s3: and intelligently finishing charging and discharging of the backup power supply of the power distribution terminal according to a charging and discharging strategy.

The intelligent operation and maintenance management method for the backup power of the power distribution terminal according to claim 9, characterized in that when a storage battery fails, an alarm message is sent, and operation and maintenance tasks of the distribution network equipment are executed by operation and maintenance personnel of the distribution network equipment to perform operation and maintenance field work.
