Further, as shown in fig. 10, a limit stop 2211 for generating an elastic force by the second elastic member 229 is disposed on an end wall of the second driven rod 225 away from the second bending member 226.
Further, the tail end rotating assembly 13 includes a tail end rotating member 131 and a rotating fixing member 132, the tail end rotating member 131 is sleeved on the rotating fixing member 132, and one end of the driving rod 14 is connected to the rotating fixing member 132 in a matching manner.
Further, the third elastic component 16 is a spring, and a limiting protrusion 125 for generating elasticity of the spring is disposed in the housing component 12, and the spring abuts against the limiting protrusion 125.
Further, a spring gasket 17 is arranged between the spring and the limiting protrusion 125, and the left shell and the right shell are effectively protected from being damaged by the spring through the arrangement of the spring gasket 17.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the housing assembly 12 includes a left housing 122, a right housing 123, and left and right housing fasteners 124, wherein the left housing 122 and the right housing 123 are connected by the left and right housing fasteners 124; by providing the housing assembly 12, part of the components of the main body control section 1 are effectively fixed and restrained.
The split type surgical stapler provided by the embodiment 2 of the invention is used in the following process:
1) the tail end rotating member 131 is rotated clockwise to release the fixation of the driving lever 14;
2) the suture end 3 is placed into the position of the ligament tissue to be sutured by the finger, and the ligament tissue is fixed in the through groove by 341;
3) the trigger 11 is tightly held in the palm direction, at the moment, the driving rod 14 pushes the moving rod assembly 22, and then the fixed push rod cap 2382 penetrates through ligament tissues and is successfully sent into the through groove of the fixed groove 342 and is clamped;
4) when the trigger 11 is released, the driving rod 14 and the moving rod assembly 22 are partially retracted, and the fixed push rod cap 2382 stays in the clamping groove of the fixed groove 342, so that one-time sewing is finished;
5) taking out the stitching instrument, detaching the stitching line fixing part 4, replacing a new stitching line fixing part 4 part and continuing to finish the stitching action;
6) the suturing device is taken out, and the split part 2 is detached to complete all actions of the suturing operation.
The instrument is specially used for suturing tissues in deep and narrow spaces of body cavities in an operation; according to the invention, the detachable split part 2 is arranged between the main body control part 1 and the suture end head part 3, so that after the operation is finished, the medical personnel only needs to replace the split part to perform the function of the operation of suturing again, thereby realizing the reutilization of the main body control part 1 and effectively reducing the cost for manufacturing the suturing device; in addition, this structure easy operation is convenient, only needs to isolate less space in the operation, surveys and the deep ligament tissue with the finger, can accomplish under the finger direction and sews up, need not look at directly, once sews up into high power, and can repeatedly sew up, shortens the operation time greatly, sews up accurately, is difficult for the accidental injury adjacent organ, has reduced the vice damage of operation.

Claims (18)

1. The split type surgical suture instrument is characterized by comprising a main body control part, a split part, a suture end head part and a suture fixing part, wherein one end of the split part is movably connected with the main body control part, the other end of the split part is connected with the suture end head part, and the suture fixing part is arranged outside the split part and is connected with the split part.
2. The split surgical stapler of claim 1, wherein the split part comprises a split body having a hollow structure, and a follower lever assembly disposed in the split body, wherein one end of the split body is movably connected to the body control part, and the other end is connected to the suture end head.
3. The split surgical stapler of claim 2, wherein the main body control part comprises a trigger, a housing assembly with a holding handle, a tail end rotating assembly arranged outside the housing assembly and a driving rod arranged in the housing assembly, the tail end rotating assembly is connected with one end of the driving rod in a matching manner for fixing or loosening the driving rod, and the trigger is fixedly connected with the driving rod for pushing the driving rod to displace forwards; the driving rod is connected with the driven rod assembly in a matched mode.

The split surgical stapler of claim 3, wherein the main body control part further comprises a split fixing assembly, one side of the split fixing assembly is arranged inside one end of the outer casing assembly close to the split main body in the main body control part, and the split main body is movably connected with the outer casing assembly through the split fixing assembly.

The split surgical stapler of claim 4, wherein the split fixing assembly comprises a split fixing member body, a split moving member body and a first elastic member, the first elastic member and the split moving member body are sequentially sleeved on the split fixing member body from inside to outside, and one end of the first elastic member is fixedly connected with the split fixing member body.
6. The split surgical stapler of claim 5, wherein a protrusion is disposed on an inner wall of the main body of the sub-fixing member, and a locking groove is disposed on an outer wall of the main body of the sub-fixing member, and the protrusion is connected with the locking groove.

The split-type surgical stapler of claim 6, wherein the driven rod assembly comprises a first driven rod, a first bending member, a first connecting rod, and a suturing needle, the driven rod and the connecting rod are respectively disposed at two ends of the bending member and fixedly connected to the first bending member, the suturing needle is connected to one end of the first connecting rod away from the first bending member, and the driving rod in the main body control portion is connected to one end of the first driven rod away from the first bending member in a matching manner.

The split-type surgical stapler according to claim 7, wherein the suture end part comprises a first suture end body with a hollow structure and a string end fixing member, one end of the first suture end body is curved, a first through groove for fixing the suture needle and suturing the damaged tissue is arranged at one end of the first suture end body, and a through hole for fixing the fixing member is arranged on a side wall of the first through groove; the bent end of the first sewing end body is fixedly connected with the split main body.

The split-type surgical stapler of claim 6, wherein the driven rod assembly comprises a second driven rod, a second bending member, a second connecting rod and a suture needle assembly, the second driven rod and the second connecting rod are respectively arranged at two ends of the second bending member and fixedly connected with the second bending member, the suture needle assembly is connected with one end of the second connecting rod far away from the second bending member, and the main body control part is connected with one end of the second driven rod far away from the second bending member in a matching manner.
10. The integrated surgical stapler of claim 9, wherein the suturing needle assembly comprises a push rod needle and a push rod cap, the push rod cap is sleeved on the end of the push rod needle, and the bottom of the push rod needle is connected with the second connecting rod.

The integrated surgical stapler according to claim 10, wherein the suture end portion comprises a second suture end body having a hollow structure, one end of the second suture end body is curved, a second through groove for fixing the push rod needle is formed at one end of the second suture end body, and used for suturing the damaged tissue, a fixing groove for fixing the push rod cap is formed on a groove wall of the second through groove, and the curved end of the second suture end body is fixedly connected to the main body of the split member.
12. The integrated surgical stapler of any one of claims 7-11, wherein the bottom of each of the first and second suture tip bodies is provided with a slit for positioning a suture.
13. The integrated surgical stapler of claim 12, wherein the first suture end body and the second suture end body are bent at an angle of 10 to 20 degrees with respect to the longitudinal direction of the split body.

The integrated surgical stapler of claim 13, wherein the suture fixing portion comprises a wire coil assembly, a wire coil positioning cylinder sleeved on the body of the body, a fixing fastener fixed on the wire coil positioning cylinder, and a connecting member, the wire coil assembly passing through the fixing fastener and being connected with the fixing fastener through the connecting member.

The integrated surgical stapler of claim 14, wherein the wire coil assembly comprises an upper disk body and a lower disk body, the upper disk body is fixedly connected with the lower disk body, the connecting piece is arranged in the upper disk body, and the upper disk body is connected with the fixing fastener through the connecting piece; the lower tray body is provided with a boss which is provided with a wire head embedded groove and is used for winding a suture wire.

The split surgical stapler of claim 15, wherein the main body control portion further comprises a third elastic member disposed in the housing member, the third elastic member is sleeved on the driving rod for returning the driving rod, and the driven rod assembly further comprises two second elastic members sleeved on the first driven rod and the second driven rod for returning the first driven rod and the second driven rod, respectively.
17. The split surgical stapler of claim 16, wherein a stop member for generating an elastic force by the second elastic member is disposed on a side wall of an end of the first driven rod away from the first bending member and a side wall of an end of the second driven rod away from the second bending member.
18. The split surgical stapler of claim 17, wherein the tail rotating assembly comprises a tail rotating member and a rotating fixing member, the tail rotating member is sleeved on the rotating fixing member, and one end of the driving rod is connected with the rotating fixing member in a matching manner.
