6. An in-ear headphone according to claim 5, wherein the user setting mode comprises a play mode or an audio power amplifying unit standby mode that is pre-selected and set by a user.
7. An in-ear headphone, comprising a left headphone and a right headphone which are independently controlled from each other, the left headphone and the right headphone each comprising:
