Description

Examination and selection system, examination and selection device and examination and selection method Technical Field
The present application relates to, but is not limited to, an examination selection, examination, selection, and competition apparatus and method, and more particularly, to an examination selection, examination, selection, and competition apparatus and method via the internet.
Background
In the past, when examinations and selecting, especially when the examination and selecting are oriented to a large area range, a plurality of participants need to be concentrated at a certain position at the same time, and the movement and time arrangement of a large number of groups of people cause considerable resource waste and displacement effect. For example, traffic jam around an examination room is caused, daily users are crowded by using public transportation, and various disorderly phenomena such as insufficient supply and demand of taxis, rising price, illegal passenger carrying of private cars and the like are caused due to sudden increase of traffic demand in a short time. Furthermore, another problem is that when taking a test, the participants can answer in a traditional way, i.e. writing on the answer sheet or drawing notes on the answer card, which is quite different from the actual document operation in the current society. Most of the existing document operations are performed by using computers to input and edit characters, if the examination and selection are still performed by paper and pens, in addition to the existing daily life practices, more importantly, if the handwritten answer is required to be electronized, the handwritten answer can only be performed in a mode of scanning into image files, the storage space occupied by the image files is far larger than that occupied by the text files, the normalized, clear and recognizable modification on the image files is difficult to make, and if the handwritten answer is also modified on the image files in a graphic mode, the file space is increased, so that various image files with multiple times of increase are generated in the multi-stage screening and selection processes, and certain burden is caused on the transmission and storage of information.
In addition, after each examination, some examinees actively check whether the answer is correct. Some of these examinees feel like dream to participate in the test and forget what answer to do? Other examinees are afraid of checking whether a question is answered or not due to fright or timid, so that even though they participate in the examination, they do not know which questions are wrongly made and therefore miss the opportunity to educate or learn to correct themselves, which is all the worst. Therefore, if there is some way, the examinee can easily obtain his/her answering content, correct answer and guidance or correct answer after participating in the examination and selection, and the learning effect will be further realized.
In view of the disadvantages of the prior art, the applicant proposes "a selection system, a selection device and a selection method" in the present application to improve the disadvantages of the conventional methods and the related measures.
SUMMARY
The invention aims to provide a checking and selecting system, a checking and selecting device and a checking and selecting method which are more labor-saving, material-saving, time-saving, flexible and elastic in application, can be applied to the implementation of activities such as checking and selecting, screening and competition, and utilizes a network terminal verification technology to enable personnel participating in the activities to remotely perform related activities such as but not limited to answering and changing questions. The participator can answer or correct the examination paper through the design interface of the special web page on the browser, and can also answer or correct the examination paper through an application program. After answering, the answering person and the answer sheet are linked together in a password mode, and the examination paper changing person can not know who the answering person is. The examination paper reader can make examination paper modification through the above-mentioned interface or application program, and the modification trace can be designed to be left on the examination paper and separated from the examinee's answer, for example, in a compulsive tracking revision mode. Furthermore, for the sake of fairness, the present application can copy the same answer sheet into several parts for several reviewers to revise questions, and if the difference between the scores of the several reviewers for a specific answer sheet is greater than a default value, the specific answer sheet is delivered to another reviewer to revise the questions, even an online meeting is performed to discuss the score giving standard. Compared with the conventional technology that all people concentrate on a specific time and place for answering and marking, the method is more efficient, and even if the online meeting needs to be carried out at the same time, the answering and marking can not be carried out at the same place. In addition, various screening methods can be easily implemented according to the present application, for example, one method is to define a standard, and the answer sheet meeting the standard passes; the other is to arrange the ranking according to the score from high to low, and select the answer before a specific ranking, or within a specific front percentage as the selection, or further proceed the next stage of screening.
With the progress of times and the development of science and technology, people gradually become old and cherish traditions while pursuing or satisfying the sensory stimulation of getting new and getting tired. If the tradition is modernized or the modernization is nested into the tradition, the tradition is good and ideal, and the method is not ingenious. For example, a traditional entry ring or pick exam may prove that someone is first on a martial arts day. Although the society has more and more detailed division of work and develops the number of the best element, the competition of the society or the country is more and more intense because the population of the earth is thick day by day. Therefore, in modern society, people going to the head and the back of a certain line need to get deeper and deeper, so that the phenomenon of' the cold window is unknown in ten years and known all the time is not absolutely clear. Moreover, society has evolved increasingly, and a work may involve multiple skills, such as writing patent specifications, especially as claimed. The traditional so-called 'old king melon sold in the market is sold in a self-exaggerating way', and under the aim of social evolution, a patent arena system is formulated, so that a country worker is supposed to be greatly helpful for improving the patent level of one country under the condition of 'doing skills with the same station'. In detail, after the national examinees are screened by the same standard, a plurality of people are finally selected, and then the final score of the arena is made by a creditable reader or a commentator in a public occasion to determine the number element, the leaderboard and the exploratory flower in the field, which is helpful for various strength or levels of a country. Therefore, the method and the device greatly save the waste of various resources in a network operation mode in advance and bring great convenience.
Taking the patent specification or the claims as mentioned in the previous paragraph as an example, it is known that the quality of a patent specification depends on the definition of the scope of the claims. The mastery and pinching of the requested item range relate to technical ability, thinking depth and breadth, and even humanistic conservation, and are in a certain sense and very suitable for the arena competition. If the state is interested in developing the ability of the practitioner in this respect, the patent office also requires the cooperation of the science and technology factories to test the tolerance of the examinee by using a new technology as the test question. In order to protect the new technology, the patent organization can choose the current date as the application date of the new technology, and all parties are convenient to apply.

Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the "examination and selection system, examination and selection device, and examination and selection method" in the present application, with reference to the attached drawings, but the actual configuration and the implemented method do not necessarily completely conform to the description, and those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the actual spirit and scope of the present application, that is, the present application is not limited to the applications such as examination, examination and selection, competition, and competition.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a first embodiment of the system of the present application. Fig. 1 discloses a selection device, comprising: a processing module 1 configured to process a responder input 3-1-1 and generate an answer sheet 21; processing a reader input 3-1-2, the reader reading the answer sheet and generating a read answer sheet 22; and processing a selector input 3-1-3, the selector selecting the read answer sheet and generating a selected answer sheet 23; and a database 2 storing a question 20, the answer sheet 21, the read answer sheet 22, the selected answer sheet 23, and a predetermined condition 24. The examiner can be the second layer examiner who is screened out the answer after the examiner reads a large number of all the answers and filters out the answer meeting the preliminary condition. The answerer input 3-1-1, the reader input 3-1-2 and the selector input 3-1-3 are all regarded as a user input 3-1, and after being processed by the processing module 1, the user input becomes a processing signal 1-2 which enters the database 2 for data input, compiling and modification. And both the user input 3-1 and the processed signal 1-2 are communicated over the internet 4. The data read 2-1 and display signals 1-3 are also transmitted over the internet 4. In the case of fig. 1, the client is usually at the centralized location, i.e. the user may be at the same centralized location, and each assigned terminal device only has a keyboard, a mouse, a screen, and wired/wireless network ports, for example. At this time, the processing module 1 is often located at the cloud or server side, and is usually co-located with the database 2.
Referring to fig. 1, the user input 3-1 is usually performed on a terminal 3, and the terminal 3 includes an input module 31, a display module 32, and a communication module 33. The input module 31 may be a mouse, a keyboard, a touch pad, or the like, the display module 32 is typically a display, and the communication module 33 is various modules related to wired, wireless, and mobile communications. The questions 20, answer sheets 21, read sheets 22, and selected answer sheets 23 stored in the database 2 are typically stored in the database 2 in the form of folders, sub-databases, or sub-databases for archiving purposes. Whereas the preset condition 24 is typically a numerical value.
Please continue to refer to fig. 1. It is contemplated that the tracking changes made to the response sheet 21 may be designed to appear on the response sheet 21, i.e., the traces of the modifications made by the reader, such as the words added or deleted, on the response sheet 21 in a specific manner. Furthermore, the selector can select the read paper 22 based on the preset condition 24, or the selector can re-score the read paper 22. If the nature of the work done by the selector and the reader is the same, the present application can certainly set that the selector can only score the read answer sheet 22 that has not been read by the selector, because the selector and the reader usually both perform the reading work, i.e., the first-stage selection and examination work, so as to avoid the situation that the selector generates a preference for a certain answer sheet in the previous reading stage, the present application is intended to prevent the selector in the second-stage selection work from processing the read answer sheet 22 that has been read in the first stage.
In addition, the selection stage of the present application can also be directly performed by the examination and selection device of the present application without involving manual work, that is, the preset condition 24 is a specific number of words, and when the number of scores or modified words evaluated by the reader is less than or equal to the evaluation criterion such as the number of words, the answer is considered to be passed through the selection. The other is that the screening module further includes a ranking module, which ranks the number of the modified words of each of the read papers from small to large, or ranks the number of the modified words from high to low according to the score, and passes the read paper before a specific percentage or a specific number through the examination, or further enters the next stage of screening.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a schematic diagram of a second embodiment of the system of the present application. The disclosure of fig. 2 is largely the same as that of fig. 1 and will not be repeated here. Except that the processing module 1 of fig. 2 is disposed in a terminal device 3, the terminal device 3 is typically but not limited to a computer, or a handheld device, so that the user input 3-1 and the processing signal 1-2 of fig. 1 are integrated into a user processing signal 3-2 in fig. 2. The data read 2-1 directly reaches the terminal device 3 and is displayed by the display module 32.
Please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4, wherein fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a third embodiment of the system of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an implementation of the method of the present application. Fig. 3 shows an examination system, which includes a test question module 5 storing a test question 20 (please refer to fig. 1), and an answer interface 51 displaying the test question 20, having a start answer button 511 and an end answer button 512, and generating an answer sheet 21 (please refer to fig. 1); and a marking interface 52, displaying the answer sheet 21, making the answer sheet modified in a manner of forced display tracking revision, having a start marking button 521 and an end marking button 522, and generating a marked answer sheet 22 (please refer to FIG. 1); and a selection module 25 for processing the read paper 22 and having a preset condition 24 (please refer to fig. 1), so that the read paper meeting the preset condition 24 passes the examination. In addition, a fixed area 500 is provided in the answer interface 51 and the examination paper reading interface 52 for displaying the examination questions 20; and a writing area 501 for a question writer or a paper reader to write or read the paper in the writing area 501. On the other hand, fig. 3 and 4 also disclose a selection method. Referring to fig. 5, the selection method of the present application includes the following steps: the first step is to provide a test question module 5, wherein the test question module 5 comprises an answer interface 51 and an examination paper reading interface 52; the next step is to display a test question content 20 via the answer interface 51 for a test taker to perform an answer operation and generate an answer sheet 21; the next step is to display the answer sheet 21 through the marking interface 52, so as to perform a batch modification operation on the answer sheet, leave modification traces on the answer sheet, and generate a read answer sheet 22; and the next step is to perform a first selection of the read answer sheet via a selection module 25, resulting in a first selected answer sheet 23. Of course, if the number of people is large or the situation is special, the first screening can be performed by a threshold value, or the read answer sheet is actually selected by a selector.
With continuing reference to fig. 3 and 4, in particular, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an implementation of the method of the present application, and also shows the state of the application during operation. The client module is displayed on the display module 32 of the terminal device 3, and the screen can actually use a browser or an application program to display the answer interface 51 or the scoring interface 52. When the answer interface 52 is operated, a question bar 500 is displayed to show the question (test question) 20, and the question 20 can be selected to be displayed on the paper reading interface 52. An answer column 501 is also included on the answer interface 51 for an answering machine to fill in answers. On the scoring interface 52, the answer bar 501 is used to display an answer sheet 21, and enables a reader to directly modify the answer sheet 21. In order to further clarify the operation steps, both answer interface 51 and scoring interface 52 have a start button and an end button. The answer start button 511 and the answer end button 512 are provided for answering the question, and the examination start button 521 and the examination end button 522 are provided for examining the examination paper. In addition, on the scoring interface 52, the reader can decide whether to display the title bar 500 to save the use of the screen. As for the selection of the read-out papers by a selector as described above, the same examination paper reading interface 52 as that shown in fig. 4 can be used. If a second selection is to be made, it can also be made using the same scoring interface 52 as in fig. 4.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram of steps of the method of the present application, and please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4. FIG. 5 discloses a method for selecting the reference sample according to the present application, which comprises the following steps: the first step is to provide the test question module 5(S5), and the step of providing the test question module 5(S5) includes providing an answer interface (S51) and/or providing a scoring interface (S52). The step following the provision of the answer interface (S51) is to generate an answer sheet via the answer interface 51 (S21). The step after providing the scoring interface (S52) is to generate the response paper (S22), i.e., the step after the scoring is completed. The next step is to generate the first selected answer sheet (S23), i.e. the step after the selection is completed. If necessary, a second selection answer sheet is generated, i.e. the step after the second selection is completed. If the second screening person has performed the correction, marking and/or the first screening, the second screening person only needs to perform the second screening on the first screening answer sheet which is not corrected, marked and/or screened by the second screening person.
Please refer to fig. 6 and fig. 7, wherein fig. 6 is a block diagram of a question answering portion of the system of the present application, and fig. 7 is a block diagram of a paper marking portion of the system of the present application, with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2. Fig. 6 and 7 disclose a checking system, which includes a first verification module M1 for verifying whether an answerer is qualified. Typically, the first verification module M1 further comprises a password module, and may be further combined with or replaced by a biometric module for informing the respondent or the reader of a relevant user account and password during examination. The examination system further includes a question module M2 for displaying a question 20 and enabling the answerer to perform a question answering operation to generate an answer sheet 21. Here, the topics 20 are typically taken from a sub-database or folder within the database 2 that stores the topics 20. The answering is performed on the answering interface 51 (see fig. 4). The examination system further comprises an answer sheet recycling module M3 for recycling all the answer sheets to a server, which is usually the location of the database 2, after associating the answerer and the answer sheet 21. The examination system further includes a paper-marking assigning module M4 for assigning all answers to a plurality of first-time paper-marking persons. Typically, the scoring assignment module M4 retrieves the answer sheet 21 from a sub-database or file folder in the database 2 in which the answer sheet 21 is stored. The examination and selection system further comprises a second verification module M5 for verifying whether a reader is qualified; also included is a first-time marking module M6 for displaying the answer sheet assigned to the reader and making the reader perform a marking operation to leave a marking record on the answer sheet, thereby generating a marked answer sheet 22. The generation of the reviewed papers 22 herein is generated after the reader performs the scoring on the scoring interface 52 (see fig. 4). The examination selection system further comprises a first-time examination paper recycling module M7 for recycling all the examined papers to the server after associating the examiner with the examined papers. Since it is necessary to associate the reader with the read answer sheet, the first-time reading recovery module M7 is linked with the second verification module M5 to obtain the reader information, and combines with the read answer sheet through proper coding, thereby generating the read answer sheet 22 of the present application. The examination system further includes a first-time examination result storage module M8 for storing all the examination papers and their scores 22'. The achievements 22 'are typically stored in a sub-database or folder (not shown) within the database 2 for storing the achievements 22'. In addition, the examination and selection system can also comprise an entry module or an entry fee charging module. When the examination questions are not non-questions or selection questions, the reader is a human reader, namely a natural person. In addition, the first-pass result storage module M8 may further include a comparison sub-module (not shown) for comparing the scores of all the stored answer sheets to select a predetermined number of better-score answer sheets, i.e. the answer sheets before a certain number of times or the answer sheets with a fixed percentage of the highest or lowest scores are selected as the candidates for entering the next-stage screening. The first-result storage module M8 further includes an assigning sub-module (not shown) for assigning the predetermined number of answers with better scores to a plurality of second-responders. In particular, the function of the dispatching submodule is substantially similar to that of re-scoring dispatching module M10 of fig. 9, except that the dispatching rule used by the dispatching submodule dispatches the predetermined number of better-result answers to a plurality of re-scored persons, so that the dispatching submodule is actually a dispatching rule set inside the re-scoring dispatching module M10, and the rule is the aforementioned dispatching rule for dispatching the predetermined number of better-result answers to a plurality of re-scored persons.
Please refer to fig. 6 and fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of network load balancing of the present application, in which a plurality of USERs USER1, a verification module M1, an answer module M2, and an answer sheet recycling module M3 are disclosed to be linked on-line through a network 4, when a plurality of USERs USER1 need to be identified by a first verification module M1, answered by an answer module M2, and recycled by an answer sheet recycling module M3, network congestion is usually caused. For example, the first verification module M1, the answer module M2, and the answer sheet recycling module M3 may be built in a single application server or web server (web server), and at this time, a load balancing module SLB1 may be provided, as shown in fig. 11, the load balancing module SLB1 is configured between a large number of testees USER USERs USER1 and a plurality of application (or web) servers APS1, APS2, and APS3, and may be used to uniformly distribute network traffic NF1 from a large number of testees USER USERs USER1 at the same time, so as to avoid that only a single application server processes overload or one of the application servers APS1, APS2, and APS3 processes overload, thereby solving the problem of congestion. Preferably, at least one load balancing module SLB1 can be configured in different regions, and the load balancing modules SLB1 responsible for the regions can be respectively configured in different regions, so that the burden of a single server can be greatly reduced.
Similarly, referring to fig. 7 and fig. 11, a plurality of USERs USER2 and the scoring assignment module M4, the second verification module M5, the first scoring module M6, the first scoring recovery module M7, and the first scoring result storage module M8 can be linked on line through the network 4, and when a plurality of USERs USER2 need to be identified by the second verification module M5 at the same time, the scoring assignment module M4 and the first scoring module M6 make the USERs USER2 modify the response 21, and the first scoring recovery module M7 recover the modified response 22. For example, the examination paper assignment module M4, the second verification module M5, the first examination paper scoring module M6, the first examination paper scoring recovery module M7, and the first examination paper scoring result storage module M8 may be built in a single application server or web server, and at this time, a load balancing module SLB1 may be provided, as shown in fig. 11, a load balancing module SLB1 is configured between a plurality of examination paper readers USER USERs 2 and a plurality of application (or web) servers APS1, APS2, and APS3, so as to uniformly distribute network traffic NF2 from a plurality of examination paper readers USER USERs USER2 at the same time, thereby avoiding that only a single application server handles too heavy load or one of the application servers APS1, APS2, and APS3 handles too heavy load, and thus solving the problem of congestion.
In a preferred embodiment, the load balancing module SLB1 has a corresponding Cache (RAM Cache) function that sets the type, size and lifetime of the file being accessed, and frequently accessed content is stored in the load balancing module SLB 1. When the USER1 accesses, the load balancing module SLB1 can replace the application server APS1, the server APS2, and the server APS3 to transmit the contents that are used more frequently, thereby speeding up the access of data.
In addition, when verifying the identity of the examinee and the examiner, an encryption protocol, such as SSL encryption protocol, is usually used, which reduces the performance of the application servers APS1, APS2 and APS 3. The load balancing module SLB1 with SSL acceleration function can share the load of the application server APS1, the server APS2 and the server APS 3. In addition, in data Transmission, the load balancing module SLB1 may also compress the data of the answer sheet 21 and the answer sheet 22, such as Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP), so as to reduce the network traffic NF1 and NF2, thereby avoiding network congestion.
Please refer to fig. 8, which is a detailed diagram of an examination paper assignment module according to the present application. The examination paper assigning module M4 further includes an assigning sub-module M4a for assigning all examination papers to two examiners one by one, i.e., assigning the examination papers to two first examination paper assigning modules M6, although there may be more than one first examination paper assigning module M6. The scoring assignment module M4 further includes a comparison sub-module M4b for comparing the scores of the answers read by the two examiners, and if the difference is smaller than a predetermined value, the average of the two scores is used as the score of the answer. After the two examiners have completed their first examination, the score 22 'of the answer is naturally stored in the appropriate location, so that the comparison sub-module M4b can take the score 22' from the location for comparison. The scoring assignment module M4 further includes a reassignment submodule M4c connected to the comparison submodule M4b, for notifying the reassignment submodule M4c when the comparison submodule M4b finds that the difference is larger than the default value, so as to reassign the answer sheet to a third scoring person. More specifically, the present application obtains three scores including a first score, a second score, and a third score, wherein a difference between the first score and the second score is a first difference, a difference between the second score and the third score is a second difference, and a difference between the third score and the first score is a third difference, and if a difference is smaller than or equal to the predetermined value, the average of the two scores from the first score and the second score is obtained. For example, if the third difference is less than or equal to the default value, the third score is averaged with the first score. If all the difference values are greater than the default value, the average value of the first score, the second score and the third score is taken as the score of the answer sheet.
Please refer to fig. 9, which is a block diagram of a re-scoring portion of the system of the present application. The rereading section includes a first screening module M9 for selecting the answer sheet 22 before a first specific name in the reviewed answer sheet, thereby generating a first group of screened answer sheets 220. It can be seen that the first screening module M9 retrieves each of the response sheets 22 from the sub-database or file folder of response sheets 22 and generates the first group of screened response sheets 220 after the first screening. Typically, the first group of screening response pieces 220 also has a dedicated sub-database or file folder for storage. The rereading section further comprises a rereader assignment module M10 for assigning all of the first group of screening answers 220 to rereader. The rereader dispatch module M10 generally obtains the data of the reader from the reader interface 52 and determines who can give the rereader if necessary. The re-marking part further includes a third verification module M11 for verifying whether each re-marking person is qualified, which is the same as the previous verification modules, and will not be described herein again. The rereading section further comprises a rereading module M12 for displaying one of the first group of screened answers 220 and enabling the rereader to perform a rereading operation to generate a rereaded answer, wherein the first group of screened answers 220 is from the sub-database or the file storing the answer and displayed on the rereader interface 52 for the rereader to perform rereading. The rereading section further comprises a rereading recovery module M13 for recovering all the rereaded answer sheets 23 to the server after associating the rereader with the rereaded answer sheets 23. It is usual here to store the response paper 23 again in a sub-database or file located in the database 2. The rereading section further comprises a rereading result storage module M13' for storing the rereaded answer sheet and rereaded answer sheet score 23 g. Here, the reviewed paper score 23g is also typically stored in a sub-database or folder located in the database 2.
