the neck of the user, so that the wearing comfort of the user may be improved. The first inner housing 33 may be a silicone housing 331. The first inner case 33 is provided with the electrode tabs 32.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the two handles 10 are provided with a hinged end 11, the hinged end 11 extends into the installation space 24 and can be folded inwards relative to the installation end 36, the installation space 24 with the opened inner side can allow the hinged end 11 to rotate inwards, and the handles 10 have a folded state and an extended state relative to the main body 30. And through its articulated cooperation with installation end 36, can further guarantee the connection reliability between main part 30 and the handle 10 to and can guarantee that the handle 10 is folding inwards relative to main part 30, handle 10 can be folded at the inboard of main part 30 like this, thereby can change the occupation space of neck massage appearance 100, can make things convenient for carrying of neck massage appearance 100, and then can promote user's use and experience.
Wherein, the mounting end 36 may be a collar 20, the collar 20 may be detachably mounted at both ends of the first housing 31, and the collar 20 is formed with a mounting space 24. That is to say, the collars 20 which are manufactured independently are arranged at the two ends of the first shell 31, the collars 20 which are manufactured independently can be manufactured conveniently, and the manufacturing difficulty of the first shell 31 can be reduced to at least a certain extent by the collars 20 which are arranged in this way, so that the first shell 31 only needs to be provided with a structure for installing and fixing the collars 20, and the structural reliability of the neck massager 100 can be further improved.
As shown in fig. 7, the hinged end 11 includes: the fixing part 111 is fixed in the handle 10, the fixing part 111 comprises two mounting holes, the fixing part 111 provided with the two mounting holes can connect and fix the fixing part 111 with the handle 10 by matching with a fastener, so that the hinged end 11 can be connected with the handle 10, the hinged part 112 extends out of the handle 10, and the hinged part 112 is hinged in the lantern ring 20 through a rotating shaft 113, so that the handle 10 and the lantern ring 20 can be connected together, the fixing part 111 can be hidden in the handle 10, and the hinged part 112 and the lantern ring 20 can be reliably matched, so that the matching reliability between the lantern ring 20 and the handle 10 can be further improved.
The collar 20 may be a metal ring such as stainless steel, an alloy, or the like. The collar 20 is used as a connecting part between the handle 10 and the main body 30, and is a main stressed part of the folding structure of the handle 10, so that the strength of the folding structure can be effectively enhanced, and the service life of the folding structure can be prolonged. In addition, since the handle 10 and the main body 30 are generally made of plastic materials, and the handle 10 and the main body 30 are connected by using the collar 20, when the handle 10 is unfolded and the handle 10 abuts on the end surface of the collar 20, resonance is not generated due to the same material, and noise generated by collision between the handle 10 and the collar 20 when the handle 10 is unfolded is effectively reduced.
Wherein, hinged end 11 is the metalwork that the material is the same with the lantern ring 20, and hinged end 11 is installed in the tip of handle 10, forms rotatable coupling with the lantern ring 20, and the lantern ring 20 has constituteed the beta structure who is used for connecting handle 10 and main part 30 jointly with hinged end 11 promptly, has promoted the joint strength of handle 10 with main part 30, can still keep better connection characteristic after relapseing folding many times, has prolonged the folding life-span of handle 10.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the collar 20 includes: planking 21, curb plate 22 and inner panel 23, two curb plates 22 are connected in the both sides of planking 21 and inner panel 23, and two curb plates 22 are as an organic whole with planking 21 and inner panel 23 connection, and planking 21, inner panel 23 and two curb plates 22 enclose and are equipped with installation space 24, and inner panel 23 is seted up jaggedly 25 towards the one end of handle to form the connecting block 231 of connecting two curb plates 22, jaggedly 25 and installation space 24 intercommunication.
The hinged end 11 of the handle 10 extends into the mounting space 24 and is folded along the notch 25 to be rotatable inwardly with respect to the collar 20. The gap 25 on the collar 20 is filled by the hinged end 11, the gap between the hinged end 11 and the main body 30 is filled by the connecting block 231, the collar 20 forms a closed installation space 24, the connecting structure and the routing in the installation space 24 are shielded, the appearance of the folding connection between the handle 10 and the main body 30 is more continuous and complete, and the folding gap generated by the folding structure is effectively reduced.
In addition, the connecting block 231 spans between the hinged end 11 and the main body 30, so that the hinged end 11 is prevented from directly contacting the main body 30, the hinged end 11 is supported, and the stress of the hinged end 11 is shared. Especially, when the first inner casing 33 of the main body 30 is a soft rubber inner casing, the connection block 231 can effectively prevent: the handle 10 drives the hinged end 11 to rotate in the folding direction without limitation to press the first inner shell 33, so that the first inner shell 33 generates a loosening force relative to the first outer shell 31, and the structural strength of the main body 30 is affected; the connection block 231 can also prevent: the handle 10 is rotated in the folding direction without limitation to collide with the electrode pads 32 on the first inner case 33, damaging the electrode pads 32.
Furthermore, the collar 20 is open on the side facing the body 30 and on the side facing the handle 10, so as to facilitate its hinging action between the body 30 and the handle 10. The hinge portion 112 is inserted between the outer plate 21 and the inner plate 23, the hinge portion 112 can connect the handle 10 with the grommet 20, the grommet 20 can protect the hinge portion 112 inserted into the grommet 20, and the grommet 20 can ensure the stability of the connection of the handle 10 with the grommet 20.
As shown in fig. 7, the two side plates 22 are respectively provided with a rotating shaft installation groove 27, the rotating shaft installation groove 27 is open towards the main body 30, the two side plates 22 are also respectively provided with an installation arm avoiding groove 28, the installation arm avoiding groove 28 is open towards the main body 30, and the installation arm avoiding groove 28 is located outside the rotating shaft installation groove 27. That is, the rotation shaft 113 of the hinge 112 may be disposed in the rotation shaft mounting groove 27, and since one side thereof facing the main body 30 is opened, the rotation shaft 113 may be further fixedly mounted, and by disposing the rotation shaft in the mounting arm escaping groove 28, the internal mounting space 24 may be reasonably utilized, the mounting arm 35 and the hinge 112 may not interfere with each other, and thus the structural reliability of the neck massager 100 may be further improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the end of the first outer shell 31 is provided with a mounting arm 35, the collar 20 is sleeved on the mounting arm 35, two ends of the first inner shell 33 extend to the mounting arm 35, and the mounting arm 35 extends into the mounting arm avoiding groove 28. The mounting arm avoidance slot 28 functions to avoid the mounting arm 35, may facilitate the extension of the mounting arm 35 therein, may facilitate the assembly of the collar 20, and may facilitate the spacing of the mounting arm 35 to the hinge portion 112.
As shown in fig. 1, two mounting arms 35 may be provided, two mounting arms 35 are provided at two sides of the end portion of the first outer shell 31, the collar 20 is sleeved and fixed on the mounting arms 35, and two ends of the first inner shell 33 extend to the mounting arms 35. After the first outer shell 31 and the first inner shell 33 are installed together, a shell space can be formed at the end part, when the lantern ring 20 is sleeved on the installation arm 35, a part of the lantern ring 20 can extend into the shell space, the shell space is matched with the installation arm 35 to provide an installation place for the lantern ring 20, the installation arm 35 arranged in this way can effectively solve the installation problem between the lantern ring 20 and the first outer shell 31, and the overall reliability between the lantern ring 20 and the first outer shell 31 can be enhanced.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8, the mounting arm 35 is provided with a positioning member 351, the hinge end 11 is provided with a positioning groove 114, and an end of the positioning member 351 is selectively fitted in the positioning groove 114 to restrain the handle 10 in the clamping position. When the handle 10 is at the clamping position, the positioning member 351 is fitted in the positioning groove 114, and the positioning member 351 can reinforce the extending state of the handle 10; when the handle 10 is changed to the folded state, the positioning groove 114 moves along with the rotation of the handle 10, the positioning groove 114 gradually separates from the positioning member 351 until the handle 10 is completely folded, the positioning member 351 also separates from the positioning groove 114 completely, and at this time, the positioning member 351 has a certain degree of deformation, so that the folded state of the handle 10 can be reinforced. The engagement of the positioning member 351 with the positioning slot 114 may reinforce the extended or folded state of the handle 10, thereby providing a better user experience for the user.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the mounting arm 35 is provided with a limiting projection 353, and the positioning member 351 is provided with a limiting groove 352, and the limiting projection 353 is fitted in the limiting groove 352. That is to say, for the components of a whole that can function independently structure between setting element 351 and the installation arm 35, adopt spacing arch 353 and spacing recess 352 can increase the area of contact of setting element 351 and installation arm 35 to can stabilize the connection of setting element 351 and installation arm 35, and then can promote cooperation reliability between them, the setting element 351 that so sets up moreover can further guarantee the spacing cooperation of hinged end 11 and setting element 351, thereby can keep handle 10 in the state of stretching, can convenience of customers wears the use.
As shown in fig. 7, a limiting hole 29 is formed in one side of the outer plate 21 facing the handle 10, the handle 10 may be provided with an abutting member capable of extending into the limiting hole 29, and the limiting hole 29 and the abutting member cooperate to prevent the handle 10 from being turned over excessively outwards, so that the wearing reliability of the user can be ensured, and the neck massager 100 can be kept in an extended state by limiting the inward folding of the handle 10 to at least a certain extent.
As shown in fig. 7, the inner plate 23 is formed in a narrow strip shape, and the inner surface of the hinge portion 112 and the inner surface of the inner plate 23 can be located in the same arc-shaped plane, so that the gap between the neck massager 100 in the extended state can be made small, and interference with the rotation of the hinge portion 112 can be avoided.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the inner plate 23 is formed with an insert plate 26 extending toward the first shell 31, and the insert plate 26 is fixed in an end portion of the first shell 31. The insertion plate 26 can play a role of being inserted into the first shell 31, the installation difficulty between the lantern ring 20 and the first shell 31 can be simplified by adopting an insertion matching mode, and two sides of the insertion plate 26 can be in abutting contact with the inner surface of the end part of the main body 30, so that the end part can limit the displacement of the insertion plate 26 in the inner space of the end part of the main body 30, and the connection stability of the lantern ring 20 and the main body 30 can be further improved.
The first housing 31 is provided with a first through hole, the insert plate 26 is provided with a second through hole, and a fastener is inserted through the first through hole and the second through hole to fix the two. After the insert plate 26 is inserted into the main body 30, the second through hole formed in the insert plate 26 is aligned with the first through hole formed in the first outer shell 31, and the insert plate 26 is fixed to the end portion of the main body 30 by the cooperation of the fastener, the first through hole and the second through hole, so that the collar 20 and the main body 30 can be connected together, and the reliability of the connection between the collar 20 and the main body 30 can be enhanced.
As shown in fig. 2, the outer surface of the collar 20, the outer surface of the handle 10 and the outer surface of the body 30 are located in the same arc-shaped plane. The outer surface of the collar 20, the outer surface of the handle 10 and the outer surface of the body 30 are located in the same arc-shaped plane, so that the neck massager 100 can look smoother, the tactile sensation of the neck massager 100 can be improved, the structural integrity of the neck massager 100 can be improved, and the reliability of the neck massager 100 in use can be improved.
Referring to fig. 5, a boss 333 is formed on the first inner case 33, the boss 333 is used for placing the electrode plate 32, the electrode plate 32 is a flexible electrode plate, a first recess 332 is formed at an end of the boss 333, a second recess 12 is formed at an end of the handle 10 facing the main body 30, and the first recess 332 and the second recess 12 form an anti-pinch space. This prevents the handle 10 and the boss 333 from interfering with each other when the neck massager 100 is in the folded state, and allows the neck massager 100 to be freely switched between the extended state and the folded state.
