Abstract
The invention provides a 3D barrel-shaped vacuum insulation panel which is provided with an accommodating cavity and an opening and specifically comprises an inner container, a middle core material and an outer barrel-shaped barrier film; the inner container extends outwards along the radial direction of the opening at the opening position and then extends upwards along the axial direction of the opening to form an extending surface compounded with the barrier film; and a sealing ring is compounded on one side of the extending surface facing the barrier film. The 3D barrel-shaped vacuum insulation panel can effectively enhance the barrel-shaped insulation performance, prolong the insulation time, and is more energy-saving and environment-friendly. The invention also provides a heat-insulating container which uses the 3D barrel-shaped vacuum heat-insulating plate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of heat insulation materials, in particular to a 3D vacuum heat insulation plate.
Background
At present, most of vacuum insulation panels are two-dimensional flat plates, and some VIP plates are formed by rolling flat plates into rings, but the processes are complex, and the VIP insulation panels also damage barrier films of the VIP and influence VIP performance and service life. At present, barrel-type heat preservation and box-type heat preservation are commonly adopted, and flat VIP plates are spliced from multiple sides for heat preservation; the marginal effect of the VIP panels of this structure is significant and the overall insulating performance is severely affected by the cold bridges at the VIP panel splices. Therefore, although the heat conductivity coefficient of the VIP is 2.5 mW/m.k, the heat insulation performance is about 7-9 times better than that of pure PU, the heat insulation performance in the actual box body is only 2-3 times better than that of the pure PU. The performance of the heat preservation VIP is not obviously improved, the cost performance is slightly insufficient, and the application of the VIP is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of insufficient performance of flat VIP in practical application, and provides a 3D vacuum insulation panel which is applied to barrel-type heat preservation, has no marginal effect and cold bridge, greatly enhances the heat preservation performance, and improves the heat preservation time, so that the cost performance of VIP application is improved, and the 3D vacuum insulation panel is more energy-saving and environment-friendly.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a 3D barrel-shaped vacuum insulation panel which is provided with an accommodating cavity and an opening and specifically comprises an inner container, a middle core material and an outer barrel-shaped barrier film;
the inner tube extends outwards along the radial direction of the opening at the opening position and then extends upwards along the axial direction of the opening to form an extending surface compounded with the barrier film; and a sealing ring is compounded on one side of the extending surface facing the barrier film.
2. The 3D barrel-shaped vacuum insulation panel according to claim 1, wherein the inner container is a metal inner container, and the metal inner container is formed by stamping, stretching or welding.
In a preferred embodiment, the middle core is a silicon core integrally formed.
In a preferred embodiment, the intermediate core comprises a circular sidewall glass fiber core and a circular bottom glass fiber core, wherein the glass fiber core is vacuumized and wrapped with a plastic film.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer barrel-shaped barrier film is formed by compounding an annular side film and a circular bottom film; the barrier film is a multi-layer composite aluminum-plastic film and is compounded with the sealing ring on the extension surface of the liner.
In a preferred embodiment, a closed space is formed between the outer barrel-shaped barrier film and the inner container, and the space is filled with the middle core material and vacuumized.
The invention also provides a heat-insulating container which uses the 3D barrel-shaped vacuum heat-insulating plate.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. through making the VIP board into 3D barrel type structure, can directly wrap up the adiabatic demand of barrel type completely, the marginal effect of the monolithic VIP board of avoiding and the cold bridge of VIP concatenation gap to improve the VIP actual heat preservation effect greatly, thereby it is long when improving to keep warm.
2. The inner container is a metal inner container, can be directly applied to the high-temperature heat insulation field such as a water storage barrel of a water heater, and solves the problem that VIP can not directly contact with high-temperature objects.
3. The inner container is a metal inner container, can adopt food-grade metal, and is in direct contact with food, fresh food and medicines. The method is equivalent to directly wrapping objects with heat-insulating materials, so that the heat-insulating performance and the application scene are greatly improved.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and detailed description.
A3D barrel-type vacuum insulation panel is shown in figure 1 and comprises an inner container 1, a middle core material 2 and an outer barrel-type barrier film 3; the 3DVIP is provided with an accommodating cavity and an opening; the inner container 1 is barrel-shaped, an extending surface 12 is formed at the opening position by extending outwards along the radial direction of the opening, an extending surface 13 is formed at the extending edge by extending oppositely along the axial direction of the opening, and a sealing ring 14 is arranged at one side of the extending surface 13 facing the barrier film.
The liner 1 is a metal liner, is formed by stamping, stretching or welding, and does not leak gas under the vacuum condition. The middle core material 2 is formed by integrally molding a gas silicon core material, or the middle core material comprises an annular side wall glass fiber core material and a round bottom surface glass fiber core material, and the glass fiber core material is vacuumized and wrapped by a plastic film.
A closed space is formed between the outer layer barrel-shaped barrier film 3 and the inner container 1, the core material is filled in the space 2, and the space is vacuumized to form a 3D barrel-shaped closed vacuum heat insulation layer.
In this embodiment, the 3D barrel-type vacuum insulation panel is specifically applied to a heat preservation liner of a water heater; besides being a heat preservation liner of a water heater, the design is also suitable for various heat preservation devices, such as a vacuum heat preservation cup, a vacuum heat preservation kettle, a vacuum heat preservation barrel and the like; the scope of the invention should not be limited thereby, except as by simple substitution.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can make insubstantial changes in the technical scope of the present invention within the technical scope of the present invention, and the actions infringe the protection scope of the present invention are included in the present invention.

1. A3D barrel-shaped vacuum heat-insulating plate is characterized in that the vacuum heat-insulating plate is provided with an accommodating cavity and an opening, and specifically comprises an inner container, a middle core material and an outer barrel-shaped barrier film;
the inner container extends outwards along the radial direction of the opening at the opening position and then extends upwards along the axial direction of the opening to form an extending surface compounded with the barrier film; and a sealing ring is compounded on one side of the extending surface facing the barrier film.
2. The 3D barrel-shaped vacuum insulation panel according to claim 1, wherein the inner container is a metal inner container, and the metal inner container is formed by stamping, stretching or welding.
3. The 3D barrel-shaped vacuum insulation panel according to claim 1, wherein the intermediate core material is integrally formed of a gas silicon core material.
4. The 3D barrel shaped vacuum insulation panel according to claim 1 wherein the intermediate core material comprises a ring shaped sidewall fiberglass core material and a round bottom fiberglass core material, the fiberglass core material being evacuated and wrapped with a plastic film.
5. The 3D barrel-shaped vacuum insulation panel according to claim 1, wherein the outer barrel-shaped barrier film is composed of an annular side film and a circular bottom film; the barrier film is a multi-layer composite aluminum-plastic film and is compounded with the sealing ring on the extension surface of the liner.
6. The 3D barrel-shaped vacuum insulation panel according to claim 1, wherein a closed space is formed between the outer barrel-shaped barrier film and the inner container, and the space is filled with an intermediate core material and is vacuumized.
7. A heat-insulating container characterized by using the 3D barrel-shaped vacuum heat-insulating panel according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
