The air outlet 27 is arranged on one side, far away from the air extrusion cavity 9, of the motor shell 1, a plurality of air outlets 27 are annularly distributed on the periphery of the motor rotating shaft 3 in an equal radian mode, and a plurality of exhaust fan blades 28 are installed on the outer peripheral surface of the second sleeve ring 11 in an equal radian mode.

the method comprises the following steps: before the polarization heat dissipation type unit permanent magnet motor works, two abutting bolts 7 are screwed, the abutting bolts 7 drive abutting balls 8 to be adjusted horizontally, the abutting balls 8 on the abutting bolts 7 are adjusted to be in contact with a permanent magnet 4, the permanent magnet 4 is kept horizontal, a rotating handle 31 is screwed, the rotating handle 31 drives a lead screw 30 to rotate, the lead screw 30 drives two connecting blocks 32 to move reversely, the two connecting blocks 32 drive two rotating arms 33 to rotate, the two rotating arms 33 push a shock pad 34 out of a groove 29, and the shock pad 34 is placed on the ground;
step two: when the polarized heat dissipation type unit permanent magnet motor works, the motor rotating shaft 3 rotates, the motor rotating shaft 3 drives the first sleeve ring 10 and the second sleeve ring 11 to rotate, the first sleeve ring 10 drives the connecting arms 12 and the blowing fan blades 14 to rotate, the blowing fan blades 14 blow air near the motor shell 1 into the second air inlet 18 on the piston rod 17, the air enters the first air inlet 16 on the piston 15 through the one-way valve 19 in the second air inlet 18, the air enters the air extrusion cavity 9 through the first air inlet 16, meanwhile, the first lantern ring 10 drives the driving wheel 13 to rotate through the connecting arm 12, when the driving wheel 13 rotates, acting force is generated on the piston rod 17, the piston rod 17 pushes the piston 15, the piston 15 extrudes air in the air extrusion cavity 9 into the condensation cavity 23 through the two air inlets 24, the air enters the condensation cavity 23 and is cooled through the condensation plate 25, and the air is discharged into the motor shell 1 through the air outlet 26;
step three: two expanding spring 21 in the air extrusion chamber 9 drive piston 15 and return initial position, and step was gone into the air to motor casing 1 before repeated, and the air of condensation cools down motor casing 1 inner chamber, drives extraction fan leaf 28 when the second lantern ring 11 pivoted and rotates, and extraction fan leaf 28 takes out the air in the motor casing 1, accelerates the circulation of air speed in motor casing 1 inner chamber.

A polarization heat dissipation type unit permanent magnet motor is characterized by comprising a motor shell (1), a magnetizer (2), a motor rotating shaft (3), a permanent magnet (4) and a rotor (5), a motor rotating shaft (3) is arranged in the motor shell (1), two ends of the motor rotating shaft (3) extend to the outer side of the motor shell (1), a rotor (5) is arranged on the outer surface of the motor rotating shaft (3), a stator (6) is fixed on the inner wall of the motor shell (1), the rotor (5) and the stator (6) are arranged oppositely, the permanent magnet (4) is arranged on the motor rotating shaft (3), the magnetizer (2) is arranged at one side of the motor shell (1), the permanent magnet (4) and the rotor (5) are both arranged in the inner cavity of the motor shell (1), the permanent magnet (4) is arranged between the magnetizer (2) and the rotor (5);
the motor casing is characterized in that a plurality of air extrusion cavities (9) are installed on one side of the motor casing (1), a first sleeve ring (10) and a second sleeve ring (11) are sleeved on the motor rotating shaft (3), the air extrusion cavities (9) are communicated with the side wall of the motor casing (1), a plurality of connecting arms (12) are installed on the first sleeve ring (10), a blowing fan blade (14) is arranged between every two adjacent connecting arms (12), the blowing fan blade (14) is installed on the outer peripheral surface of the first sleeve ring (10), a driving wheel (13) is installed on each connecting arm (12) in a rotating mode, a piston (15) is arranged in each air extrusion cavity (9) in a sliding mode, a first air inlet (16) is formed in each piston (15), a piston rod (17) is installed at one end of each piston (15), a second air inlet (18) is formed in each piston rod (17), and the second air inlets (18) are communicated with the first air inlets (16), a one-way valve (19) is arranged in the second air inlet (18);
the motor shell is characterized in that two condensation cavities (23) are arranged in the motor shell (1), the two condensation cavities (23) are arranged at the same side of the inner cavity of the motor shell (1), the two condensation cavities (23) correspond to the two air extrusion cavities (9) one by one, two air inlets (24) are formed in one side of each condensation cavity (23), the air inlets (24) are communicated with the air extrusion cavities (9), a plurality of condensation plates (25) are arranged in the inner cavities of the condensation cavities (23) in a staggered mode, an air outlet (26) is formed in one side, far away from the air inlets (24), of each condensation cavity (23), a plurality of air outlets (27) are formed in one side of the motor shell (1), a plurality of exhaust fan blades (28) are installed on the second sleeve ring (11), a groove (29) is formed in the motor shell (1), a lead screw (30) is rotatably arranged in the groove (29), and a rotating handle (31) is installed at one end of the lead screw (30), the thread surfaces at two ends of the screw rod (30) are symmetrically arranged along the middle part, two connecting blocks (32) are rotatably arranged at two ends of the screw rod (30), the connecting blocks (32) are rotatably connected with rotating arms (33), the two rotating arms (33) are respectively rotatably arranged at two sides of a shock pad (34), and the shock pad (34) movably penetrates through the groove (29);
motor casing (1) one side is installed a plurality of butt bolts (7), install in motor casing (1) homonymy butt bolt (7) and magnetizer (2), radian annular such as a plurality of butt bolts (7) distributes in the magnetizer (2) outside, install butt ball (8) on butt bolt (7), butt ball (8) set up in motor casing (1) inner chamber.

The polarized heat dissipation type unit permanent magnet motor according to claim 1, wherein the first sleeve ring (10) and the second sleeve ring (11) are respectively sleeved at two ends of the motor rotating shaft (3), the plurality of connecting arms (12) are mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the first sleeve ring (10) in equal radians, and the driving wheel (13) is mounted at one end of the connecting arm (12) far away from the first sleeve ring (10).

The polarized heat dissipation type unit permanent magnet motor according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of air extrusion cavities (9) are installed on one side of the motor housing (1) in an equal radian manner, the air extrusion cavities (9) and the first lantern ring (10) are installed on the same side of the motor rotating shaft (3), the first air inlet (16) is horizontally arranged, the first air inlet (16) is arranged at the center of the piston (15), the second air inlet (18) is horizontally arranged, and the second air inlet (18) is arranged at the center of the piston rod (17).

The polarized heat dissipation type unit permanent magnet motor according to claim 1, wherein the air outlets (27) are disposed on a side of the motor housing (1) away from the air extrusion cavity (9), the plurality of air outlets (27) are annularly distributed on the periphery of the motor rotating shaft (3) in an equal radian manner, and the plurality of fan blades (28) are mounted on the periphery of the second sleeve ring (11) in an equal radian manner.
6. The polarized heat radiation type unit permanent magnet motor according to claim 1, wherein the groove (29) is opened at the bottom of the motor casing (1), one end of the lead screw (30) penetrates through the groove (29), and the rotating handle (31) is arranged outside the motor casing (1).

step two: when the polarized heat dissipation type unit permanent magnet motor works, the motor rotating shaft (3) rotates, the motor rotating shaft (3) drives the first sleeve ring (10) and the second sleeve ring (11) to rotate, the first sleeve ring (10) drives the connecting arms (12) and the blowing fan blades (14) to rotate, the blowing fan blades (14) blow air near the motor shell (1) into the second air inlet (18) on the piston rod (17), the air enters the first air inlet (16) on the piston (15) through the one-way valve (19) in the second air inlet (18), the air enters the air extrusion cavity (9) through the first air inlet (16), meanwhile, the first sleeve ring (10) drives the driving wheel (13) to rotate through the connecting arms (12), acting force is generated on the piston rod (17) when the driving wheel (13) rotates, the piston rod (17) pushes the piston (15), the piston (15) extrudes the air in the air extrusion cavity (9) into the condensation cavity (23) through the two air inlets (24), air enters the condensation cavity (23), is cooled by the condensation plate (25) and is discharged into the motor shell (1) through the air outlet (26);
