It is worth to be noted that when the operation mode of the baking device is the segmented heating mode, after the baking device controls the first heating element to heat for a period of time, the operation of the first heating element is stopped and the second heating element is controlled to heat again; when the working mode of the baking device is a synchronous heating mode, the baking device controls the first heating element and the second heating element to heat together; when the working mode of the baking device is a main heating mode and an auxiliary heating mode, the baking device controls the first heating element to heat, and controls the second heating element to heat at a low temperature so as to provide energy for the first heating element in an auxiliary mode.
It will be appreciated that the mode of operation of the toasting apparatus may also include other modes, for example, an alternating heating mode, i.e. the toasting apparatus controls the alternating operation of the first heating member and the second heating member. It will be appreciated that the first and second heating members are capable of rapidly heating to a set heating temperature, wherein the time for the first and second heating members to heat to the preset heating temperature is negligible.

For example, if the usage time of one cartridge is 5 minutes, the temperature at which the heating element is normally used to heat the cartridge is 330 ℃, and when the operation mode of the toaster is the segmented heating mode, the first heating element is started to operate and operates at the preset temperature of 330 ℃ for 2.5 minutes, and then the first heating element is controlled to stop operating, and the second heating element is controlled to operate and operates at the preset temperature of 330 ℃ for 2.5 minutes.
It is worth mentioning that the first heating member and the second heating member are operated independently, in general, the first heating member and the second heating member are operated independently without interfering with each other when operated. and step S25, after the first heating element is operated for the third preset time period, controlling the first heating element to be operated for a fourth preset time period at the second preset temperature, and controlling the second heating element to be operated for a fourth preset time period at the first preset temperature.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, when the operation mode of the baking apparatus is the main heating mode and the auxiliary heating mode, in a common way, the first heating element and the second heating element operate simultaneously, wherein the first heating element operates at a first preset temperature, the second heating element operates at a second preset temperature, the first preset temperature is greater than the second preset temperature, when the operation duration of the first heating element and the second heating element is greater than a third preset duration, the first heating element operates at the second preset temperature, and the second heating element operates at the first heating temperature.
In the present invention, for example, the first preset temperature is 330 ℃, the second preset temperature is 180 ℃, the third preset time period is 2.5 minutes, and the fourth preset time period is 2.5 minutes. When the baking device enters the main heating mode and the auxiliary heating mode, the first heating element runs for 2.5 minutes at the heating temperature of 330 ℃, and meanwhile, the second heating element runs for 2.5 minutes at the heating temperature of 180 ℃. After the operation time of the first heating member exceeded 2.5 minutes, the first heating member was cooled to a heating temperature of 180 ℃ and operated for 2.5 minutes, and at the same time, the second heating member was heated to a heating temperature of 330 ℃ and operated for 2.5 minutes. Under the mode of this kind of main and auxiliary heating, be 330 ℃ at the heating temperature of first heating member or second heating member, enable the sufficient atomizing of cartridge, improve the smog volume, when the heating temperature of first heating member or second heating member is 180 ℃, can guarantee the essence and the fragrant smell of cartridge, provide different atomizing taste for the user, be convenient for bring brand-new experience for the user, promote user's use and experience.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a fourth embodiment of a control method for a toasting device according to the present invention, wherein after the step S20, the control method for a toasting device further comprises:
step S30, obtaining the operation duration of the heating element;
and step S40, when the operation time of the heating element is longer than a preset time threshold, closing the baking device.
It is worth mentioning that the operation duration of the heating element refers to the duration from the time when the first heating element starts to operate to the time when the first heating element or the second heating element is operating, in general, when the heating mode of the baking device is a segmented heating mode or an alternating heating mode or a discontinuous heating mode, the operation duration of the heating element is the total duration of the operation duration of the first heating element and the operation duration of the second heating element; when the heating mode of the roasting device is a synchronous heating mode or a main auxiliary heating mode, the operation time length of the heating element is the operation time length of the first heating element or the second heating element.
In this embodiment, if the operation time of the heating element is longer than the preset time threshold, for example, the preset time threshold is 5 minutes, the power supply element is controlled to be disconnected from the first heating element and the second heating element, so that the first heating element and the second heating element stop working, thereby achieving the effect of turning off the baking device, avoiding the waste of electric energy of the baking device, and prolonging the service life of the baking device.

Claims (16)

1. A heating element for a baking apparatus for inserting and heating a cartridge, the heating element comprising: first heating member, second heating member and base, first heating member with the second heating member is rectangular form setting, first heating member with the second heating member is installed on the base, first heating member includes first base member piece and sets up first heating plate on the first base member piece, the second heating member includes the second base member piece and sets up second heating plate on the second base member piece, wherein, first heating member with the second heating member encloses synthetic cylindrical structure and installs on the base, first heating member with the diameter of second heating member place circle is less than the diameter of cigarette bullet, first heating member with the mutual symmetry setting of second heating member.
2. A heating element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first heating element and the second heating element are arranged in a V-shaped pointed configuration at an end remote from the base.
3. The heating element of claim 1 wherein the side walls of the first heating component and the second heating component are each arcuate in configuration.
4. A heating element as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the first heating element and the second heating element are arranged spaced apart and insulated from each other.
5. The heating element of claim 1, further comprising an insulating layer disposed between the first heat patch and the first substrate patch, and the insulating layer is disposed between the second heat patch and the second substrate patch.
6. The heating element of claim 1 further comprising a thermally conductive easy-wash layer coated on an outer surface of the first heating element and the second heating element.
7. The heating element as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a third heating member, the first heating member, the second heating member and the third heating member being enclosed in a cylindrical structure and mounted on the base in a uniform arrangement.
8. A control method of a roasting apparatus comprising a heating element of the roasting apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 7, the heating element comprising a first heating element and a second heating element disposed opposite to the first heating element, the heating element being inserted into and heating a cartridge, the control method of the roasting apparatus comprising:
when the baking device is started, acquiring the working mode of the baking device;
and controlling the heating element to work according to the working mode.
9. The control method of the toasting apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein said operation modes comprise a segmented heating mode, a synchronous heating mode and a primary and secondary heating mode.
10. The control method for the toasting apparatus according to claim 9 wherein the step of controlling the operation of the heating element according to the operation mode comprises:
when the working mode is a segmented heating mode, controlling the first heating element to operate for a first preset time;
and after the first heating element operates for the first preset time, controlling the first heating element to stop operating and controlling the second heating element to operate.
11. The control method for the toasting apparatus according to claim 9 wherein the step of controlling the operation of the heating element according to the operation mode comprises:
and when the working mode is the synchronous heating mode, controlling the first heating element and the second heating element to synchronously operate for a second preset time.
12. The control method for the toasting apparatus according to claim 9 wherein the step of controlling the operation of the heating element according to the operation mode comprises:
when the working mode is a main heating mode and an auxiliary heating mode, acquiring a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature, wherein the first preset temperature is greater than the second preset temperature;
and controlling the first heating element to operate at the first preset temperature for a third preset time, and controlling the second heating element to operate at the second preset temperature for the third preset time.
13. The method of controlling a toasting apparatus as claimed in claim 12, wherein the steps of controlling said first heating member to operate at said first predetermined temperature for a third predetermined period of time and controlling said second heating member to operate at said second predetermined temperature for a third predetermined period of time, are followed by the steps of:
after the first heating element runs for the third preset time, the first heating element is controlled to run for the fourth preset time at the second preset temperature, and the second heating element is controlled to run for the fourth preset time at the first preset temperature.
14. The method of claim 8, wherein said step of controlling said heating element to operate according to said operating mode is further followed by the step of:
acquiring the operation time of the heating element;
and when the running time of the heating element is longer than a preset time threshold, closing the baking device.
15. Toasting device, characterized in that it comprises a power supply and a heating element of a toasting device according to any of the claims 1-7, which heating element is electrically connected to the power supply, which power supply is provided with a receiving chamber, and which heating element is arranged at the bottom of the receiving chamber.
16. A storage medium, characterized in that it stores a control program of a toasting apparatus which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of controlling a toasting apparatus as claimed in any one of the claims 8-14.
