In some embodiments, the patient mattress temperature regulating device works on the following principle: after the host 100 is powered on and initialized, a user (medical staff) can select a working mode or a default factory leaving mode; if necessary, the patient information, such as height, weight, age and other basic information (for reference of the temperature setting range) can be recorded; monitoring whether a heating function of the mattress is started, if so, monitoring temperature information of the mattress, body temperature information of a patient and sweat information in real time, and if the patient has sweat, properly adjusting the temperature of the mattress, or adjusting the temperature of the mattress according to the body temperature of the patient; further, if the body temperature of the patient is abnormal, an alarm prompt can be output. The body temperature information, the sweat information and the temperature information of the mattress of the patient are displayed in real time through the display device.

As shown in fig. 2, the patient mattress temperature regulating system includes: the embodiment of the invention discloses a patient mattress temperature regulating device and a monitoring terminal in communication connection with the patient mattress temperature regulating device.
The patient mattress temperature regulating and controlling device sends the temperature information of the mattress, the body temperature information of the patient, the sweat information and/or the calling information of the patient to the monitoring terminal; the monitoring terminal receives and displays the temperature information of the mattress, the body temperature information of the patient, the sweat information and/or the calling information of the patient.
In some embodiments, the monitoring terminal may be a monitoring center, a nurse station, or the like, and by sending real-time information of the control device (including but not limited to temperature information of a mattress, body temperature information of a patient, sweat information of the patient, and device information of the control device) to the monitoring terminal, the monitoring terminal can timely know comfort and body temperature of the mattress of the patient and whether an emergency situation needs help, so that intelligent nursing and management and control are facilitated.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a second embodiment of a patient mattress temperature control system according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the patient mattress temperature regulating system includes: the embodiment of the invention discloses a patient mattress temperature regulating device and a cloud server in communication connection with the patient mattress temperature regulating device.
The patient mattress temperature regulating and controlling device sends temperature information of a mattress, body temperature information of a patient, sweat information of the patient and/or calling information to the cloud server; the cloud server processes and stores temperature information of the mattress, body temperature information of the patient, sweat information and/or calling information of the patient.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the patient mattress temperature regulation system further comprises: and the user terminal 194 is connected with the cloud server. The user terminal 194 is used for receiving and displaying temperature information of the mattress, body temperature information of the patient, sweat information of the patient and/or call information processed by the cloud server. The user terminal 194 includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and the like.
By sending the real-time information of the control device (including but not limited to the temperature information of the mattress, the body temperature information of the patient, the sweat information of the patient, and the equipment information of the control device) to the cloud server 193, the remote medical personnel can know the comfort and the body temperature of the mattress of the patient in time and can help the patient in case of emergency, and intelligent nursing and management and control are facilitated. And provides a cloud server 193 for facilitating consultation of family members and remote experts.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a method for regulating the temperature of a patient mattress according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention. And/or, judging whether the temperature of the mattress needs to be adjusted according to the body temperature information and/or the sweat information comprises the following steps: judging whether the patient sweats or not according to the sweat information; if so, the temperature of the mattress is adjusted to be lower by combining the current temperature of the mattress.
And/or, judging whether the temperature of the mattress needs to be adjusted according to the body temperature information and/or the sweat information comprises the following steps: judging whether the body temperature of the patient is greater than or equal to a preset body temperature or not according to the body temperature information; if yes, judging whether the patient sweats according to the sweat information; if so, the temperature of the mattress is adjusted to be lower by combining the current temperature of the mattress.
And S503, if yes, adjusting the temperature of the mattress according to the body temperature information, the sweat information and the current mattress temperature.
Further, in a specific application embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the method for regulating the temperature of the patient mattress comprises the following steps:
step S601, after the start, entering an initialization mode, and after the initialization is completed, entering a self-checking mode.
Step S602, after entering the self-checking mode, performing self-checking, and judging whether the working condition is met according to a self-checking result.
Step S603, if the working condition is satisfied, entering a setting mode, and after entering the setting mode, determining whether the setting is completed.
Step S604, entering patient information (including height, weight, age, etc.), wherein this step is not a necessary step.
Step S605, if the setting is completed, it is determined whether to turn on the heating function.
Step S606, if the heating function is started, the step of acquiring the body temperature information and the sweat information of the patient is executed; and if the heating function is not started, continuing to wait until the heating function is started, and then executing the step of acquiring the body temperature information and the sweat information of the patient. Further, in other embodiments, when the heating function is turned on, the patient may be monitored for sweat, and if so, the temperature information of the patient during sweating may be recorded, and the sweat detection head may be cleaned, and the heating control device 160 may be adjusted to adjust the temperature of the mattress; alternatively, the currently monitored information/data may be analyzed, and the analysis result may be used as a reference for subsequent settings.

the body temperature detection device detects the body temperature of a patient and outputs a body temperature detection signal; the sweat detection device detects sweat of a patient and outputs a humidity detection signal; the mattress temperature control device detects the temperature of the mattress and heats the mattress; the display control device is used for displaying the temperature information of the mattress, the body temperature information of the patient and the sweat information and receiving the input information of the user;
the control unit is connected with the body temperature detection device, the sweat detection device, the mattress temperature control device and the display control device and used for outputting an adjusting signal according to the body temperature detection signal, the humidity detection signal and the current mattress temperature so as to adjust the temperature of the mattress.
2. The patient mattress temperature regulating device of claim 1, further comprising: and the temperature signal processor is connected with the body temperature detection device, receives the body temperature detection signal output by the body temperature detection device, processes the body temperature detection signal and sends the processed body temperature detection signal to the control unit.

The patient mattress temperature regulating device of claim 1, further comprising: and the humidity signal processor is connected with the sweat detection device, receives the humidity detection signal output by the sweat detection device, processes the humidity detection signal and sends the processed sweat detection signal to the control unit.

The patient mattress temperature regulating device of claim 1, further comprising: the heating control device is connected with the mattress temperature control device, receives the mattress temperature detection signal output by the mattress temperature control device, sends the mattress temperature detection signal to the control unit, and outputs a heating control signal to the mattress temperature control device according to the mattress temperature adjustment signal output by the control unit.
5. The patient mattress temperature regulating device of claim 1, further comprising: and the voice interaction module is connected with the control unit and used for acquiring voice signals or outputting voice information according to the voice control signals output by the control unit.
6. The patient mattress temperature regulating device of claim 1, further comprising: and the storage device is connected with the control unit and is used for storing the information and/or data of the mattress temperature regulating device.
7. The temperature control device for the patient mattress according to claim 1, wherein the body temperature detecting device comprises at least one body temperature sensing probe, and the body temperature sensing probe is attached to the body surface of the patient.
8. The patient mattress temperature regulating device of claim 1, wherein the sweat detection device comprises at least one sweat sensing probe affixed to a body surface of the patient.
9. A patient mattress temperature regulation system, comprising: a patient mattress temperature regulating device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 and a monitor terminal communicatively connected to the patient mattress temperature regulating device;
the patient mattress temperature regulating and controlling device sends the temperature information of the mattress, the body temperature information of the patient, the sweat information and/or the calling information of the patient to the monitoring terminal;
and the monitoring terminal receives and displays the temperature information of the mattress, the body temperature information of the patient, the sweat information and/or the calling information of the patient.
10. The patient mattress temperature regulating system of claim 9, wherein the patient mattress temperature regulating device further comprises: a communication module;
the communication module is used for communicating the patient mattress temperature regulating and controlling device with the monitoring terminal.
11. A patient mattress temperature regulation system, comprising: the patient mattress temperature regulation device of any one of claims 1-8, and a cloud server in communication with the patient mattress temperature regulation device;
the patient mattress temperature regulating and controlling device sends temperature information of a mattress, body temperature information of a patient, sweat information of the patient and/or calling information to the cloud server;
the cloud server processes and stores the temperature information of the mattress, the body temperature information of the patient, the sweat information and/or the calling information of the patient.
12. The patient mattress temperature regulation system of claim 11, further comprising: the user terminal is connected with the cloud server;
the user terminal is used for receiving and displaying the temperature information of the mattress, the body temperature information of the patient, the sweat information of the patient and/or the calling information which are processed by the cloud server.
13. The patient mattress temperature regulating system of claim 11, wherein the patient mattress temperature regulating device further comprises: a communication module;
the communication module is used for communicating the patient mattress temperature regulating device with the cloud server.
14. A method of regulating the temperature of a patient mattress, comprising:
acquiring body temperature information, sweat information and temperature of a mattress of a patient;
judging whether the temperature of the mattress needs to be adjusted or not according to the body temperature information and/or the sweat information;
and if so, adjusting the temperature of the mattress according to the body temperature information, the sweat information and the current mattress temperature.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the determining whether the temperature of the mattress needs to be adjusted according to the body temperature information and/or sweat information comprises:
judging whether the body temperature of the patient is greater than or equal to a preset body temperature or not according to the body temperature information;
and if so, adjusting the temperature of the mattress according to the current temperature of the mattress.
16. The method of claim 14, wherein the determining whether the temperature of the mattress needs to be adjusted according to the body temperature information and/or sweat information comprises:
judging whether the patient sweats or not according to the sweat information;
and if so, adjusting the temperature of the mattress according to the current temperature of the mattress.
17. The method of claim 14, wherein the determining whether the temperature of the mattress needs to be adjusted according to the body temperature information and/or sweat information comprises:
judging whether the body temperature of the patient is greater than or equal to a preset body temperature or not according to the body temperature information;
if yes, judging whether the patient sweats according to the sweat information;
and if so, adjusting the temperature of the mattress according to the current temperature of the mattress.
18. The method of claim 14, wherein the obtaining the temperature information and the sweat information of the patient comprises:
after starting, entering an initialization mode, and after the initialization is finished, entering a self-checking mode;
after entering a self-checking mode, carrying out self-checking;
judging whether the working condition is met or not according to the self-checking result;
if the working condition is met, entering a setting mode;
after entering a setting mode, judging whether the setting is finished;
if the setting is finished, judging whether to start the heating function;
if the heating function is started, the step of acquiring the body temperature information and the sweat information of the patient is executed; if the heating function is not started, continuing to wait until the heating function is started, and then executing the step of acquiring the body temperature information and the sweat information of the patient;
