When the system works, a data line for accessing production equipment to the industrial Internet is firstly installed on the IO port 3 through the IO port 3 arranged in the safety chip, information data of equipment operation is modulated through the encoder 5 on the substrate 2, then the modulated data is subjected to safety certification and storage through the encryption module 4, finally the modulated data is demodulated through the encoder 5 and recovered to a data format of the equipment operation, a directional antenna 61 arranged on the substrate 2 transmits a wireless signal to the wireless receiver 6, and the wireless signal is output to a control system of the production equipment through the IO port 3 after being processed through the encoder 5 and the encryption module 4; the shielding net 63 arranged in the directional antenna 61 protects the data transmitted in the encryption module 4, isolates the data from the same-frequency radio signals in the external environment, and is matched with the shielding shell 32 through the notch 62 arranged on the directional antenna 61, so that the electromagnetic isolation effect of the shielding net 63 is ensured, a channel is reserved for the connecting line 31 between the IO port 3 and the encryption module 4, and the electromagnetic interference on the communication connecting line 31 in the IO port 3 is avoided; the processors 41 and the memories 42 which are arranged in the encryption module 4 in different arrangement modes authenticate wireless data through the processors 41, unnecessary processing on data which is not the equipment is avoided, the processors 41 which are separately arranged increase the unit monitoring efficiency of access data, and the staggered processors 41 facilitate heat dissipation in operation, so that the operation efficiency of the encryption module 4 is maintained, and the power consumption of a security chip is reduced; the protective sheet 11 arranged on the position of the IO port 3 corresponding to the shell 1 seals the IO port 3 to protect the contact therein when the IO port 3 is idle, and the thrust block 331 arranged on the input port 33 is used for buffering the vibration caused by the vibration when the production equipment runs by utilizing the jacking action of the spring 332 therein, so as to ensure the connection state of the installed data line in the input port 33; the elastic pad 12 arranged at the position of the output port 34 pulls the wire spool 341 to rotate when connecting the wiring in the output port 34 into the equipment, so that the elastic pad 12 connected with the end part of the wire spool is twisted and pulled, the tightening state of the elastic pad 12 in the shell 1 is enhanced, the situation that the loose elastic sheet under the buffer action enables elements in the shell 1 to still vibrate is avoided, and the coil spring in the wire spool 341 tightens the wiring and recovers the loose state of the elastic pad 12 when the wiring of the output port 34 is detached, so that the damage of the elastic performance of the elastic pad 12 in the long-time tightening state is avoided; the arranged filler strips 13 are filled in the circumferential direction between the substrate 2 and the inner wall of the shell 1, and under the deformation traction of the connected elastic pad 12, the fixing effect of the filler strips 13 on the substrate 2 is enhanced, and meanwhile, the heat dissipation effect in the operation process of elements is ensured only by the filler strips 13 which surround the circumferential direction of the substrate 2.

Claims (5)
1. An autonomous controllable security chip based on an industrial internet comprises a shell (1), a substrate (2), an IO port (3) and an encryption module (4); the method is characterized in that: a fixed substrate (2) is arranged in the shell (1), an encryption module (4) is assembled on the substrate (2), and IO ports (3) are arranged on two sides of the substrate (2); an encoder (5) is arranged on the circumference of the encryption module (4), and a wireless receiver (6) is also arranged on the outer side of the encryption module (4); a directional antenna (61) is arranged on the wireless receiver (6), the directional antenna (61) is vertical to the surface of the substrate (2), and two ends of the directional antenna (61) are in communication connection with the encoder (5); the directional antennas (61) are distributed around the circumference of the encryption module (4), and the directional antennas (61) transfer signals of the wireless receiver (6) to the encoder (5); the encoder (5) modulates the information received in the IO port (3), transmits the information to the encryption module (4) for processing, and demodulates the encrypted information by the encoder (5) so as to enable the information to be matched with a data format operated by production equipment;
an inwards concave notch (62) is formed in the directional antenna (61), and the notch (62) is positioned on one side, facing the substrate (2), of the directional antenna (61); the directional antenna (61) is also provided with a shielding net (63), and the shielding net (63) is positioned on the surface facing the encryption module (4); a connecting line (31) for communication is arranged between the encryption module (4) and the IO port (3), and a shielding shell (32) is arranged between the IO port (3) and the directional antenna (61) on the connecting line (31).

The industrial internet-based autonomous controllable security chip of claim 1, characterized in that: the encryption module (4) comprises a pair of processors (41) and a memory (42); the processor (41) and the memory (42) are used for independently processing the data received in the wireless receiver (6) and the IO port (3), and the processor (41) and the memory (42) are respectively arranged on the substrate (2) in different directions; the data received in the wireless receiver (6) is firstly transferred into a memory (42) through a processor (41); the transmission data accessed in the IO port (3) is transferred into the processor (41) through the memory (42).

The industrial internet-based autonomous controllable security chip of claim 1, characterized in that; IO port (3) slidable mounting is on casing (1), and casing (1) department of IO port (3) is provided with embedded protecting piece (11): the IO port (3) comprises an input port (33) and an output port (34); the input port (33) is provided with a thrust block (331), the thrust block (331) is located at a position where the input port (33) faces the directional antenna (61), and the thrust block (331) is provided with a spring (332).

The industrial internet-based autonomous controllable security chip of claim 3, characterized in that: a wire spool (341) is arranged in the output port (34), the end part of the wire spool (341) is rotatably arranged in the shell (1), and a coil spring is arranged in the wire spool (341); an elastic pad (12) is arranged between the output port (34) and the shell (1), and the elastic pad (12) is connected with the end part of the wire spool (341).

The industrial internet-based autonomous controllable security chip of claim 4, characterized in that: the elastic pad (12) is further provided with a pad strip (13) which is connected with the elastic pad, and the pad strip (13) is distributed on the circumference of the substrate (2) in a surrounding manner and is filled between the substrate (2) and the inner wall of the shell (1).
